发明内容

合成纤维可以为有序的或无序的。合成纤维可均匀地分布在整个基体上。优选地,合成纤维可在塑料材料中非均匀设置,其中,要求机械强度较高的部分要比要求机械强度较低的部分设置更多的合成纤维。
通常,合成纤维可以分别具有相同的长度或不同的长度。合成纤维可以为编织的(gewoben)或非编织的。替选地或附加地,合成纤维可以通过其它的方法,例如,通过制毡(Filzen)和/或针织彼此连接。
切片机刀片为圆形的、螺旋状的或镰刀状的刀片。
优选地,塑料材料和/或涂层包括介质(Mittel),特别是添加剂,所述介质可以通过分析方法进行检测,通过一个相应的装置可以确定,微粒(Partikel)是否在切割过程中从切片机刀片脱落并落入食品中。这类产品随后可以被带出。例如,在介质中为金属粉末,特别优选地,所述金属粉末为纳米粉末。常见的分析方法为射线扫描仪,特别是X射线扫描仪和/或金属检测器。

Claims (10)

2.根据权利要求1所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述基体(2)至少部分地具有涂层(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述涂层(3)为金属和/或陶瓷涂层。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述涂层通过气相沉积实现。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述塑料材料得到增强。
6.根据权利要求4所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述塑料材料通过合成纤维得到增强。
7.根据权利要求5所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述合成纤维为有序的或无序的。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述合成纤维为编织的或非编织的。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述切片机刀片为圆形的、螺旋状的或镰刀状的刀片。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的切片机刀片(1),其特征在于,所述切片机刀片在旋转轴区域具有凹进部(5)。
