Description
Claims (29)
- 水、少なくとも1種のリン酸亜鉛化合物及び少なくとも1種のクロム化合物を組み合わせて、第1の溶液を形成するステップと、
別途に、少なくとも1種のケイ酸塩化合物を水と組み合わせて、第2の溶液を形成するステップと、
前記第1の溶液を前記第2の溶液と組み合わせて、亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面を有する金属基材に塗工して前記金属基材上に被覆を形成するための耐食性金属部材被覆混合物を形成するステップであって、前記被覆が、前記金属基材の前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金被覆が0.04オンス/ft2(12.20g/m2)の重量を有する場合のASTM B117規格に準拠して、少なくとも150時間の化学的耐性を与えるステップと、
を含む、耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。 - 前記被覆混合物を少なくとも1種のアクリル樹脂と組み合わせるステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物を亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面を有する金属基材に塗工して、前記金属基材上に被覆を形成するステップを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種のアクリル樹脂が3.5以下のpH値を有する、請求項2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆された金属基材を加熱して、前記塗工された被覆混合物と前記基材の表面との間の反応を促進するステップを更に含む、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面が、亜鉛、亜鉛合金、亜鉛−アルミニウム合金、亜鉛塩溶液、熱処理亜鉛合金溶液及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物が、前記金属基材の前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面と反応して、前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面と化学結合を形成する、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記第1の溶液が、
4重量パーセント以上27重量パーセント以下の水と、
5重量パーセント以上27重量パーセント以下の少なくとも1種のリン酸亜鉛化合物と、
5重量パーセント以上27重量パーセント以下の少なくとも1種のクロム化合物と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。 - 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が、
20重量パーセント以上95重量パーセント以下の第1の溶液と、
5重量パーセント以上12重量パーセント以下の第2の溶液と、
5重量パーセント以上50重量パーセント以下の水と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。 - 前記被覆混合物が3.5以下のpH値を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種のケイ素化合物がケイ酸カリウム化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種のクロム化合物が、3価クロム化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記3価クロム化合物が、塩化クロム水和物、硫酸クロム(III)カリウム、水酸化クロム、フッ化クロム(III)、硫酸クロム(III)、硫化クロム(III)、酸化クロム(III)、2−エチルヘキサン酸クロム(III)、窒化クロム(III)、トリカルボニルクロム及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項12に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種のクロム化合物が、6価クロム化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記6価クロム化合物が、ハロゲン化クロム(VI)、六フッ化物、塩化クロミル、クロム酸ナトリウム、過酸化クロム(VI)、クロム酸ナトリウム、酸化クロム(VI)、重クロム酸塩、クロム酸カリウム、クロム酸カルシウム、クロム酸バリウム、過酸化クロム(VI)及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項14に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物を塗工するステップが、前記被覆混合物を前記金属基材の表面上にロール塗工することを含む、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物を塗工するステップが、前記被覆混合物を前記金属基材の表面上に噴霧することを含む、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物を塗工するステップが、前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面を有する金属基材の少なくとも一部を前記被覆混合物の浴に浸漬することを含む、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記被覆混合物を塗工するステップが、前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面の全ての空隙に前記被覆混合物の溶液を充填することを更に含む、請求項3に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が、1.0以上2.5以下のpH値を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が電気伝導性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が撥水性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が、亜鉛又は亜鉛合金で被覆された金属部材に対して、塗料への密着にとって向上した表面を与える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 前記耐食性金属部材被覆が自己修復性である、請求項1又は2に記載の耐食性金属部材被覆の製造プロセス。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセスで製造された耐食性金属部材被覆を有する耐食性金属部材。
- 耐食性被覆を亜鉛又は亜鉛合金表面を有する金属基材に塗工して、前記金属基材の前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金被覆が0.04オンス/ft2(12.20g/m2)の重量を有する場合のASTM B117規格に準拠して、150時間を超える化学的耐性を有する耐食性被覆を有する金属部材を提供するステップを含み、
前記耐食性被覆が混合水溶液を含み、前記混合水溶液が第1の溶液及び第2の溶液を含み、第1の溶液が水、少なくとも1種のリン酸亜鉛化合物及び少なくとも1種のクロム化合物を含み、第2の溶液が少なくとも1種のケイ酸塩化合物及び水を含む、耐食性金属部材の製造プロセス。 - 前記耐食性被覆が少なくとも1種のアクリル樹脂を更に含む、請求項26に記載の耐食性金属部材の製造プロセス。
- 亜鉛又は亜鉛合金被覆を有する金属基材と、
前記金属基材の前記亜鉛又は亜鉛合金被覆が0.04オンス/ft2(12.20g/m2)の重量を有する場合のASTM B117規格に準拠して、150時間を超える化学的耐性を与える耐食性被覆と、
を含み、
前記耐食性被覆が、組み合わせられて混合水溶液を形成する第1の溶液及び第2の溶液を含み、
第1の溶液が水、少なくとも1種のリン酸亜鉛化合物及び少なくとも1種のクロム化合物を含み、
第2の溶液が少なくとも1種のケイ酸塩化合物及び水を含む、
耐食性金属部材。 - 前記耐食性被覆が少なくとも1種のアクリル樹脂を更に含む、請求項28に記載の耐食性金属部材。
