技术领域
本发明属于有机固体废弃物处理设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统及方法。
背景技术
餐厨垃圾,俗称泔脚,又称泔水、潲水,是居民在生活消费过程中形成的生活废物,极易腐烂变质,散发恶臭,传播细菌和病毒。餐厨垃圾主要成分包括米和面粉类食物残余、蔬菜、动植物油、肉骨等,从化学组成上,有淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质、脂类和无机盐。餐厨垃圾主要特点是高水分、高盐分、高有机质含量,极易腐烂变质,滋生病菌,若不妥善处置,会对居民的身心健康产生恶劣的影响,如泔水猪、地沟油等问题。餐厨垃圾处理一般使用厌氧消化技术,餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产生的沼气通常用于发电和提纯压缩,难以高效利用,厌氧消化产生的沼渣需处理处置。
市政污泥有如下特点:含水率高,热值较低,流动性大;易生物降解,易腐烂;有机物含量高,富含N、P及各种微量元素;重金属种类及含量较高。上述特点使得目前市场上的污泥处理工艺均存在这样或那样的问题。高有机质含量造成污泥在填埋过程中易产生恶臭和渗滤液等二次污染,严重危害周边环境及地下水源;高含水率致使污泥焚烧要添加大量辅助燃料,大幅增加了处理成本,并产生二噁英等有毒有害气体。高重金属含量导致污泥堆肥产品的使用受限,在市场上“有价无市”。与上述几种工艺相比,利用厌氧消化技术处理政污泥,既能最大限度的减少二次污染,又能产生可作为清洁能源的沼气,有效的实现了固体废物的“减量化、资源化、无害化”。
目前,污泥一般与城市污水联合处理、单独厌氧消化处理等方法。有单独对餐厨垃圾的处理技术、单独对粪便垃圾处理技术,但是单独处理方法存在成本高、管理复杂、处理效果不佳、二次污染等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种提高厌氧发酵效率和效果的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统及方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,包括依次连接的用于餐厨垃圾筛分的筛式分选设备、用于筛分后所得细碎餐厨物料破碎分选的粉碎分选设备、用于对粉碎分选设备分选出的餐厨浆料进行去油处理的油水分离设备、用于污泥与去油处理后的餐厨浆料混合的协同制浆设备,以及用于对协同制浆设备所制得的混合浆料进行厌氧消化的厌氧消化设备。
餐厨垃圾经分级分选去渣后可减少无机物含量,提高厌氧发酵效率。同时减少对罐体内部磨损。
去油处理一方面可以将废油收集资源化再利用(如制生物柴油等),增加项目效益。另一方面可以减少浆液中油脂含量,油脂具体粘接和隔离特性,去除后加大厌氧反应效果。

所述粉碎分选设备和油水分离设备之间还设有离心脱水设备,所述离心脱水设备设有进料口、滤液出口和渣料出口,所述粉碎分选设备的浆料出口与离心脱水设备的进料口连通,所述离心脱水设备的滤液出口与油水分离设备的进料口连通,所述离心脱水设备的渣料出口和协同制浆设备的进料口连通。
所述粉碎分选设备和离心脱水设备还依次连有除砂设备和储浆设备,所述除砂设备设有入口、废渣出口和浆液出口,粉碎分选设备的浆料出口与除砂设备的入口连通,除砂设备的浆液出口与储浆设备的入口连通,储浆设备的出口与所述离心脱水设备的进料口连通。
还包括餐厨垃圾接收斗和污泥接收斗,所述餐厨垃圾接收斗设有滤液出口和渣料出口,所述餐厨垃圾接收斗的滤液出口与储浆设备的入口连通,所述餐厨垃圾接收斗的渣料出口与筛式分选设备的进料口通过无轴螺旋提升机连通;所述污泥接收斗通过螺旋输送机与协同制浆设备的进料口连通。
所述筛式分选设备和粉碎分选设备之间设有搅浆机,所述搅浆机设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,所述搅浆机的进料口与筛式分选设备的浆料出口连通,所述搅浆机的浆料出口与粉碎分选设备的进料口连通。
