Claims (5)
- SiO2、Al2O3、Li2OおよびNa2Oを含むガラス物品であって、
約810℃以下の軟化点;
約27×10-6/℃以下の高温CTE;および
約15時間以下に亘る約390℃から約450℃の温度範囲でのKNO3を含む塩浴中におけるイオン交換後の、約600MPa以上の圧縮応力および約25μm以上の層の深さ、
を有するガラス物品。 - 約65モル%から約71モル%のSiO2、
約7モル%から約12モル%のAl2O3、
約1モル%から約9モル%のLi2O、
約6モル%から約16モル%のNa2O、
約0モル%から約5モル%のK2O、
約0.8から約10モル%の二価酸化物であって、MgOおよびZnOの少なくとも一方を含む二価酸化物、および
約0.5モル%未満のB2O3
を含み、Al2O3の濃度(モル%)および前記二価酸化物の濃度(モル%)の合計が約10モル%超である、請求項1記載のガラス物品。 - 約55モル%から約68モル%のSiO2、
約9モル%から約15モル%のAl2O3、
約4.5モル%から約12モル%のB2O3、
約1モル%から約7モル%のLi2O、
約3モル%から約12モル%のNa2O、および
約0モル%から約3モル%のK2O、
を含み、R2Oは、Li2Oの濃度、Na2Oの濃度、およびK2Oの濃度の合計であり、Al2O3の濃度に対するR2Oの比が、約1.15以下である、請求項1記載のガラス物品。 - Al2O3の濃度に対するR2Oの比が約1.02以上であり、前記ガラス物品がTiO2およびFe2O3をさらに含み、TiO2(モル%)に対するFe2O3(モル%)の比が、約0.52以上かつ約1.22以下である、請求項3記載のガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス物品が、Lが約0から約5.0であり、a*が約−2.0から約2.0であり、b*が約0から約−5.0である、L、a*、b*色座標を有する、請求項1、3および4いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
