Claims (4)
- Couteau (11) pour une machine de découpage de grande puissance pour découper des aliments, comprenant une lame de coupe (9) et un évidement (7) qui sert à supporter et/ou centrer le couteau sur la machine de découpage de grande puissance, la lame de coupe présentant un rayon (R) mesuré à partir du centre de l'évidement, caractérisé en ce qu'une dimension (D) de l'évidement mesure au moins 140 mm et au maximum 450 mm et le rapport de R/D < 2,0, de préférence < 1,7, D étant le diamètre de l'évidement, lorsque l'évidement est circulaire.
