Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för framställning av maInings fraktioner torrt av utgangsmaterial bestäende av vete, räg, majs eller korn för att erhälla ren stärkelse efter detta med tillhjälp av ett vät- eller degskede, kännetecknat därav, att: a) materialet torrmales upprepade ganger och sällas upprepade ganger genom ett sorteringsmalningssystem, varvid b) materialet dubbelmalas tvä till fyra ganger och c) sällas icke mellan dubbelmalningarna, men d) materialet sällas efter respektive dubbelmalning.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att materialet dubbelmalas fyra ganger.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att speciellt vid finmalning utföres tre till fem enkelmalningar, mellan vilka respektive mellan-malning äger rum.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, k ä n -netecknat därav, att materialet dubbelmalas ätmins-tone i punkterna Β^/ϊ^, B^/B^, ^1^2 oc^ ^3/^4 *
5. Stärkelsekvarnanläggning för framstä1lning av ett stärkel-seräämne för att erhälla ren stärkelse i anslutning därtill av vete.räg, majs eller korn, speciellt med ett förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknad därav, att den har tvä dubbelmalningspassager, vilka respektive har tvä direkt efter varandraanotdnade malningsvai spar (4, 5/4',5'/ 7, 8 / 7', 8'). 1 Stärkelsekvarnanläggning enligt patentkrav 5, kännetecknad därav, att kvarnen har en eller tvä valsstolar (1) med ätta valsar, vilka valsstolar har tvä gänger tvä ovanpa 92158 19 varandra belägna malningsvalspar (4, 5 /4',5' / 7, 8 / 7*, 8'), varvid respektive malningsvalspar (4, 5 / 4', 5' / 7, 8 / 7’, 8') har egen regiering (15, 16, 17) för malnings-spalten .
7. Stärkelsekvarnanläggning enligt patentkrav 5 eller 6, kännetecknad därav, att respektive valspar (4, 5 / 4', 5' / 7, 8 / 7', 8’) är fullständigt utrustat med en individuell regleranordning (108, 116) samt med en säkring (112) mot främmande stycken, och respektive valspars (4, 5 / 4', 5’ / 7, 8/7’, 8') valsar bar olika omloppshastighet varvid de motsatt belägna valsparen företrädesvis har en ge-mensamt styrd kopplingsanordning (102, 103, 104).
8. Stärkelsekvarnanläggning enligt nägot av patentkraven 5-7, kännetecknad därav, att till malnings- spaltens regleranordning har anslutits en fjärrstyrning och en räknaranordning (19) för att sänka och aterställa regler-värdena för de för respektive malningsuppgift specifika förord-ningarna angäende malningsspalten samt för alla andra behand-lings- och transportorgan.
