- ベース面を提供し、複数個の発光領域と前記複数個の発光領域に隣接した非発光領域とを含む表示パネルと、
前記ベース面上に配置されたタッチスクリーンと、を含み、
前記タッチスクリーンは、
前記ベース面上に配置され、前記非発光領域に重畳する第1導電パターンと、
前記ベース面上に配置され、前記第1導電パターンをカバーし、前記複数個の発光領域に対応する複数個の第1開口部が定義された第1絶縁層と、
前記第1絶縁層上に配置され、前記非発光領域に重畳する第2導電パターンと、
前記第1絶縁層上に配置され、前記第2導電パターンをカバーし、前記複数個の発光領域に対応する複数個の第2開口部が定義された第2絶縁層と、を含むフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第1導電パターン及び前記第2導電パターンの各々は、複数個の開口部が定義されたメッシュ形状である請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1導電パターンは、第1方向に延長されて前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に羅列された第1タッチ電極を含み、
前記第1タッチ電極の各々は、複数個のタッチ開口部が定義された請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極の各々は、前記第1方向に羅列された第1センサ部及び各々が前記第1センサ部の中で隣接する2個の第1センサ部を連結する第1連結部を含み、
前記第1導電パターンは、前記第1センサ部に隣接して配置された第2センサ部をさらに含む請求項3に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第2導電パターンは、各々が第2センサ部の中で第2方向に隣接する2個の第2センサ部を、前記第1絶縁層を貫通する貫通ホールを介して連結する第2連結部を含む請求項2に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、
ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に配置された回路層と、
前記回路層上に配置された有機発光素子層と、
前記有機発光素子層を封止する薄膜封止層と、を含む請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記薄膜封止層は、前記ベース面を提供する請求項6に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記薄膜封止層は、
前記有機発光素子層に接触する下部無機薄膜と、
前記ベース面上に配置された有機薄膜と、
前記有機薄膜と交互に積層された上部無機薄膜と、を含む請求項7に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記下部無機薄膜は、少なくともリチウムフローライド層を含む請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記交互に積層された前記有機薄膜と前記上部無機薄膜との中で最上側に配置された薄膜は、前記複数個の第1開口部に対応する第3開口部又は溝部が定義された請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1導電パターンは、
前記複数個の第1開口部に対応する複数個のタッチ開口部が定義された第1タッチ電極と、
前記第1タッチ電極と離隔された第1補助電極と、を含み、
前記第2導電パターンは、
前記第1タッチ電極と交差し、前記複数個の第1開口部に対応する複数個のタッチ開口部が定義され、各々が前記第1補助電極の中で対応する第1補助電極と電気的に連結された第2タッチ電極と、
各々が前記第1タッチ電極の中で対応する第1タッチ電極に電気的に連結された第2補助電極と、を含む請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極の各々は、前記第2補助電極の中で対応する第2補助電極に重畳する第1センサ部及び各々が前記第1センサ部の中で隣接する2個の第1センサ部を連結する第1連結部を含み、
前記第2タッチ電極の各々は、前記第1補助電極の中で対応する第1補助電極に重畳する第2センサ部及び各々が前記第2センサ部の中で隣接する2個の第2センサ部を連結する第2連結部を含む請求項11に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記対応する第2補助電極と前記第1センサ部とは、前記第1絶縁層を貫通する補助貫通ホールを介して電気的に連結された請求項12に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1補助電極の各々は、メッシュ形状であり、前記第2補助電極の各々は、メッシュ形状である請求項13に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 各々が前記複数個の第1開口部の中で対応する第1開口部の内側に配置された複数個のカラーフィルタをさらに含む請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第2絶縁層には前記複数個の発光領域に対応する複数個の第2開口部が定義された請求項15に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記複数個のカラーフィルタの各々は、前記複数個の第2開口部の中で対応する第2開口部の内側に延長された請求項16に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1絶縁層及び前記第2絶縁層の各々は、ブラックマトリックスである請求項16に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第2絶縁層は、前記複数個のカラーフィルタに重畳する請求項15に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第2絶縁層上に配置され、前記複数個の発光領域に対応する複数個の透過開口部が定義されたブラックマトリックス層をさらに含む請求項15に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