还包括废渣收集斗,所述筛式分选设备、粉碎分选设备、搅浆机和除砂设备的废渣出口均通过螺旋输送机与废渣收集斗连通。
所述筛式分选设备包括壳体、可周向旋转的搅拌轴,以及可相对所述搅拌轴周向旋转的筛筒,所述筛筒位于所述壳体中,所述筛筒沿筛筒轴线方向的两端开口,所述筛筒和搅拌轴的轴线方向平行或共轴,所述搅拌轴穿设于所述筛筒中且贯穿所述壳体沿搅拌轴轴线方向的两个端面;所述壳体上开设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,所述进料口和废渣出口分设于所述筛筒沿搅拌轴轴线方向的两侧,所述浆料出口设于进料口和废渣出口之间,所述进料口的开口朝上,所述废渣出口和浆料出口的开口朝下;所述搅拌轴位于所述壳体中的节段上设有多个搅拌机构,多个搅拌机构沿搅拌轴的轴线方向间隔设置;每个搅拌机构包括两个相对设置的耙板组,每个耙板组包括多个耙板,多个耙板在搅拌轴的轴线方向上呈螺旋状排列,所述耙板组在垂直于搅拌轴轴线的截面上的投影为扇形,所述扇形的圆心角﹤180°。
由此,螺旋状结构具有将物料向前推进的功能,相对设置的耙板组在搅拌轴转动过程中可对移动中的餐厨垃圾进行扬起和抛落,对餐厨垃圾产生搅拌作用,使餐厨垃圾多次接触筛网结构,并进行多次筛分,不仅能够提高筛分效率,还能减少餐厨垃圾缠绕和挂料现象。
该设备分选餐厨垃圾的原理为:餐厨垃圾在搅拌轴转动过程中由搅拌机构带动从壳体头部向壳体尾部移动,同时搅拌机构能将餐厨垃圾扬起并抛落。同时,筛筒绕自身轴线旋转,从而将小于筛孔直径的餐厨垃圾通过筛孔甩出筛筒。而无法通过筛筒筛孔的餐厨垃圾在搅拌机构的推动下逐渐移动到壳体尾部,并通过出料口排出。
为进一步减少餐厨垃圾缠绕和挂料现象,所述扇形的圆心角为≤90°。
所述壳体上设有开口朝下设置的集料斗,所述集料斗设于进料口和出料口之间,收集分选后的筛下物料。
为固定筛筒并确保筛筒能够绕自身轴线旋转,所述筛筒轴线方向的两侧分设有回转支承,所述回转支承的外圈与所述筛筒固连,所述回转支承的内圈与所述壳体固连,所述壳体上设有与回转支承的外圈传动相连的驱动机构。
所述筛筒沿轴线方向的两侧分设有与壳体外壁固连的安装板,所述回转支承的内圈与所述安装板固连;其中一个安装板上设有与回转支承的外圈传动相连的驱动机构,以驱动筛筒旋转。
两个相对的耙板组的耙板一一对应,彼此对应的两个耙板分设于垂直于搅拌轴轴线的圆截面径向方向的两端。
彼此对应的两个耙板相对的面背向另一耙板凹陷形成曲面,以进一步提高搅拌机构对餐厨垃圾的扬起和向前推进功能。
为方便更换耙板,所述搅拌轴上设有多个沿搅拌轴轴线方向均布的套环,所述耙板通过连接轴连接于套环上。
所述壳体上设有喷水管,所述喷水管上连通有伸入所述壳体中并朝向所述筛筒延伸的喷嘴。喷水管的设置,一方面有利于餐厨垃圾中的有机物溶于高温水中,提高有机物的回收利用,另一方面,在高温水的冲洗下,能有效将密封壳体壁上的油脂及物料冲洗至集料斗,可减少筛筒的筛孔堵塞。
为固定壳体,所述壳体设于一底架上。
作为一个总的发明构思,本发明还提供一种利用上述的系统进行餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:餐厨垃圾依次经所述筛式分选设备和粉碎分选设备分选后得到浆料和废渣;
S2:步骤S1所得的浆料经油水分离设备去油处理后与污泥在协同制浆设备中混合,得到混合浆料;
S3:步骤S2所得的混合浆料送入厌氧消化设备进行厌氧消化,得到沼气、沼渣液,所得沼渣液经固液分离得到沼渣,所述沼渣好氧堆肥制成有机肥料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)该系统实现了餐厨垃圾与市政污泥协同处理,相比单独处理节约占地面积、降低了生产成本,简化管理程序,同时物质协同提高了能源利用率。
(2)该系统设备采用多级分选,餐厨垃圾去渣后减少无机物含量,提高厌氧发酵效率,同时减少对罐体内部磨损。无机物去除率可达95%以上,颗粒度大小、均匀度、无机物含量等均可满足后续厌氧发酵的要求,有效提高后续厌氧发酵产气量等。
