- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金上の、無六価クロム且つ含三価クロムの実質的にコ ヒーレントな転化層であって、 ケイ酸塩、セリウム、アルミニウム及びホウ酸塩等の、更なる成分の不存在下 で、DIN 50021 SS若しくはASTMB 117-73に従う塩スプレーテストにお いて、DIN 50961 Chapter 10に従う最初の侵食まで、約100乃至1000 時間の腐食保護を提供することと、 澄んで、透明で且つ基本的に無色であると共に、多色の光沢を呈することと、 約100乃至1000nmの層厚を有することと、 硬質で且つ接着性が良好であると共に拭くことに対して耐性を有することと、 を特徴とする転化層。 2.転化層厚を横切って、約1%に及ぶクロム含有量を有すると共に、転化層 内の亜鉛及びクロムに関連して、約5%より多い平均クロム含有量を有すること と、 転化層内の亜鉛及びクロムに関連して、約15nmよりも厚く且つ約20%ク ロムより多いクロム・リッチ・ゾーンを有することと、 約10より大きいクロム指数を有することと、 を特徴とする請求項1に記載の転化層。 3.更に強化された腐食保護のため、 ケイ酸塩、セリウム、アルミニウム及びホウ酸塩と、 追加の金属化合物、特に一価から六価の金属化合物、例えば、Na、Ag、A l、Co、Ni、Fe、Ga、In、ランタニド、Zr、Sc、Ti、V、Cr 、Mn、Cu、Zn、Y、Nb、Mo、Hf、Ta、Wと、 アニオン、特にハロゲン化物イオン、特に塩化物イオン;硫黄イオン、特に硫 酸塩イオン、硝酸塩イオン;リンイオン、特にリン酸塩イオン、二リン酸塩イオ ン、線状及び/または環状オリゴリン酸塩イオン、線状及び/または環状ポリリ ン酸塩イオン、リン酸水素イオン;カルボン酸アニオン;及びシリコン含有アニ オン、特にケイ酸塩アニオンと、 ポリマー、特に有機ポリマー、腐食抑制剤;ケイ酸、特にコロイド状若しくは 分散ケイ酸;界面活性剤;ジオール、トリオール、ポリオール;有機酸、特にモ ノカルボン酸;アミン;可塑性分散;染料、顔料、特にカーボンブラック、色素 生成剤、特に金属色素生成剤;アミノ酸、特にグリシン;乾燥剤、特にコバルト 乾燥剤、分散剤と、 これらの混合物と、 からなる群から選択された追加の成分を含有する場合があることを特徴とする請 求項1または2に記載の転化層。 4.更なる無機及び/または有機層のための基礎であることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の転化層。 5.その固有の色を変更するため、染料若しくは顔料を含有することを特徴と する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の転化層。 6.その層厚が約100nmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれ かに記載の転化層。 7.従来の含六価クロムの黄色クロム化による腐食保護を少なくとも提供する 、無六価クロム転化層の生成方法であって、 金属表面、特に亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金、特に鉄との亜鉛合金の表面が、少なく とも1つの三価クロム錯体及び少なくとも1つの塩の溶液で処理され、 三価クロム錯体の濃度が、従来の三価青色クロム化に比べて増加されることと 、 三価クロム錯体が、三価クロム・フッ化錯体内におけるフッ化物置換速度に比 べて速い配位子置換速度を有することと、 を特徴とする方法。 8.上昇した温度、特に20乃至100℃、望ましくは20乃至80℃、より 望ましくは30乃至60℃、更により望ましくは40乃至60℃で処理が実施さ れることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.三価クロム錯体の配位子が、 キレート配位子、例えば、二カルボン酸、三カルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン 酸、特にシュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸 、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸と、 更に、マレイン酸、フタル酸、テレフタル酸、酒石酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、 アスコルビン酸と、 更に、キレート配位子、例えば、アセチルアセトン、尿素、尿素誘導体と、 更に、錯体配位子と、ここで、錯体化機能グループは、窒素、リン若しくは硫 黄(−NR2、−PR2:ここでRは独立的に有機、特に脂肪族ラジカル及び/ま たはH、及び/または−SR:ここでRは有機、特に脂肪族ラジカルまたはH) ;ホスフィン酸塩及びホスフィン酸塩誘導体を含むことと、 これ等の互いの適当な混合物、並びに無機アニオン及びH2Oとの混合錯体と 、からなる群から選択されることと、及び/または、 本方法が不動態化される表面上で繰返し行われることと、 を特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。 10.亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金、特に鉄との亜鉛合金の表面のための不動態化溶 液を生成するための濃縮物であって、ここで、本濃縮物は、不動態化成分のため に三価クロムを実質的に含有することと、 三価クロムが、三価クロム・フッ化錯体内におけるフッ化物置換速度に比べて 速い配位子置換速度を有する少なくとも1つの錯体の形で存在することを特徴と する濃縮物。 11.