Claims (6)
- 廃プラスチック、廃タイヤ、廃潤滑油、廃食用油、パーム、ジャトロハなどの原料を熱分解して熱分解生成油のガスを回収するようにした丸型横型熱分解槽において、
横長筒状をなし、扉によって開閉される主投入口が長手方向の一端に形成され、上部に熱分解油のガスを抽出する抽出口が形成された槽本体と、
横長の皿状をなし、上記原料が活性白土及び、生石灰又は消石灰を含む触媒とともに搭載され、上記主投入口から上記槽本体内に出し入れされ、上記原料の溶融・熱分解が行われる一方、熱分解残渣が溜められる受皿と、
上記槽本体を内蔵し、燃焼熱によって上記槽本体の外側から上記受皿上の原料を加熱し、上記原料を溶融し熱分解を行わせる加熱炉と、
上記槽本体の内側から上記受皿上の原料を加熱し、上記原料を溶融し熱分解を行わせる加熱手段と、
上記槽本体の上部に形成され、蓋によって開閉可能であり、上記受皿上に原料が追加投入できるようになっている副投入口と、
を備えたことを特徴とする丸型横型熱分解槽。 - 上記槽本体の熱分解油ガスの抽出口には生石灰又は消石灰が設置されている請求項1記載の丸型横型熱分解槽。
- 上記原料には、海を漂流してきた発泡スチロール又はPETボトルなどの漂着廃プラスチックが含まれている請求項1記載の丸型横型熱分解槽。
- 請求項1記載の丸型横型熱分解槽が2槽並置され、両丸型横型熱分解槽には3つの単蒸留塔が接続され、初段の単蒸留塔で重質油留分及びWAXが蒸留され、中段の単蒸留塔で中質油留分が蒸留され、後段の単蒸留塔で軽質油留分が蒸留されるとともに熱分解油ガスが抽出され、抽出された熱分解油ガスが燃焼炉で燃焼されて加熱炉に供給され、かかる丸型横型熱分解槽の運転がバッチ式で行われることを特徴とする熱分解システム。
- 上記丸型横型熱分解槽の運転が1日あたり2バッチで行われるようになっている請求項4記載の熱分解システム。
- 上記抽出された熱分解油ガスを上記燃焼炉で1000°Cで燃焼させることにより、上記抽出された熱分解油ガス中の、ABS樹脂及びナイロンに由来するHCNを分解するようにした請求項4記載の熱分解システム。