(3)去油处理一方面可以将废油收集资源化再利用(如制生物柴油等),增加项目效益。另一方面可以减少浆液中油脂含量,油脂具体粘接和隔离特性,去除后加大厌氧反应效果
(4)本工艺能适用于多种类型的废弃物,如污泥、餐厨垃圾、畜禽粪便、菜市场有机废弃物等。
(5)能够协同处理污泥和餐厨垃圾,能生产出天然气和营养土,工艺过程中的沼液回流利用,减少对外排放,实现污泥、粪便和餐厨垃圾资源化、减排化和无害化处理。

以下结合具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
如图1所示,本实施例的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,包括餐厨垃圾接收斗90、筛式分选设备10、搅浆机130、粉碎分选设备20、废渣收集斗140、除砂设备70、储浆设备80、离心脱水设备60、在线加热器150、油水分离设备30、油脂储存罐160、储液池170、储渣灌180、污泥接收斗100、协同制浆设备40、厌氧消化设备50。
其中,筛式分选设备10、搅浆机130、粉碎分选设备20、除砂设备70、储浆设备80、和废渣收集斗140组成多级快速分选系统。离心脱水设备60、在线加热器150、油水分离设备30、油脂储存罐160、储液池170和储渣灌180组成油水分离系统。
餐厨垃圾接收斗90设有滤液出口和渣料出口,筛式分选设备10设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,餐厨垃圾接收斗90的渣料出口与筛式分选设备10的进料口通过无轴螺旋提升机110连通;餐厨垃圾接收斗90的滤液出口通过螺杆泵190与储浆设备80的入口连通。
餐厨垃圾由收运车200卸料至餐厨垃圾接收斗90,餐厨垃圾接收斗90具有储料、沥滤和喂料三种功能,餐厨垃圾接收斗90的上方还设有除臭设备250。餐厨垃圾接收斗90的容积大小能保证餐厨垃圾收运车可随时卸料,也能确保后面的分选系统连续运行。餐厨垃圾接收斗90底部设置无轴螺旋提升机110,无轴螺旋提升机110在喂料过程中能进行固、液分离,无轴螺旋提升机110将垃圾挤压分离的半固态物质输送至多级快速分选系统,同时餐厨垃圾接收斗90对无轴螺旋提升机110垃圾挤压分离的滤液进行收集并流进滤液池210,滤液通过螺杆泵190输送至储浆设备80。
多级快速分选系统中:
搅浆机130设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,粉碎分选设备20设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,搅浆机130的进料口与筛式分选设备10的浆料出口连通,搅浆机130的浆料出口与粉碎分选设备20的进料口连通。
除砂设备70(本实施例为河南安阳艾尔旺能源公司生产的AAe型调配除砂器)设有入口、废渣出口和浆液出口,粉碎分选设备20的浆料出口通过螺杆泵190与除砂设备70的入口连通,除砂设备70的浆液出口与储浆设备80的入口连通,离心脱水设备60设有进料口、滤液出口和渣料出口,储浆设备80的出口与离心脱水设备60的进料口连通。
筛式分选设备10、粉碎分选设备20、搅浆机130和除砂设备70的废渣出口均通过螺旋输送机120与废渣收集斗140连通。
其中,粉碎分选设备20主要用于分选出餐厨垃圾中粒径大于50mm的杂物,连续搅浆机130主要对物料进行破碎以及回用水喷淋,并去除粒径大于20mm的杂物,湿式粉碎分选设备20主要对浆料进行粉碎,并去除粒径大于8mm的杂物,除砂设备70主要对细小瓷片、沙石、铁屑等杂物的去除,储浆设备80主要用于接收与混合滤液,同时通入热蒸汽进行预热,使浆料温度恒定在一定值,以满足油水分离系统的进料要求。
进一步地,所述粉碎分选设备1、连续搅浆机130(本实施例采用宁波益星环境装备公司生产的TGC80型连续搅浆机)、湿式粉碎分选设备20(本实施例采用宁波益星环境装备公司生产的SFF1200型湿式粉碎分选机)均由过滤外筒、中间破碎输送装置、驱动装置及滤液收集装置等构成,具有自动调速、筛分过滤、传送、收集等功能,能自动调节过滤外筒及输送装置运行转速,能自动筛分出设定粒径的杂质并输送至指定接口位置,并能将分离的浆料自动收集。
