Description
26と同軸に加工され、また、基板11aは金属ブッシュ9のスリーブ9bに対して同軸に形成された金属ブッシュ11cをこれに嵌合することによって組付けられる。
17を具備した構成となっている。
19aに固定されているスロットルレバー19が回転しアクセルシャフト23が回転する。
15cは、基板15aの表面からアクセルシャフト23に沿ってスペースS方向に突出するスリーブを有し、そこにアクセルセンサ15の摺動子15bが嵌め込まれている。
25と噛み合っている。中間ギアはこれと一体に形成された小径ギア22を有しており、この小径ギアはスロットルシャフト3の端部に固定されたギア21と噛み合っている。これによりDCモータ10の回転は減速され(トルクは増幅され)、スロットルバルブ1の開閉に必要な回転力と回転速度が得られる。

Claims (4)
- スロットルボディに回転可能に支持されたスロットルシャフト、
前記スロットルシャフトに固定されたスロットルバルブ、
前記スロットルシャフトに並列に且つ前記スロットルバルブに近接して前記スロットルボディに取り付けられたモータ、
前記モータで回転駆動される前記スロットルシャフトの回転角度を検出するスロットルセンサ、
前記スロットルセンサと外部装置とを電気的に接続するためのコネクタを備えたカバー部材を備え、
該カバー部材は、前記スロットルボディの一側に固定され、
前記スロットルセンサは、前記カバー部材と前記スロットルボディとの間に形成される密閉空間に配置され、
前記スロットルセンサの配線と前記モータの配線は、前記密閉空間に導出され、前記カバー部材に備わる前記コネクタに該カバー部材の内側で集約されていることを
特徴とするモータ駆動式のスロットルバルブ装置。 - 請求項1に記載したスロットルバルブ装置において、前記スロットルボディには、前記密閉空間と外部とを連通させる孔が設けられているモータ駆動式のスロットルバルブ装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載したスロットルバルブ装置において、前記コネクタが前記スロットルシャフトよりモータに近い位置に設けられているモータ駆動式のスロットルバルブ装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載したスロットルバルブ装置において、前記スロットルバルブと前記モータとを隔てるスロットルボディの壁部よりモータ寄りに前記コネクタが位置するモータ駆動式のスロットルバルブ装置。
