Claims (12)

  1. Procédé permettant de découper un bâton de produit alimentaire (2) en portions (14) d'un poids nominal prédéfini, dans lequel la longueur et le poids du bâton de produit alimentaire sont constatés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la longueur et le poids de l'entame (6) et du bout (7) sont définis, et
    - et la longueur disponible (8) et la longueur moyenne à découper (10) en sont calculées pour chaque portion.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de tranches par portion est prédéfini.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de tranche est prédéfinie.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur et/ou le poids du bâton de produit alimentaire et/ou la longueur et/ou le poids de l'entame et/ou du morceau restant sont déterminés sur la base de valeurs empiriques.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la superficie de la section moyenne du bâton de produit alimentaire est déterminée.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une dimension de la superficie des tranches est déterminée par un moyen.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le résultat de la détermination de dimension entre dans la définition de la longueur à découper par portion.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion découpée est pesée et le résultat entre dans le calcul de la longueur de la portion à découper en moyenne.