本实施例中,螺旋输送机120(本实施例采用泊头市昊天环保有限公司生产的WLS400无轴螺旋输送机)具有转速可调、计量输送功能,能根据系统需要进行物料输送。
其中,粉碎分选设备1为申请人自主研发设备,如图2所示,包括壳体1、搅拌轴2、驱动搅拌轴2周向旋转的驱动装置6、筛筒3,以及驱动筛筒3相对搅拌轴2周向旋转的驱动机构7。壳体1设于一底架9上,筛筒3位于壳体1中,筛筒3沿筛筒3轴线方向的两端开口,筛筒3和搅拌轴2的轴线方向平行或共轴,搅拌轴2穿设于筛筒3中且贯穿壳体1沿搅拌轴2轴线方向的两个端面。如图3所示,驱动装置6安装于底座机架上,由调速驱动电机、皮带、皮带轮组成,皮带轮与搅拌轴2固连。驱动电机与皮带轮之间采用皮带传动连接,从而通过驱动并调节调速驱动电机的转速来控制搅拌轴2的转速。
壳体1上开设有进料口11、废渣出口12和浆料出口13,进料口11和废渣出口12分设于筛筒3沿搅拌轴2轴线方向的两侧,浆料出口13设于进料口11和废渣出口12之间,浆料出口13用于收集分选后的筛下物料,废渣出口12用于收集分选后的筛上物料。进料口11的开口朝上,废渣出口12和浆料出口13的开口朝下。此外,密封壳体顶壁上具有集臭口19。壳体1采用密闭式结构,能防止臭气外散,有效改善车间内空气质量。如2图所示,壳体1设有筛筒3的部分为箱型,两端为圆柱型结构,进料口11和废渣出口12开设于相应的圆柱型结构上。此外,壳体1的箱型结构上设有与外部进水管101连通的喷水管14,喷水管14的下端设有多个伸入壳体1中的喷嘴141,餐厨垃圾与通过进水管101供给的高温水进行混合,一方面有利于餐厨垃圾中的有机物溶于高温水中,提高有机物的回收利用,另一方面,在高温水的冲洗下,能有效将密封壳体壁上的油脂及物料冲洗至浆料出口13,可减少回转外筛筒3的筛孔堵塞。进水管101设有水量调节装置,能根据运行情况现场实际调整进水水量。
如图11所示,筛筒3由筛筒托架32、过滤板33等可拆卸地连接,多段筛筒托架32为统一规格型号,过滤板33采用同一规格型号,便于设备安装及更换。过滤板33上的筛孔孔径制作时可预先调整,用以满足餐厨垃圾不同阶段的筛选孔径要求。因此,在餐厨垃圾滚筒筛工作过程中,可根据餐厨垃圾或筛网结构的具体情况更换不同的筛网结构,以满足具体的工作需要。过滤板33上的筛孔采用“双头大中间小”结构,孔壁采用光滑弧形面,可进一步减少餐厨垃圾产生挂料现象。
继续参阅图11,筛筒3沿轴线方向的两侧分设有与壳体1的箱型结构的外壁固连的安装板18,安装板18为半环结构,如图8所示,安装板18与壳体1的端部封板15平行间隔设置,且上部通过连接板16与壳体1的端部封板15相连,下部通过螺栓与底架9固连。筛筒3轴线方向的两侧分设有回转支承5,回转支承5位于安装板18、壳体1的端部封板15和连接板16围成的空间内。回转支承5的内圈52通过螺栓与安装板18固连,回转支承5的外圈51与筛筒3的端部连接盘31通过螺栓固连。由此,筛筒3由首尾两个回转支承5支撑于壳体1中。如图7和8所示,驱动机构7包括驱动马达71,以及与驱动马达71传动连接的驱动齿轮72,驱动马达71安装于其中一个安装板18的外端面上,驱动齿轮72安装于该安装板18的内端面上并与回转支承5的外圈51啮合。驱动马达71速度可调,从而实现回转外筛筒3转速可调。筛筒3的端部连接盘31与密封壳体1之间采用密封压条17连接,端部连接盘31与进料端也采用密封压条17密封,确保筛筒31旋转过程中与静态密封壳体1等之间无干涉现象及泄露。
如图10所示,搅拌轴2位于壳体1中的节段上设有多个搅拌机构,多个搅拌机构沿搅拌轴2的轴线方向间隔均布;每个搅拌机构包括两个相对设置的耙板组4,每个耙板组4包括多个耙板41,多个耙板41在搅拌轴2的轴线方向上呈螺旋状排列,如图6所示,耙板组4在垂直于搅拌轴2轴线的截面上的投影为扇形,扇形的圆心角α≤90°。