三価クロム錯体が、 キレート配位子、例えば、二カルボン酸、三カルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン 酸、特にシュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸 、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸と、 更に、マレイン酸、フタル酸、テレフタル酸、酒石酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、 アスコルビン酸と、 更に、キレート配位子、例えば、アセチルアセトン、尿素、尿素誘導体と、 更に、錯体配位子と、ここで、錯体化機能グループは、窒素、リン若しくは硫 黄(−NR2、−PR2:ここでRは独立的に有機、特に脂肪族ラジカル及び/ま たはH、及び/または−SR:ここでRは有機、特に脂肪族ラジカルまたはH) ;ホスフィン酸塩及びホスフィン酸塩誘導体を含むことと、 これ等の互いの適当な混合物、並びに無機アニオン及びH2Oとの混合錯体と 、からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの配位子と、三価クロムとを伴う錯 体 から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の濃縮物。 12.固体若しくは液体として存在することを特徴とする請求項10または1 1に記載の濃縮物。 13.封止剤及び脱水化液体と、 追加の金属化合物、特に一価から六価の金属化合物、例えば、Na、Ag、A l、Co、Ni、Fe、Ga、In、ランタニド、Zr、Sc、Ti、V、Cr 、Mn、Cu、Zn、Y、Nb、Mo、Hf、Ta、Wと、 アニオン、特にハロゲン化物イオン、特に塩化物イオン;硫黄イオン、特に硫 酸塩イオン、硝酸塩イオン;リンイオン、特にリン酸塩イオン、二リン酸塩イオ ン、線状及び/または環状オリゴリン酸塩イオン、線状及び/または環状ポリリ ン酸塩イオン、リン酸水素イオン;カルボン酸アニオン;及びシリコン含有アニ オン、特にケイ酸塩アニオンと、 ポリマー、特に有機ポリマー、腐食抑制剤;ケイ酸、特にコロイド状若しくは 分散ケイ酸;界面活性剤;ジオール、トリオール、ポリオール;有機酸、特にモ ノカルボン酸;アミン;可塑性分散;染料、顔料、特にカーボンブラック、色素 生成剤、特に金属色素生成剤;アミノ酸、特にグリシン;乾燥剤、特にコバルト 乾燥剤、分散剤と、 これらの混合物と、 からなる群から選択された更なる添加物を含有することを特徴とする請求項10 乃至12のいずれかに記載の濃縮物。 14.金属表面、特に亜鉛、カドミウム若しくはアルミニウム、若しくはこれ 等金属の互いの合金、及び/または他の金属との合金、特に鉄との合金の表面を 不動態化するための不動態化浴であって、 不動態化成分として三価クロムを実質的に含有し、ここで、三価クロムは約5 乃至100g/lの濃度で存在することを特徴とする不動態化浴。 15.三価クロムが、約5乃至80g/l、望ましくは約5乃至60g/l、 より望ましくは約10乃至30g/l、更により望ましくは約20g/lの濃度 で存在することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の不動態化浴。 16.約1.5乃至3のpHを有することを特徴とする請求項14または15 に記載の不動態化浴。 17.約20g/lの三価クロムを含有すると共に約2乃至2.5のpHを有 することを特徴とする請求項14乃至16のいずれかに記載の不動態化浴。 18.封止剤及び脱水化液体と、 追加の金属化合物、特に一価から六価の金属化合物、例えば、Na、Ag、A I、Co、Ni、Fe、Ga、In、ランタニド、Zr、Sc、Ti、V、Cr 、Mn、Cu、Zn、Y、Nb、Mo、Hf、Ta、Wと、 アニオン、特にハロゲン化物イオン、特に塩化物イオン;硫黄イオン、特に硫 酸塩イオン、硝酸塩イオン;リンイオン、特にリン酸塩イオン、二リン酸塩イオ ン、線状及び/または環状オリゴリン酸塩イオン、線状及び/または環状ポリリ ン酸塩イオン、リン酸水素イオン;カルボン酸アニオン;及びシリコン含有アニ オン、特にケイ酸塩アニオンと、 ポリマー、腐食抑制剤;ケイ酸、特にコロイド状若しくは分散ケイ酸;界面活 性剤;ジオール、トリオール、ポリオール;有機酸、特にモノカルボン酸;アミ ン;可塑性分散;染料、顔料、特にカーボンブラック、色素生成剤、特に金属色 素生成剤;アミノ酸、特にグリシン;乾燥剤、特にコバルト乾燥剤、分散剤と、 これらの混合物と、 からなる群から特に選択された更なる添加物を含有することを特徴とする請求項 14乃至17のいずれかに記載の不動態化浴。 19.約20乃至100℃、望ましくは20乃至80℃、より望ましくは30 乃至60℃、更により望ましくは40乃至60℃の浴温度を有することを特徴と する請求項14乃至18のいずれかに記載の不動態化浴。 20.亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金、特に鉄との亜鉛合金の表面を不動態化する方法 であって、 請求項14乃至19のいずれかに記載の不動態化浴内に被処理体が浸漬される ことを特徴とする方法。 21.浸漬時間が、約15乃至200秒、望ましくは約15乃至100秒、よ り望ましくは約30秒であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 22.少なくとも2つの連続したリンス段階に亘ったリンス水リサイクルを伴 う、昇温ク4ロム酸塩コーティング方法であることを特徴とする請求項20また は21に記載の方法。 23.一方のリンス工程において、青色クロム化が実施されることを特徴とす る請求項22に記載の方法。 24.請求項20乃至23のいずれかに記載の方法により得ることが可能な不 動態層。 25.DIN 50021 SSに従う塩スプレーテストにおいて、DIN 50961 Cha pter 10に従う最初の侵食まで、少なくとも100時間の腐食保護を提供するよ うに、対象物に対して腐食保護を付与することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の 不動態層。 26.亜鉛に対して緑色がかった、赤緑の光沢色を提供することを特徴とする 請求項24または25に記載の不動態層。 27.層厚が約100nmであることを特徴とする請求項24乃至26のいず れかに記載の不動態層。 28.請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法により得ることが可能な転化層 。
