Claims (7)

  1.   5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur de produit est prévu et en ce que le réglage d'au moins un paramètre de la machine est réalisé en fonction du signal du détecteur de produit.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation du couteau est réglée en fonction de la température du produit.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement d'une table de dépose est réglé en fonction du signal du détecteur de produit qui détermine le type de produit et/ou sa température.