如图5和7所示,搅拌轴2采用空心圆管组成,由多段传动轴节段组成,且传动轴节段之间采用关节轴承21连接,后端传动轴节段具有自动调节转速功能,以提高工作效率。搅拌轴2上设有多个沿搅拌轴2轴线方向均布的套环8,耙板41通过连接轴42连接于套环8上。
耙板41和连接轴42采用柔性连接,当较大体积垃圾进入耙板41和回转外筛筒3内壁之间的间隙位置形成卡涩时,耙板41可自动缓冲及时避让,减少卡料现象的发生。
由此,螺旋状结构具有将物料向前推进的功能,相对设置的耙板组4在搅拌轴2转动过程中可对移动中的餐厨垃圾进行扬起和抛落,对餐厨垃圾产生搅拌作用,使餐厨垃圾多次接触筛网结构,并进行多次筛分,不仅能够提高筛分效率,还能减少餐厨垃圾缠绕和挂料。
其中,两个相对的耙板组4的耙板41一一对应,彼此对应的两个耙板41分设于垂直于搅拌轴2轴线的圆截面径向方向的两端。彼此对应的两个耙板41相对的面背向另一耙板41凹陷形成曲面,以进一步提高搅拌机构对餐厨垃圾的扬起和向前推进功能。
耙板41采用统一型号耙板结构,便于安装及更换。
本分选装置通过驱动装置6和驱动机构7分别驱动在密封壳体内的搅拌机构和回转外筛筒3,从而将不同体积的餐厨垃圾进行筛分处理,搅拌轴2在驱动装置6的驱动下绕自身的轴线旋转,餐厨垃圾在搅拌轴2上的搅拌机构带动下从密封壳体1头部向密封壳体1尾部移动,同时搅拌机构能将部分餐厨垃圾扬起并抛落。同时,回转外筛筒3在驱动机构7的驱动下绕自身轴线旋转,从而将小于筛孔直径的餐厨垃圾通过筛孔甩出回转外筛筒3,到达密封壳体1底部浆料出口13进行收集,进而通过浆料出口13出口排出。而无法通过回转外筛筒筛孔的餐厨垃圾在搅拌机构的推动下逐渐移动到密封壳体1尾部,并通过废渣出口12排出。
上述餐厨垃圾分选装置在工作过程中,搅拌轴2和回转外筛筒3分别由对应的驱动装置进行独立控制,且在实际运行过程中其对应的转速可实时调整。
搅拌轴2和回转外筛筒3的轴线可设置为共轴线和平行两种,即搅拌轴2和回转外筛筒3同心和不同心两种,当初选时具有无法及时排出的较大体积垃圾时,较大体积垃圾可进入搅拌机构和回转外筛筒3内壁之间的较大间隙的位置,使搅拌机构及时避让并减少卡料现象的发生。
通过上述调整可实现对餐厨垃圾不同阶段、不同颗粒大小的筛选。如:当粗筛选餐厨垃圾中粒径大于50mm的杂物时,将回转外筛筒筛孔孔径设置为φ50mm,搅拌轴2和搅拌机构组成转轴摆扒装置,设备转轴摆扒装置和回转外筛筒设置为不同心结构形式,然后根据密封壳体尾部杂物出料口物料出料情况调整转轴摆扒装置和回转外筛筒的转速,当密封壳体尾部杂物出料口物料中小颗粒含量较多时,可降低转轴摆扒装置转速或停止转轴摆扒装置转动,同时还可提高回转外筛筒的转速。当精筛选餐厨垃圾中粒径大于8mm的杂物时,设备转轴摆扒装置和回转外筛筒设置为同心结构形式,将回转外筛筒筛孔孔径设置为φ8mm,提高转轴摆扒装置转速增加破碎功能,提高回转外筛筒的转速加大离心分离效果。
油水分离系统中:
油水分离设备30(本实施例采用深圳奥普林科技有限公司生产的AUPR型高效全自动型隔油器)设有进料口、油脂出口、水相出口和渣料出口,离心脱水设备60(本实施例采用金华神舟离心机有限公司生产的LW系列卧螺式离心机)的滤液出口与在线加热器150的入口连通,在线加热器150的出口与油水分离设备30的进料口连通,油水分离设备30的油脂出口与油脂储存罐160连通,油水分离设备30的水相出口与储液池170的入口连通,油水分离设备30和离心脱水设备60的渣料出口均通过螺旋输送机120与储渣灌180的入口连通。
储浆设备80中通过蒸汽预热的浆料通过螺杆泵泵送至离心脱水设备60,离心后的滤液进入在线加热器150中,在线加热器150同时通入余热系统内的热蒸汽进行升温,蒸汽将滤液加热至85±5℃后进入油水分离设备30进行三相分离,其中油脂储存于油脂储存罐160,水相进入储液池170,一部分作为高温回用水回用,剩余水相进入协同制浆设备40中,并与市政污泥进行协同制浆,离心脱水及三相分离后的渣料经螺旋输送机120输送至储渣罐180缓存,协同制浆。
市政污泥由污泥运输车220运送至污泥接收斗100进行缓存,同时通过污泥接收斗100底部设置的螺旋输送机120将污泥输送至协同制浆设备40。
