Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.化学式nCuO・Al2O3を有する触媒であって、nが0.14から5.13である触媒。 2.銅とアルミニウムの酸化物とから本質的に構成された概ね均質な触媒であっ て、アルミナとして計算されたアルミニウム含有量が約20重量%より多い触媒。 3.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、前記計算されたアルミナ含有量が約20重 量%から約90重量%である触媒。 4.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、前記計算されたアルミナ含有量が約30重 量%から約60重量%であり、計算されたCuO含有量が約70重量%から約40重量%であ る触媒。 5.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、前記アルミナ含有量とCuO含有量の一部が スピネル結晶構造のCuAl2O4である触媒。 6.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、前記CuO含有量が61±10%である触媒。 7.請求の範囲第6項の触媒であって、前記CuO含有量が61±5%である触媒。 8.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、実質的にクロムを含んでいない触媒。 9.銅とアルミニウムの酸化物とから本質的に構成された触媒を生成する方法で あって、 可溶性銅塩と可溶性アルミニウム組成物を含む溶液から沈殿剤の存在下でCu-Al- O沈殿物を共沈殿する過程と、 適当な長さの時間で適当な温度で前記沈殿物を程と、 を含む方法。 10.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、前記Cu-Al-O沈殿物を共沈殿する過程に おいて、 可溶性銅塩の水溶液を形成することと、 可溶性アルミニウム組成物の水溶液を形成することと、 塩基性溶液を含む沈殿剤水溶液を形成することと、 前記銅溶液とアルミニウム組成物とを同時に沈殿容器に加え、沈殿溶液を形成す ることと、 前記塩基性溶液を前記沈殿溶液へ加え、沈殿物のスラリーを形成することと、 塩基性溶液の添加の割合を調節することにより、スラリーの適当なpHを維持する ことと を含む方法。 11.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、前記銅塩が硝酸銅であり、前記アルミニ ウム組成物がアルミン酸ナトリウムであり、前記沈殿剤が炭酸ナトリウムである 方法。 12.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、前記沈殿溶液のpHが概ね6.0から9.0に維 持されている方法。 13.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、前記沈殿溶液のpHが概ね7.4±0.5に維持 されている方法。 14.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、前記共沈殿の過程でCu-Al-Oスラリーを 生成し、更に、前記スラリーを濾過 してCu-Al-O濾過ケークを得る過程と、前記濾過ケークを洗浄する過程と、前記 濾過ケークを乾燥して乾燥された粉 19.請求の範囲第14項の方法であって、前記濾過ケークが少なくともスラリーの 二分の一の水で洗浄される方法。 20.請求の範囲第14項の方法であって、前記濾過ケークが1%以下のナトリウム含 有量を有している方法。 21.請求の範囲第16項の方法であって、前記触媒が結晶相のCuOとCuAl2O4とを含 んでいる方法。 22.請求の範囲第16項の方法であって、前記触媒が5%以下の可浸出性陽イオンを 有している方法。 23.請求の範囲第9項の方法であって、Ce、Ba、Mn、Co、Zn、Ni、アルカリ及び アルカリ土類の塩及び酸化物から成る群から選択される助触媒と共に触媒を結合 する過程を含 み、前記助触媒が前記触媒の50重量%以下の量となっている方法。 24.請求の範囲第23項の方法であって、前記助触媒が前記触媒の25重量%を超え ない量となっている方法。 25.30%から50%までのLODを有するCu-Al-O粉体の押出物を含む固体触媒であって 、前記押出物が結合剤若しくは潤滑剤と共に若しくはそれらなしで形成され実質 的にクロムを含んでいない固体触媒。 26.請求の範囲第25項の押出物であって、約0.15ml/gから約0.6ml/gまでの細孔 体積と、約0.6g/mlから約1.0g/mlまでの嵩密度を有する押出物。 