本实用新型公开了一种气动送桶装置，而提供一种结构简单，使用方便的气动送桶装置。底座上安装有移位驱动汽缸，移位驱动汽缸的活塞杆与升降盘固定连接，升降盘上安装有倾斜的固定托桶板，底座上固定有支撑板，支撑板上端与活动托桶板一端通过第一销轴铰接，升降盘与活动托桶板的支点通过第二销轴铰接，下桶时，所述第一销轴与第二销轴在一条直线上，从而使所述活动托桶板位于水平方向。本实用新型的气动送桶装置通过活动托桶板、固定托桶板与气缸的相互配合，能够将钢桶送到需要的位置，结构简单，使用方便，可靠性高，有利于提高生产效率。

本实用新型涉及钢桶翻新处理技术领域，特别是涉及一种气动送桶装置。 
背景技术
在钢桶翻新处理过程中，需要经常将钢桶由一个工位输送到另一个工位，或者在同一工位的不同位置变换。 
目前，钢桶的输送主要是通过由多组拖轮组成固定在同一托架上，通过钢桶的滚动从一个位置到达另一个位置。或者，是通过吊具将钢桶吊起来，通过移位气缸或其他移位驱动机构驱动，将钢桶送到另一个位置。上述结构，虽然满足了钢桶的输送需要，但是，由于设备结构复杂，操作繁琐，生产效率低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种结构简单，使用方便的气动送桶装置。 
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是： 
一种气动送桶装置，包括底座、活动托桶板、固定托桶板、移位驱动气缸、升降盘、支撑板，所述底座上安装有所述移位驱动汽缸，所述移位驱动汽缸的活塞杆与所述升降盘固定连接，所述升降盘上安装有倾斜的所述固定托桶板，所述底座上固定有所述支撑板，所述支撑板上端与所述活动托桶板一端通过第一销轴铰接，所述升降盘与所述活动托桶板的支点通过第二销轴铰接，下桶时，所述第一销轴与第二销轴在一条直线上，从而使所述活动托桶板位于水平方向。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是： 
本实用新型的气动送桶装置通过活动托桶板、固定托桶板与气缸的相互配合，能够将钢桶送到需要的位置，结构简单，使用方便，可靠性高，有利于提高生产效率。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 
本实用新型气动送桶装置的示意图如图1所示，包括底座1、活动托桶板2、固定托桶板3、移位驱动气缸4、升降盘5、支撑板6，所述底座1上安装有所述移位驱动汽缸4，所述移位驱动汽缸4的活塞杆与所述升降盘5固定连接，所述升降盘5上安装有倾斜的所述固定托桶板3，所述底座1上固定有所述支撑板6，所述支撑板6上端与所述活动托桶板2一端通过第一销轴7铰接，所述升降盘5与所述活动托桶板2的支点通过第二销轴8铰接，下桶时，所述第一销轴7与第二销轴8在一条直线上，从而使所述活动托桶板2位于水平方向。 
使用时，移位驱动气缸的活塞杆伸出，带动升降盘上升，活动托桶板围绕第一销轴和第二销轴顺时针转动，使得活动托桶板与固定托桶板之间形成一定的角度，托住钢桶。移位驱动气缸的活塞杆收缩，带动升降盘下移，活动托桶板围绕第一销轴和第二销轴逆时针转动，到第一销轴与第二销轴在一条直线上时停止，活动托桶板处于水平方向，由于固定托桶板为倾斜的，钢桶在固定托桶板3的斜面作用下，自动滚动下滑，实现向下一工序送料。 
本实用新型的气动送桶装置结构简单，使用方便。

1.一种气动送桶装置，其特征在于，包括底座、活动托桶板、固定托桶板、移位驱动气缸、升降盘、支撑板，所述底座上安装有所述移位驱动汽缸，所述移位驱动汽缸的活塞杆与所述升降盘固定连接，所述升降盘上安装有倾斜的所述固定托桶板，所述底座上固定有所述支撑板，所述支撑板上端与所述活动托桶板一端通过第一销轴铰接，所述升降盘与所述活动托桶板的支点通过第二销轴铰接，下桶时，所述第一销轴与第二销轴在一条直线上，从而使所述活动托桶板位于水平方向。