协同制浆设备40(本实施例由不锈钢材质的罐体和316L材质的搅拌设备组成,搅拌设备转速可调)设有进料口和混合浆料出口,厌氧消化设备50(本实施例采用青岛天人环境股份有限公司生产的ATOM拼装式厌氧反应器)设有进料口、沼气出口和渣液出口。储液池170和储渣灌180的出口均与协同制浆设备40的进料口连通,协同制浆设备40的混合浆料出口通过螺杆泵190与厌氧消化设备50的进料口连通。
协同制浆设备40主要将市政污泥、油水分离系统分离后的水相、离心脱水及三相分离后的渣料以及系统回用沼液一起水解酸化,混合搅拌后制成满足厌氧消化用的浆液。
厌氧消化设备50由多个厌氧消化罐串接而成,协同制浆设备40产生的浆液经过螺杆泵190泵送至厌氧消化设备50进行厌氧消化反应。该系统采用中温厌氧消化,含水率约90%,温度约38℃,有机物在中温厌氧消化罐内降解,产生的沼气一部分用于蒸汽锅炉,产生的蒸汽用于多级快速分选系统和油水分离系统增温,一部分沼气用于沼气发电,供应系统自用电,剩余沼气经净化提纯后经沼气罐储存并资源化利用;厌氧消化后的沼渣和沼液混合物经固液分离设备230压滤脱水至含水率50-60%的沼渣,沼渣进行好氧堆肥制成有机肥料,脱水后的沼液一部分作为回流利用,多余部分经过污水处理系统240综合治理后资源化利用或排放。

Claims (10)
1.一种餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,包括依次连接的用于餐厨垃圾筛分的筛式分选设备(10)、用于筛分后所得细碎餐厨物料破碎分选的粉碎分选设备(20)、用于对粉碎分选设备(20)分选出的餐厨浆料进行去油处理的油水分离设备(30)、用于污泥与去油处理后的餐厨浆料混合的协同制浆设备(40),以及用于对协同制浆设备(40)所制得的混合浆料进行厌氧消化的厌氧消化设备(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述筛式分选设备(10)设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,所述粉碎分选设备(20)设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,所述油水分离设备(30)设有进料口、油脂出口、水相出口和渣料出口,所述协同制浆设备(40)设有进料口和混合浆料出口,所述厌氧消化设备(50)设有进料口、沼气出口和渣液出口;所述筛式分选设备(10)的浆料出口与粉碎分选设备(20)的进料口连通,所述粉碎分选设备(20)的的浆料出口与油水分离设备(30)的进料口连通,所述油水分离设备(30)的水相出口和渣料出口均与协同制浆设备(40)的进料口连通,所述协同制浆设备(40)的混合浆料出料口与厌氧消化设备(50)的进料口连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述粉碎分选设备(20)和油水分离设备(30)之间还设有离心脱水设备(60),所述离心脱水设备(60)设有进料口、滤液出口和渣料出口,所述粉碎分选设备(20)的浆料出口与离心脱水设备(60)的进料口连通,所述离心脱水设备(60)的滤液出口与油水分离设备(30)的进料口连通,所述离心脱水设备(60)的渣料出口和协同制浆设备(40)的进料口连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的餐厨垃圾与市政污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述粉碎分选设备(20)和离心脱水设备(60)还依次连有除砂设备(70)和储浆设备(80),所述除砂设备(70)设有入口、废渣出口和浆液出口,粉碎分选设备(20)的浆料出口与除砂设备(70)的入口连通,除砂设备(70)的浆液出口与储浆设备(80)的入口连通,储浆设备(80)的出口与所述离心脱水设备(60)的进料口连