Claims (2)
- ろ布ベルト上に載置されて重力による脱水する重力脱水部と、テンションをかけられながら回転移動する1枚の無端帯状の前記ろ布ベルトと、テンションがかかった前記ろ布ベルトにより外周面に押圧をかけられる転写ローラとを備え、前記転写ローラの中心軸と前記転写ローラに押圧をかける前記ろ布ベルトの略半円状の部分の中心とは略同じ位置で、前記ろ布ベルトと前記転写ローラとの間に挟まれた、重力脱水後の汚泥を圧搾して脱水する汚泥脱水処理装置であって、
前記転写ローラの外郭形状が、内角が鈍角の正多角形状を有し、
回転移動する前記ろ布ベルト上に載置されて前記転写ローラ側に移動してくる前記汚泥が前記転写ローラの正多角形の直線状の1辺と前記ろ布ベルトとの間に挟まれながら進入する部位における、前記転写ローラの正多角形の直線状の1辺と前記ろ布ベルトとのなす角度が鋭角であることを特徴とする汚泥脱水処理装置。 - 前記汚泥が前記転写ローラと前記ろ布ベルトとの間に挟入開始した部位から下流側の前記汚泥が挟まれている、前記転写ローラの正多角形の所定の一辺の部位に対して押圧方向の付勢力を有する付勢手段を備えた円形状の外部加圧ローラを備え、押圧をかけられた前記外部加圧ローラにより前記所定の一辺の部位と前記ろ布ベルトとの間に挟まれた前記汚泥を圧搾して脱水させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚泥脱水処理装置。
