含む装置。 - 前記1個以上の中空の部材は、熱伝導シャフトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 前記1個以上の中空の部材は、熱伝導表面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 前記1個以上の中空の部材(明細書にない)は、熱伝導シャフト(明細書にない)および熱伝導表面(明細書にない)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。

中空リングと前記中空シャフトと接触したあらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を乾燥させるための熱を効率的に伝えるために、前記中空のシャフトから熱を受け取る、前記中空のシャフトの縦軸に沿って機械的に接合された、少なくとも1つのリング形態である複数の追加的な熱伝導表面と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - 1個以上の中空部材は
乾燥蒸気で加熱された中空シャフトを含み、
複数の追加的な熱伝導表面は、
中空リングと前記中空シャフトと接触し、あらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を乾燥させるための熱を効率的に伝えるために、前記中空のシャフトから乾燥蒸気を受け取る前記中空のシャフトの縦軸に沿って機械的に接合された複数の複数の中空リングと、
前記複数の中空リングから中空シャフトに乾燥蒸気を戻す前記複数の中空リングの各々の中空リングに接続された帰還パイプのセットと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - ブロックのセットは、前記加熱チャンバーの内側であらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を撹拌し、且つ前方に動かす複数の中空リングと外結合したことを特徴とする、
請求項10に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - 前記タンブラー組立体は、前記複数の中空リングに追加の強度を供給する前記複数の中空リングのうち1個の中空リングと連結した硬い補強部材のセットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、
請求項10に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - 廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置であって、
装置へ硬い補強を提供するために配置されたメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームに強固に連結された加熱チャンバーと、
供給物質入口部と供給物質排出部を含む主要な入口と、
を含み、
あらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物は前記主要な入口を通じて、前記供給物質入口部に受け入れられ、あらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を乾燥させるために前記加熱チャンバーのタンブラー組立体へ、前記供給物質排出部を通じて移送され、
前記タンブラー組立体はモーター制御装置に接続されたモーターによってあらかじめ定められたスピードで回転し、
前記タンブラー組立体は中空のシャフトで構成され、前記中空のシャフトはあらかじめ定められた圧力で乾燥空気を受け入れるための蒸気入口に接続され、
前記蒸気入口は前記タンブラー組立体の前記中空のシャフトの中の乾燥蒸気を管理し、乾燥蒸気は蒸気出口を経て前記タンブラー組立体の前記中空のシャフトに存在し、
前記タンブラー組立体は、さらに、
中空リングと前記中空シャフトと接触し、あらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を乾燥させるための熱を効率的に伝えるために、前記中空のシャフトから前記乾燥蒸気を受け取る前記中空のシャフトの縦軸に沿って機械的に接合された複数の中空リングと、
前記複数の中空リングから中空シャフトに前記乾燥蒸気を戻す前記複数の中空リングの各々の中空リングに接続された帰還パイプのセットと、
から構成される
ことを特徴とする、廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - ブロックのセットは、前記加熱チャンバーの内側であらかじめ定められた量の廃棄物を撹拌し、且つ前方に動かす前記複数の中空リングと外結合することを特徴とする、
請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - 前記タンブラー組立体は、前記複数の中空リングに追加の強度を供給する前記複数の中空リングのうち1個の中空リングと連結した硬い補強部材のセットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、
請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。 - 前記タンブラー組立体は、前記タンブラー組立体を回転させるモーターの回転するシャフトに結合された、請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 入り口蒸気は、中空の入口軸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 排出口蒸気は、中空の出口軸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 前記タンブラー組立体は、乾燥蒸気の流出のための一つの存在開口と、乾燥蒸気の流入のための入口開口を備えた密閉機構であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
- 乾燥蒸気の流入のための前記入口開口は中空の入口シャフトであり、乾燥蒸気の流出のための存在開口は、中空の出口シャフトであることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の廃棄物を乾燥させるための装置。
