Claims (17)
- 入口及び出口を有する同心円状の閉じた円筒形のチャンバの周囲を囲み、前記チャンバから断熱されている誘導加熱コイルと、前記チャンバの内部に配置されるか、又は前記チャンバの一部を形成する導電性要素と、前記チャンバ内で加熱される材料の均一分布手段と、前記チャンバ内に収容されている慎重な攪拌媒体の本体と、を備える電気誘導加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記チャンバに対する加圧手段を有し、前記加圧手段は、好ましくは、前記チャンバが動作可能なように接続されている処理回路にある圧力制御弁の形状であり、さらに好ましくは、前記チャンバの前記入口と前記出口に近接した圧力制御弁の形状である、請求項1に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記攪拌媒体は導電性を有し、前記チャンバの内部にある前記導電性要素である、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記チャンバは導電性を有し、前記チャンバの一部を形成する前記導電性要素である、請求項1から3に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記入口は前記チャンバの第1の端に近接して配置され、前記出口は前記チャンバの第2の端に近接して配置されている、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記誘導加熱コイルと前記チャンバとの間の断熱は、断熱ブランケットを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、熱分解チャンバアセンブリからなる、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記均一分布手段は、少なくとも1つの半径方向の攪拌パドルを担持している回転軸シャフトを備え、駆動モータが前記チャンバに近接して据え付けられ、且つ前記シャフトに接続されている、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記シャフト及び前記パドルは導電性を有し、前記チャンバの内部のさらなる導電性要素である、請求項8に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記シャフトは液体流路の周囲で前記入口が接続されている導管を備え、前記導管は前記チャンバ内へ開口している、長手方向に間隔を配された出口を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記攪拌媒体は鋼鉄球を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記攪拌媒体はステンレス鋼球を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記出口はスクリューコンベヤを備える、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記均一分布手段は、前記チャンバの内部寸法に合わせて相補的に形成された円筒形のケージを備え、前記ケージは、前記チャンバに近接して据え付けられている駆動モータに接続された回転軸シャフトに支持され、前記ケージは、前記慎重な攪拌媒体の本体を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- 前記チャンバは直円筒形のチャンバからなる、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱アセンブリ。
- チャンバ内での誘導によって、流体が加熱されるように導電性媒体を加熱し、入口と出口を有するチャンバ内で前記流体を受け、攪拌媒体の本体を攪拌し、前記流体は入口を通じてチャンバ内へ導入され、前記加熱された生成物は前記チャンバの出口を通じて集められることを含む、液体を加熱する方法。
- 前記流体は熱分解され、前記チャンバの出口を通じて、熱分解された生成物を収集し、熱分解中に形成される固形材料を、前記媒体の攪拌によって前記チャンバの出口へ運び、取り除くことを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
