Claims (12)
1. Protutijelo koje se veže na ljudski PD-1 (SEQ ID NO: 1), koje sadrži laki lanac (LC) i teški lanac (HC), gdje laki lanac sadrži varijabilno područje lakog lanca (LCVR), a teški lanac sadrži varijabilno područje teškog lanca (HCVR), naznačeno time što:
(1) LCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 15, a HCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 12; ili
(2) LCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 15, a HCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 13; ili
(3) LCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 15, a HCVR ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 14.
2. Protutijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time što LC ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a HC ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 16, SEQ ID NO: 17, SEQ ID NO: 18, SEQ ID NO: 19, SEQ ID NO: 20, ili SEQ ID NO: 21.
3. Protutijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačeno time što:
(1) LC ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a HC ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 16; ili

Protutijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, koje sadrži dva laka lanca i dva teška lanca, naznačeno time što svaki laki lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a svaki teški lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 16, SEQ ID NO: 17, SEQ ID NO: 18, SEQ ID NO: 19, SEQ ID NO: 20 ili SEQ ID NO: 21.
5. Protutijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačeno time što:
(1) svaki laki lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a svaki teški lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 16; ili

(4) svaki laki lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a svaki teški lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 19; ili
(5) svaki laki lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a svaki teški lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 20; ili
(6) svaki laki lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 22, a svaki teški lanac ima aminokiselinski slijed dan u SEQ ID NO: 21.
6. Protutijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačeno time što jedan od teških lanaca tvori disulfidnu vezu između lanaca s jednim od lakih lanaca, a drugi teški lanac tvori disulfidnu vezu između lanaca s drugim lakim lancem, dok jedan od teških lanaca tvori dvije disulfidne veze između lanaca s drugim teškim lancem.
7. Protutijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačeno time što je protutijelo glikozilirano.
8. Stanica sisavca koja sadrži molekulu DNA koja sadrži polinukleotidni slijed koji kodira polipeptid koji ima aminokiselinski slijed SEQ ID NO: 22 i polinukleotidni slijed koji kodira polipeptid koji ima aminokiselinski slijed SEQ ID NO: 17 ili SEQ ID NO: 20, naznačeno time što stanica može eksprimirati protutijelo koje sadrži laki lanac koji ima aminokiselinski slijed SEQ ID NO: 22 i teški lanac koji ima aminokiselinski slijed SEQ ID NO: 17 ili SEQ ID NO: 20.

12. Protutijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačeno time što je namijenjeno upotrebi u istodobnoj, odvojenoj ili uzastopnoj kombinaciji s jednim ili više antitumorskih sredstava, u liječenju raka, po mogućnosti, gdje je rak melanom, rak pluća, rak glave i vrata, kolorektalni rak, rak gušterače, rak želuca, rak bubrega, rak mokraćnog mjehura, rak prostate, rak dojke, rak jajnika ili hepatocelularni karcinom.
