Claims (12)
- Semelle de rail pour l'utilisation en dessous d'un rail de voie ferrée dans un ensemble de fixation de rail en tant qu'amortissement et/ou isolation électrique, la semelle (4) ayant une face majeure (41) constituant une portion d'appui de rail (43) sur laquelle le patin du rail de voie ferrée repose lorsque la semelle (4) est en utilisation, et comprenant en outre deux portions érigées (46), formées intégralement avec ladite portion d'appui de rail (43) le long de leurs bords opposés de manière à s'étendre seulement le long d'une partie centrale du bord ;
caractérisée en ce que la semelle convient pour l'utilisation avec des clips de fixation de rail résilients qui sont configurés pour être entraînés dans et hors du patin de rail, au-dessus des portions érigées (46), dans une direction latérale relativement à l'axe longitudinal du rail. - Semelle de rail selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites portions érigées (46) sont réalisées en un matériau électriquement isolant et sont configurées et agencées de façon à former des éléments d'isolation afin d'isoler électriquement le patin du rail des dispositifs d'ancrage de clips de rail (1) situés de chaque côté du rail lorsque la semelle (4) est en utilisation.
- Semelle de rail selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle les éléments d'isolation (46) sont réalisés en un matériau ayant une plus grande résilience à l'endommagement que la portion d'appui de rail (43) de la semelle.
- Semelle de rail selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans laquelle les portions érigées (46) sont fixées à la portion d'appui de rail (43) de manière à pouvoir être retirées facilement de celle-ci.
- Semelle de rail selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle lesdites portions érigées (46) s'interverrouillent mécaniquement avec ladite portion d'appui de rail (43).
- Semelle de rail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la largueur de ladite portion d'appui de rail (43) peut s'adapter à une plage de largueurs d'appui de rail.
- Semelle de rail selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle la portion d'appui de rail (43) de la semelle (4) possède une section en accordéon (43b) qui peut être étirée ou serrée entre une largueur minimale et une largueur maximale, de manière à ajuster la largueur totale de la portion d'appui de rail (43).
- Ensemble de fixation d'un rail de chemin de fer comprenant deux clips de fixation de rail de chemin de fer (3), deux dispositifs d'ancrage (1) pour retenir des clips respectifs des clips de fixation de rail (3) lorsqu'ils sont installés dans celui-ci, et une semelle de rail (4) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, situé entre les deux dispositifs d'ancrage (1), où chaque élément d'isolation (46) de la semelle (4) présente une tablette (47) qui s'étend sur une portion de ce dispositif d'ancrage (1) qui est adjacente à celui-ci, sur la tablette (47) se trouvant le clip de rail (3) installé dans le dispositif d'ancrage (1) lorsque le clip (3) se trouve dans une position préassemblée dans laquelle le clip (3) ne se trouve pas sur la portion d'appui de rail (43) de la semelle (4).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8, dans lequel chacun des clips (3) est tel qu'il peut être dévié d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à au moins une configuration fonctionnelle dans laquelle une portion de pied (34) du clip (3) est en appui sur un rail de chemin de fer, le clip (3) étant réalisé à partir d'une tige de matériau résilient configurée pour avoir, depuis une extrémité A de la tige à l'autre extrémité B de la tige, tout d'abord une première portion sensiblement droite (31), ensuite une deuxième portion (32) sensiblement courbée, ensuite une troisième portion (33), ensuite une quatrième portion (34) qui est sensiblement en forme de U et forme la portion de pied du clip, ensuite une cinquième portion (53), ensuite une sixième portion (36) sensiblement courbée et enfin une septième portion (37) sensiblement droite, les première et septième portions (31, 37) du clip (3) formant les portion de branche, dont les axes longitudinaux se situent sensiblement dans un premier plan (P) lorsque le clip (3) se trouve dans sa configuration non fonctionnelle et, lorsque le clip (3) est vu dans une direction perpendiculaire audit premier plan (P), les troisième et cinquième portions (33, 35) se situent entre les première et septième portions (31, 37), dans lequel, lorsque le clip (3) se trouve dans sa configuration non fonctionnelle, les axes longitudinaux des deuxième, troisième, quatrième, cinquième et sixième portions (32 à 36) se situent également sensiblement dans ledit premier plan (P), et lorsque le clip (3) se trouve dans ladite au moins une configuration fonctionnelle, les axes longitudinaux des troisième, quatrième et cinquième portions (33 à 35) se situent sensiblement dans un deuxième plan (R), et les axes longitudinaux des première et septième portions (31, 37) se situent sensiblement dans un troisième plan (Q), les deuxième et troisième plans (R, Q) étant non parallèles l'un à l'autre.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel chacun desdits dispositifs d'ancrage (1) comprend deux parois espacées interconnectées (10), entre lesquelles une portion du clip (3) à retenir est retenue lorsque le dispositif d'ancrage (1) est en utilisation, et des moyens de mise en prise avec le clip (11), supportés par les parois (10), pour venir en prise avec une portion du clip de fixation de rail (3) à retenir, où le dispositif (1) ne comporte pas de propriété ou surface qui vient en prise avec la surface de cette portion de clip qui est orientée vers le bas lorsque le clip (3) est en utilisation.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 10, dans lequel les moyens de mise en prise avec le clip (11) définissent des régions de contact (110A, 110B) auxquelles le dispositif (1) vient en prise avec le clip de rail (3) à retenir lorsque le clip (3) s'appuie sur le rail de chemin de fer, le dispositif (1) ne venant pas en prise avec le clip (3) à une autre région du dispositif (1) lorsque le clip (3) s'appuie sur le rail en fonctionnement normal, de sorte qu'aucune desdites régions de contact (110A, 110B) du dispositif est visible lorsque le dispositif d'ancrage (1) est vu du dessus, lorsqu'il se trouve dans son orientation fonctionnelle dans laquelle il sera utilisé lorsqu'il est adjacent à un rail de chemin de fer, et toutes les régions de contact précitées (110A, 110B) du dispositif (1) peuvent être vues lorsque le dispositif d'ancrage (1) est vu de dessous lorsqu'il se trouve dans ladite orientation fonctionnelle.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 11, dans lequel, lorsque le dispositif (1) est en utilisation, toutes lesdites régions de contact (110A, 110B) du dispositif (1) se situent sensiblement à la même distance horizontale du bord du patin de rail lors d'une mesure perpendiculaire à l'axe du rail et dans le plan du patin de rail.
