Description
・水分換気装置は、用途及び必要に応じて省略されてもよく、又は他の適切な機器又は装置に置き換えられてもよい。
・処理ローラの直径と、したがって処理ローラの円周の断面とは、用途及び必要に応じて変更される場合がある。
・ベルトに張力をかけることは、エアシリンダ及び巻き取りローラのみによって達成される必要があるわけではなく、当該技術分野で知られている他の適切な手段によって達成されてもよい。

Claims (20)
- 物質を乾燥させるための装置であって、
中心軸線を中心として回転可能な少なくとも1つの非金属製のローラと、
第1の面及び第2の面を有する多孔性の金属製の第1のベルトであり、前記第1のベルトの前記第1の面が前記物質を受けるようになっている、第1のベルトと、
前記非金属製のローラの表面の一部分に近接して、該部分に沿って配置された1つ以上の熱誘導素子と、
を備え、
動作中、前記1つ以上の熱誘導素子は、前記第1のベルトに熱を誘導して前記物質を加熱し、前記物質から流体が除去され、前記非金属製のローラには熱を誘導せず、前記第1のベルトは、前記第1のベルトの前記第1の面によって、前記物質を前記非金属製のローラの外周面の一部分に向けて圧迫する、

- 前記第2のベルトの前記第1の面によって、前記物質及び前記第1のベルトを、少なくとも1つの非金属製のローラの外周面の一部分に向けて圧迫するステップをさらに含み、複数の非金属製のローラが存在する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のベルトに張力をかけるステップおよび前記第2のベルトに張力をかけるステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
