Claims (20)
1. Razdjelnik (200, 400, 500) toka koji sadrži:

3. Razdjelnik (200, 400, 500) toka iz patentnog zahtjeva 2, u kome površina poprečnog presjeka prvog otvora (217) za pražnjenje prvog izlaznog voda (204, 504) je suštinski ista kao površina poprečnog presjeka drugog otvora (227) za pražnjenje drugog izlaznog voda (206, 506).
4. Razdjelnik (200, 400, 500) toka iz patentnog zahtjeva 2 ili iz patentnog zahtjeva 3, u kome je površina poprečnog presjeka prvog otvora (217) za pražnjenje prvog izlaznog voda (204, 504) manja od oko 85% površine poprečnog presjeka ulaznog otvora (207) ulaznog voda (202, 502), a površina poprečnog presjeka drugog otvora (227) za pražnjenje drugog izlaznog voda (206, 506) je manja od oko 85% površine poprečnog presjeka ulaznog otvora (207) ulaznog voda (202, 502).

Razdjelnik (200, 400, 500) toka iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, u kome oblikovani dio (208) uključuje gornji konveksni region (212) i nasuprot postavljen donji konveksni region (213), pri čemu se gornji i donji konveksni region (212, 213) pružaju jedan ka drugome u ulaznom prolazu (231) da definiraju ograničenje (235) toka između sebe.

razvodnik (104, 420, 520) kaše koji je u vezi putem fluida sa razdjelnikom (200, 400, 500) toka, pri čemu razvodnik (104, 420, 520) kaše uključuje prvi ulaz (106, 424) napajanja prilagođen da primi prvi napajajući tok (547) vodene cementne kaše iz prvog izlaznog voda (204, 404) razdjelnika (200, 400, 500) toka, drugi ulaz (108, 425) napajanja koji je u prostornoj vezi u odnosu na prvi ulaz (106, 424) napajanja i prilagođen da primi drugi tok (548) vodene cementne kaše (548) iz drugog izlaznog voda (206, 406) razdjelnika (200, 400, 500) toka, i izlaz (110, 530) za raspodjelu koji je u vezi putem fluida i sa prvim i sa drugim ulazom (106, 108; 424, 425) za napajanje i prilagođen tako da se prvi i drugi tok (547, 548) vodene cementne kaše prazne iz razvodnika (104, 420, 520) kaše kroz izlaze (110, 530) za raspodjelu.

razdvajanje glavnog toka (545) vodene cementne kaše iz miješalice (102, 412, 512) u prvi napajajući tok (547) vodene cementne kaše i drugi napajajući tok (548) vodene cementne kaše provođenjem glavnog toka (545) kaše kroz razdjelnik (200, 400, 500) toka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12;
provođenje prvog napajajućeg toka (547) vodene cementne kaše kroz prvi ulaz (106, 424) napajanja razvodnika (104, 420, 520) kaše;
provođenje drugog napajajućeg toka (548) vodene cementne kaše kroz drugi ulaz (108, 425) napajanja razvodnika (104, 420, 520) kaše, pri čemu je drugi ulaz (108, 425) napajanja u prostornoj vezi u odnosu na prvi ulaz (106, 424) napajanja; i
rekombiniranje prvog i drugog napajajućeg toka (547, 548) vodene cementne kaše u razvodniku (104, 420, 520) kaše;
pri čemu prvi napajajući tok (547) vodene cementne kaše i drugi napajajući tok (548) vodene cementne kaše, svaki, imaju prosječnu brzinu koja je najmanje oko 50% prosječne brzine glavnog toka (545) vodene cementne kaše.

Metoda pripreme cementnog proizvoda iz patentnog zahtjeva 15, u kojoj je ograničenje (235) toka razdjelnika (200, 400, 500) toka konfigurirano tako da nagoni glavni tok (545) vodene cementne kaše dalje od račvajućeg djela (510) u prvi i drugi izlazni vod (204, 206; 404, 406; 504, 506) razdjelnika (200, 400, 500) toka.
