Claims (6)
- Hilfsdüse (8) für eine Webmaschine, die als Hohlnadel (11) gestaltet ist und die einer an eine geschlossene Spitze (12) anschließenden Wandung (26) mit einer oder mehreren Ausströmöffnungen (25) versehen ist, die, wenn die Hilfsdüse an einer Webmaschine angebracht ist, auf einen Schusseintragskanal (4) gerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausströmöffnung (25) nahe der Oberkante (28) der Hohlnadel angeordnet ist, so dass, wenn die Hilfsdüse (8) in eine Webmaschine eingebaut ist, die Ausströmöffnung (25) früh vollständig durch die Kettfadenebene (18) hindurchtritt und sich spät durch die Kettfadenebene aus dem Webfach heraus bewegt.
- Hilfsdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausströmöffnung (25) eine von einer kreisförmigen Fläche abweichende, sich im wesentlichen quer zur Achse der Hohlnadel (11) erstreckende Querschnittsfläche aufweist.
- Hilfsdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausströmöffnung (25) eine schlitzförmige Düse ist, die sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Oberkante (28) der Hohlnadel (11) erstreckt.
- Hilfsdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausströmöffnung (25) aus mehreren Einzelöffnungen besteht, die in einer oder mehreren Reihen nebeneinander angeordnet sind, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Oberkante (28) der Hohlnadel (11) verlaufen.
- Hilfsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlnadel (11) eine im wesentlichen geradlinige Oberkante (28) aufweist, die unter einem Winkel zwischen 70° und 110° zur Längsachse der Hohlnadel (11) verläuft.
- Hilfsdüse nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsquerschnitte der Einzelöffnungen, die, wenn die Hilfsdüse in eine Webmaschine eingebaut ist, von dem Webblatt weiter entfernt sind, größer sind als die Strömungsquerschnitte der Einzelöffnungen, die dem Webblatt näher sind.
