Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种石膏板双段式分配机，属于石膏板生产线使用设备，包含有回转中心A(1)、输送段A(2)、回转中心B(3)、输送段B(4)和升降装置(5)。本实用新型把输送段分为两段，各自单独传动，输送段B和输送段A在升降装置的作用下绕回转中心A上下运动，回转中心B可活动，运动过程中回转中心A和回转中心B形成一个夹角，也就是说输送段A和输送段B之间形成一个夹角，这样输送段A与分配机前设备的夹角相对于原有输送段变得更小，石膏板的弯折度更小，输送过程更加平稳、可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石膏板生产线用设备，具体地说是一种石膏板双段式分配机。
背景技术
在石膏板生产线上，石膏板成型之后需要送入干燥机进行脱水干燥。干燥机是多层的，并且需要连续不断地往里面送石膏板，分配机就承担往干燥机里面送石膏板的任务，逐层分配。由于分配机的输送段是倾斜的，与相邻设备形成一定的角度，这个角度越小越好。因为这个工艺段的石膏板比较软，强度低，石膏板在进出分配机的时候容易折断。目前使用的分配机输送段只有一段，相对角度大，石膏板的弯折角度大，不利于石膏板的输送。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种石膏板双段式分配机，减小石膏板在输送过程中的角度变化，减小石膏板的弯折度，使输送过程更加平稳。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
包含有回转中心A、输送段A、回转中心B、输送段B和升降装置，回转中心A固定设置于支架上，输送段A设置于回转中心A和回转中心B之间，回转中心B可活动，升降装置与输送段B连接，用以带动输送段B和输送带A绕回转中心A上下运动。
本实用新型把输送段分为两段，各自单独传动，输送段B和输送段A在升降装置的作用下绕回转中心A上下运动，回转中心B可活动，运动过程中回转中心A和回转中心B形成一个夹角，也就是说输送段A和输送段B之间形成一个夹角，这样输送段A与分配机前设备的夹角相对于原有输送段变得更小，石膏板的弯折度更小，输送过程更加平稳、可靠。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行将详细描述：
如图所示为本实用新型的一个具体实施例，回转中心A1固定设置于支架6上，输送段A2设置于回转中心A1和回转中心B3之间，回转中心B3可活动，升降装置5与输送段B4连接，输送段B4的末端与干燥机连接。
本实用新型在输送石膏板过程中，根据向干燥机输送的高度调整升降装置5，使输送段A2和输送段B4在升降装置5的带动下上下运动，输送段B4绕回转中心A1转动，输送段A2也绕回转中心A1转动，而回转中心B3可活动，回转中心B3的位置随着输送段B4的上下运动而变动，从而使输送段A2和输送段B4形成一个夹角，这样输送段A2和分配机前设备的夹角相对于原单一的输送段而言变小，石膏板的弯折度更小，输送过程更加平稳、可靠，石膏板到达干燥机最高点时两输送段的夹角向上，到达干燥机最低点时两输送段的夹角向下。

1.一种石膏板双段式分配机，其特征在于，包含有回转中心A(1)、输送段A(2)、回转中心B(3)、输送段B(4)和升降装置(5)，回转中心A(1)固定设置于支架(6)上，输送段A(2)设置于回转中心A(1)和回转中心B(3)之间，回转中心B(3)可活动，升降装置(5)与输送段B(4)连接，用以带动输送段B(4)绕回转中心A(1)和回转中心B(3)上下运动。
