Claims (7)
- Procédé pour découper une barre de produit alimentaire (2) à l'aide d'un dispositif comportant un couteau (11) tournant et au moins un moyen de transport (4, 18), dans lequel la barre de produit alimentaire est disposée sur une travée d'alimentation (14) et transportée par le moyen de transport (4, 18) en direction du couteau (11) puis coupée, caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur d'oscillations au moins est associé au dispositif, le signal dudit détecteur étant utilisé pour surveiller et/ou régler le dispositif, le dispositif comportant un liteau de coupe (1) et le réglage de l'interstice de coupe entre le couteau (11) et le liteau de coupe (1) étant réalisé à l'aide du détecteur d'oscillations et le couteau, pour le réglage de l'interstice de coupe, étant déplacé dans la direction du liteau de coupe jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient presque en contact, de sorte que les oscillations mesurées par le détecteur d'oscillations soient modifiées, et en ce qu'au moins une coupe à vide est réalisée pour la formation des portions, ce pourquoi le couteau est ressorti du plan de coupe.
