Abstract
Description
この残渣物に塩素が付着するのを防止しようとして熱分解温度を高めると、残渣物は粉体化し、粉体表面が凹凸化することによって燃料としての熱量が低下してしまう。
原料である固体の廃プラを気化させる時、塩化物の固体も気化する。共に気化するが最低限の塩化物の最終気化温度を越える気化時間も必要である。
ここに加水することで熱分解後の固形残渣物の脱塩脱酸を可能にした。
この理由は、小片化し一度市中に出回ると分類の限界があり、塩化物が少量混じるために廃棄物として埋立てゴミになってしまうからである。
本目的の残渣物中の塩素の検出は前記3物件共に塩素除去をしないかぎり活用は困難である。
冷却機内は、パドルスクリューとリボンスクリュー構造で残渣物を送りながら攪拌時に加水をしてカーボンに付着している塩化物を除かせる。
その後、残渣物に混入した金属及びガラス等の非鉄金属の除去を行う。
残渣物冷却機に加水して発生する発火する可能性のある排ガスは、シールドラムを介して処理する。

Claims (3)
- 混在廃プラスチック熱分解に於いて大気浸入防止と反転旋回させる攪拌羽根と攪拌トルクを知るセンサーと熱分解温度と熱分解ガス排出口と熱分解槽に直接加水させる残渣物除塩加水装置。
- 前記請求項1の残渣物除塩加水装置の熱分解槽槽底バルブと空気浸入防止可能な残渣物冷却機の外板にジャケットと排ガス口と前記残渣物冷却機内に、反転と移送羽根をもうけた内部に加水させる構造の請求項1と2の残渣物除塩加水装置。
- 前記請求項1の残渣物除塩加水装置において最終温度400℃以上を超えて加水させる請求項1と3の残渣物除塩加水装置。
