- 前記材料ウェブ(3,4,7)が前記準備装置(19,20)に案内可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の材料ウェブ加工/処理装置。
- 前記準備装置(19,20)が、更なる処理のために前記材料ウェブ(3,4,7)を受容できる、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の材料ウェブ加工/処理装置。
- a)少なくとも1つの材料ウェブ加工/処理装置、特に材料ウェブ分配装置、特に材料ウェブ展開装置、特に材料ウェブ接合装置(1)を有し、及び
b)引き込むべき前記材料ウェブ(4,7)を担持する材料ロール(5,8)を準備する少なくとも1つの材料ロール準備装置(2)を有する、工場。 - 前記少なくとも1つの材料ロール準備装置(2)は、前記材料ロール(5,8)をその周方向に、特に定められた初期状況に指向させる少なくとも1つの材料ロール周方向指向装置を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の工場。
- 前記少なくとも1つの材料ウェブ加工/処理装置(1)が、特に定められた初期状況のために、前記少なくとも1つの材料ロール周方向指向装置によって指向された位置で前記材料ロール(5,8)を受容する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の工場。
- 前記少なくとも1つの材料ウェブ加工/処理装置(1)が自動的に前記材料ロール(5,8)を受容できる、ことを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の工場。
- 少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)を取り外す方法であって、
−少なくとも1つの支持体(13)によって支持された少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー取り外し機器(25,26)によって、材料ウェブ(4,7)上に配置された少なくとも1つの接着ピース(89)から少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)を取り外し、
−前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)の少なくとも取り外しの間、前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー取り外し機器(25,26)に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つのガイド体(27,28)によって前記材料ウェブ(4,7)を案内する方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)の取り外しのために、剥離ライナー取り外し機器(25,26)を形成する負圧ドラムとガイド体(27,28)を形成する搬送ドラムが互いに隣接して配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)、前記負圧ドラム(25,26)及び前記搬送ドラム(27,28)が反対方向に駆動され、それにより前記材料ウェブ(4,7)がその実際の引き込み方向とは逆に戻って運搬され、
前記材料ウェブ(4,7)の端部に配置された前記少なくとも1つの接着ピース(89)が、前記負圧ドラム(25,26)と前記搬送ドラム(27,28)によって形成された隙間の間に達する、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)の取り外しのために、前記少なくとも1つの接着ピース(89)は、前記隙間において、その少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)によって前記負圧ドラム(25,26)の方を向いている、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)の取り外しのために、前記負圧ドラム(25,26)は活性化され、その生成された負圧により前記少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)を吸引し、それにより当該剥離ライナーを前記少なくとも1つの接着ピース(89)から取り外し、前記少なくとも1つの接着ピース(89)の内側接着面とは反対側に位置する外側接着面を露出させる、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 複数の材料ウェブ(4,7)の接着接続のための接着ピースであって、
a)2つの対向側に接着剤化合物を担持する接着剤化合物キャリアを有し、及び
b)少なくとも1つの剥離ライナー(90)を有し、
前記剥離ライナーは、
i)少なくとも複数の領域で、前記接着剤化合物キャリア及びそこに存在する前記接着剤化合物を最初は覆い、
ii)少なくとも複数の領域で前記接着剤化合物キャリアを超えて突出し、及び
iii)請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の剥離ライナー取り外し装置によって取り外し可能である、接着ピース。 - 材料ウェブ加工/処理装置、特に材料ウェブ分配装置、特に材料ウェブ展開装置、特に材料ウェブ接合装置であって、
a)連続的な材料ウェブ(3)を形成するように、1つの有限の材料ウェブ(4,7)と別な有限の材料ウェブ(7,4)の間の接続部が、引き込むべき材料ウェブ(3,4,7)の又はその端部の定められた初期状況のために自動的に準備可能であるように、前記材料ウェブ加工/処理装置は設計される、装置。 - a)引き込むべき材料ウェブ(4,7)を担持する材料ロール(5,8)を定められた初期状況に導く少なくとも1つの材料ロール準備装置(2)を有し、及び
b)少なくとも1つの材料ウェブ加工/処理装置、特に材料ウェブ分配装置、特に材料ウェブ展開装置、特に材料ウェブ接合装置(1)を有し、
当該材料ウェブ加工/処理装置は、前記材料ロール(5,8)の定められた初期状況に基づいて、自動的に前記材料ロール(5,8)を受容でき、また好ましくは自動的に前記材料ウェブ(4,7)を受容でき、及び/又は自動的に前記材料ウェブ(4,7)を準備できる、工場。