27.請求の範囲第25項の押出物であって、20m2/gから200m2/gまでの表面積を有 する押出物。 28.請求の範囲第25項の押出物であって、約100Åと約1000Åから2000Åまでと に中心をもつ2モードの細孔径分布を有する押出物。 29.実質的にクロムを含まない0〜8%のグラファイトと共に形成された錠剤を含 む固体触媒であって、0.2ml/gから0.6ml/gまでの細孔体積と約0.7g/mlから約1.5 g/mlまでの嵩密度を有する触媒。 30.請求の範囲第29項の錠剤であって、20m2/gから200m2/gまでの表面積と、約1 00Åと約500Åから2000Åまでとに中心をもつ2モードの細孔径分布とを有する 錠剤。 31.銅クロム触媒によって触媒される触媒反応において、 前記銅クロム触媒を、実質的にクロムを含まないCu-Al-O触媒に代えることを含 む改良。 32.請求の範囲第31項の改良であって、前記触媒が銅とアルミニウムの酸化物を 本質的に含みアルミナとして計算されたアルミニウム含有量が約20重量%より多 い触媒である改良。 33.請求の範囲第31項の改良であって、前記触媒が化学式nCu0・Al2O3を有しnが 0.14から5.13である改良。 34.請求の範囲第31項の改良であって、前記反応が、ココヤシ脂肪酸の水素化分 解と、オキソアルコール仕上げ処理と、不飽和第二級アミンへのニトリルの水素 化と、アクリルアミドへのアクリロニトリルの水和と、メチルラウレートの水素 化分解と、フェノールのアルコールによるアルキル化と、アルコールのアミノ化 と、アルコールの脱水素化と、ニトリルの水和と、アルデヒドの水素化と、アミ ドの水素化と、エステル化と水素化分解とを経た脂肪酸の水素化と、脂肪の選択 的水素化と、油脂の選択的水素化と、二トリルの水素化と、ニトロ芳香族炭化水 素の水素化と、ケトンの水素化と、フルフラールの水素化と、エステルの水素化 と、メタノールへの一酸化炭素の水素化と、一酸化炭素の酸化と、蒸気有機組成 物の酸化と、二酸化硫黄の酸化と、アルコールの酸化と、酸化窒素の分解と、酸 化窒素の選択的触媒還元と、及び酸素除去による気体流の浄化とからなる群から 選択される反応である改良。 35.請求の範囲第34項の改良であって、触媒が請求の範囲第9項の方法によって 調製される改良。 36.請求の範囲第34項の改良であって、前記反応がココヤシ脂肪酸の水素化分解 である改良。 37.請求の範囲第34項の改良であって、前記反応がオキソアルコール仕上げ処理 である改良。 38.請求の範囲第34項の改良であって、前記反応が不飽和第二級アミンへのニト リルの水素化である改良。 39.請求の範囲第34項の改良であって、前記反応がアクリルアミドへのアクリロ ニトリルの水和である改良。 40.Cu-Al-O触媒粉体を調製する方法であって、 炭酸ナトリウムの存在下で硝酸銅とアルミン酸ナトリウムとを共沈殿してCu-Al- Oスラリーを形成する過程と、 前記スラリーを濾過し濾過ケークを形成する過程と、 前記濾過ケークを洗浄する過程と、 前記濾過ケークを乾燥して乾燥粉体にする過程と、 を含む方法。 41.請求の範囲第40項の方法であって、前記濾過ケークが洗浄されて最終的な触 媒におけるナトリウム含有量が0.5重量%より低くなっていることを含む方法。 42.請求の範囲第40項の方法であって、前記乾燥された る方法。 43.請求の範囲第42項の方法であって、前記乾燥された 44.請求の範囲第40項の方法であって、前記濾過ケークが室温から約200℃まで の範囲の或る温度で乾燥される方法。 45.請求の範囲第40項の方法であって、前記濾過ケークが約120℃の温度で乾燥 される方法。 46.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、更に、50重量%を超えない量のCe、Ba、M n、Co、Zn、Ni、アルカリ及びアルカリ土類の塩及び酸化物から成る群から選択 される助触媒を含む触媒。 47.請求の範囲第46項の触媒であって、前記助触媒が前記触媒の25重量%を超え ない触媒。 48.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、15から250m2/gまでの表面積を有する触 媒。 49.請求の範囲第16項の触媒であって、15から100m2/gまでの表面積を有する触 媒。 50.請求の範囲第2項の触媒であって、約0.5ミクロンから約100ミクロンまでの 粒径を有する触媒。 51.請求の範囲第50項の触媒であって、10%以下の粒子が2ミクロン以下の大き さであり、90%以上の粒子が50ミクロン以下である触媒。
