Abstract
【解決手段】外科手術アクセサリークランプ、使用方法、および該クランプを含む外科手術用ロボットシステムが開示される。外科手術アクセサリーは、中間の滅菌アクセサリークランプを使用することなく、外科手術中にマニピュレーターアームに着脱され得、従って、清掃や滅菌を必要とする着脱式のアクセサリーマウントまたはアダプターの必要性がなくなり、効率およびコスト効果が向上する。本発明はさらに、滅菌の不履行を生じることなく、外科手術用ロボットシステムに対して器具、用具またはアクセサリーを容易に着脱することを可能にする。

Description
本発明は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
外科手術用ロボットシステムの外科手術アクセサリークランプであって、
マニピュレーターアームの遠位端に連結するための基部と、
外科手術アクセサリーを受容するための2個のクランプジョーであって、該基部に動作可能に連結される、2個のクランプジョーと、
該2個のクランプジョーを覆う滅菌ドレープ部と、
該2個のクランプジョーを開位置または閉位置に作動させることができるレバー部と、
を備える、アクセサリークランプ。
(項目2)
上記基部は、ネジ、接着剤または溶接材料によってマニピュレーターアームに連結されることが可能な、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目3)
上記2個のクランプジョーは、上記開位置において上記外科手術アクセサリーを長手方向軸に沿って回転させることができる、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。(項目4)
上記2個のクランプジョーは、1つの旋回軸または2つの旋回軸の回りに旋回する、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目5)
上記外科手術アクセサリーは、手術用具を受容するための内腔を画定し経皮的侵入へのアクセスを提供するカニューレである、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。(項目6)
上記手術用具は、ジョー、ハサミ、グラスパー、ニードルホルダー、マイクロディセクター、ステープルアプライヤー、タッカー、吸引洗浄用具およびクリップアプライヤー等のエンドエフェクターを有する関節型用具、ならびに切断刃、焼灼プローブ、イルリガートル、カテーテルおよび吸引オリフィス等の非関節型用具からなる群から選択される、項目5に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目7)
上記滅菌ドレープ部は、HDPE、ポリエチレンおよびポリウレタンからなる群から選択される材料からなる、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目8)
上記滅菌ドレープ部は、より大型のドレープの真空形成された部分、または個別の成形された部分である、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目9)
上記滅菌ドレープ部は補強部を含む、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。(項目10)
上記レバー部は、レバーハンドルの摺動動作または旋回動作によって、上記外科手術アクセサリーをクランプし、または解放する、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目11)
上記2個のクランプジョーの間で受信される上記外科手術アクセサリーに関する情報を処理するための、プリント基板をさらに備える、項目1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
(項目12)
上記情報は、上記外科手術アクセサリーの識別情報を含む、項目11に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。

外科手術用ロボットシステムの外科手術アクセサリークランプであって、
マニピュレーターアームの遠位端に連結するための基部であって、第一の取付け部を含む、基部と、
該第一の取付け部を覆う滅菌ドレープ部と、
該第一の取り付け部と第二の取付け部との間で外科手術アクセサリーをクランプし、または解放するための、第二の取付け部と、
を備える、アクセサリークランプ。

上記外科手術アクセサリーは、手術用具を受容するための内腔を画定し経皮的侵入へのアクセスを提供するカニューレである、項目13に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。

上記手術用具は、リトラクター、スタビライザーおよび内視鏡カメラからなる群から選択される、項目14に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。

該アクセサリークランプおよび該マニピュレーターアームを該滅菌野から遮蔽するための、該アクセサリークランプおよび該マニピュレーターアームを覆う滅菌ドレープと、

近位端部および遠位端部を有するマニピュレーターアームを含むマニピュレーターアセンブリと、
該手術用具を受容するための内腔を画定し、患者における経皮的侵入へのアクセスを提供するカニューレと、
該カニューレを該マニピュレーターアームの該遠位端部に連結するための、カニューレアダプターと、
該カニューレアダプターおよび該マニピュレーターアームを該滅菌野から遮蔽するための、該カニューレアダプターおよび該マニピュレーターアームを覆う滅菌ドレープと、
を備える、システム。

外科手術用ロボットシステムにおいて、外科手術アクセサリーをクランプする方法であって、
マニピュレーターアームの遠位端に連結するための基部と、
該外科手術アクセサリーを受容するための2個のクランプジョーと、
該2個のクランプジョーを該基部に動作可能に連結し、該2個のクランプジョーを開位置または閉位置に作動させることができるレバー部と、
を備える、外科手術アクセサリークランプを提供することと、
滅菌ドレープを該2個のクランプジョーの上に配置することと、
該アクセサリークランプを該開位置に作動させることと、
該外科手術アクセサリーを該2個のクランプジョーの間に提供することと、
該アクセサリークランプを該閉位置に作動させることと、
を包含する、方法。

上記2個のクランプジョーの間に提供された外科手術アクセサリーのタイプを識別すること、をさらに包含する、項目29に記載の方法。

該滅菌野の中でアクセサリーを該アクセサリークランプに装着することと、
を包含する、方法。

Claims (5)
- 外科手術用ロボットシステムの外科手術アクセサリークランプであって、
マニピュレーターアームの遠位端に連結するための基部であって、該基部は、第一の取付け部を含み、該第一の取付け部は、2つの固定リップを含む、基部と、
該第一の取付け部と外科手術アクセサリーとの間に配置されている滅菌ドレープ部と、
第二の取付け部であって、該第一の取付け部と該第二の取付け部との間で該外科手術アクセサリーをクランプするか、または、解放する第二の取付け部と
を備え、
該第二の取付け部は、該第一の取付け部に動作可能に連結されている2つの固定リップを含み、該第二の取付け部の該2つの固定リップのそれぞれは、該第一の取付け部の該固定リップと嵌合するように構成されている、外科手術アクセサリークランプ。 - 前記外科手術アクセサリーは、手術用具を受容するための内腔を画定し経皮的侵入を介したアクセスを提供するカニューレである、請求項1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
- 前記手術用具は、リトラクター、スタビライザーおよび内視鏡カメラからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
- 前記滅菌ドレープ部は、HDPE、ポリエチレンおよびポリウレタンからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
- 前記滅菌ドレープ部は、耐久性材料からなる補強部を含む、請求項1に記載の外科手術アクセサリークランプ。