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的餐厨垃圾与市政污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,还包括餐厨垃圾接收斗(90)和污泥接收斗(100),所述餐厨垃圾接收斗(90)设有滤液出口和渣料出口,所述餐厨垃圾接收斗(90)的滤液出口与储浆设备(80)的入口连通,所述餐厨垃圾接收斗(90)的渣料出口与筛式分选设备(10)的进料口通过无轴螺旋提升机(110)连通;所述污泥接收斗(100)通过螺旋输送机(120)与协同制浆设备(40)的进料口连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的餐厨垃圾与市政污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述筛式分选设备(10)和粉碎分选设备(20)之间设有搅浆机(130),所述搅浆机(130)设有进料口、废渣出口和浆料出口,所述搅浆机(130)的进料口与筛式分选设备(10)的浆料出口连通,所述搅浆机(130)的浆料出口与粉碎分选设备(20)的进料口连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的餐厨垃圾与市政污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,还包括废渣收集斗(140),所述筛式分选设备(10)、粉碎分选设备(20)、搅浆机(130)和除砂设备(70)的废渣出口均通过螺旋输送机(120)与废渣收集斗(140)连通。
8.根据权利要求2-7任一项所述的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述筛式分选设备(10)包括壳体(1)、可周向旋转的搅拌轴(2),以及可相对所述搅拌轴(2)周向旋转的筛筒(3),所述筛筒(3)位于所述壳体(1)中,所述筛筒(3)沿筛筒(3)轴线方向的两端开口,所述筛筒(3)和搅拌轴(2)的轴线方向平行或共轴,所述搅拌轴(2)穿设于所述筛筒(3)中且贯穿所述壳体(1)沿搅拌轴(2)轴线方向的两个端面;所述壳体(1)上开设有进料口(11)、废渣出口(12)和浆料出口(13),所述进料口(11)和废渣出口(12)分设于所述筛筒(3)沿搅拌轴(2)轴线方向的两侧,所述浆料出口(13)设于进料口(11)和废渣出口(12)之间,所述进料口(11)的开口朝上,所述废渣出口(12)和浆料出口(13)的开口朝下;所述搅拌轴(2)位于所述壳体(1)中的节段上设有多个搅拌机构,多个搅拌机构沿搅拌轴(2)的轴线方向间隔设置;每个搅拌机构包括两个相对设置的耙板组(4),每个耙板组(4)包括多个耙板(41),多个耙板(41)在搅拌轴(2)的轴线方向上呈螺旋状排列,所述耙板组(4)在垂直于搅拌轴(2)轴线的截面上的投影为扇形,所述扇形的圆心角﹤180°。
9.根据权利要求8所述的餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理系统,其特征在于,所述筛筒(3)轴线方向的两侧分设有回转支承(5),所述回转支承(5)的外圈(51)与所述筛筒(3)固连,所述回转支承(5)的内圈(52)与所述壳体(1)固连,所述壳体(1)上设有与回转支承(5)的外圈(51)传动相连的驱动机构(7)。
10.一种利用如权利要求1-9任一项所述的系统进行餐厨垃圾与污泥协同处理的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:餐厨垃圾依次经所述筛式分选设备(10)和粉碎分选设备(20)分选后得到浆料和废渣;
S2:步骤S1所得的浆料经油水分离设备(30)去油处理后与污泥在协同制浆设备(40)中混合,得到混合浆料;
S3:步骤S2所得的混合浆料送入厌氧消化设备(50)进行厌氧消化,得到沼气、沼渣液,所得沼渣液经固液分离得到沼渣,所述沼渣好氧堆肥制成有机肥料。
