Claims (9)
- Table élévatrice à compas avec des compas (11) disposés entre un dispositif porteur (14) et une unité de base (17) qui présentent une branche intérieure (12) et une branche extérieure (13) pivotant l'une par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe de compas (16) et avec un dispositif de levage qui présente un chariot élévateur (6) mobile en va-et-vient au moyen d'un entraînement (1) pour ouvrir et fermer les compas (11), un arbre moteur (3) dirigé parallèlement à l'axe des compas (16) étant accouplé à l'entraînement (1), par lequel au moins un organe de traction (4) monté autour de celui-ci et accouplé au chariot élévateur (6) est mobile dans les deux directions de rotation et l'organe de traction étant au moins une courroie crantée (4) en forme de bande et que l'arbre moteur (3) porte sur sa surface périphérique, au moins par zones, une denture coopérant avec la denture de la au moins une courroie crantée (4), caractérisée en ce que plusieurs courroies crantées (4) en forme de bandes parallèles sont utilisées comme organe de traction, en ce que les courroies crantées (4) forment chacune un brin supérieur et un brin inférieur, en ce que le chariot élévateur (6) est accouplé au brin supérieur et en ce que les courroies crantées (4) présentent deux extrémités qui sont toutes les deux fixées au chariot élévateur (6), au moins un emplacement de fixation (7, 8) présentant un dispositif de tension.
- Table élévatrice à compas selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre moteur (3) est monté fixe en position sur l'unité de base (17) et qu'au moins un élément de renvoi (5), qui est monté à rotation sur un axe de rotation monté à distance de l'arbre fixe moteur (3), parallèlement à celui-ci, est prévu pour le changement de direction des courroies crantées (4).
- Table élévatrice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un nombre d'éléments de renvoi (5) correspondant au nombre de courroies crantées (4) est prévu pour ces dernières.
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement (1) présente une section d'engrenage avec un moignon d'arbre creux dans lequel est enfoncée une section d'extrémité adaptée de l'arbre moteur.
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement (1) est fixé latéralement à l'extérieur de l'unité de base (17) sur celle-ci et est muni d'un frein (1.2) et d'un support de couples de rotation (2).
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux branches intérieures (12) parallèles et deux branches extérieures (13) parallèles sont montées des deux côtés sur l'unité de base (17) et le dispositif moteur (14) et que le chariot élévateur (6) est en appui à roulement ou à glissement sur les branches intérieures (12), tandis qu'une came de levage (10), par laquelle le déplacement de levée peut être déterminé, est prévue sur au moins une branche extérieure (13) pour ouvrir et fermer les compas (11) pour le déplacement de levée.
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre moteur (3) est disposé dans la zone d'un axe de pivotement du côté base de la branche intérieure (12), tandis que l'axe de rotation des éléments de renvoi (5) est disposé dans la zone de la branche intérieure (12) sur le côté de l'axe de compas (16) opposé en partant de l'arbre moteur (3).
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le chariot élévateur (6) présente deux paires de rouleaux décalés en direction de déplacement pour l'appui sur les branches intérieures (12) et une paire de rouleaux de levage (9) pour coopérer avec les cames de levage (10).
- Table élévatrice à compas selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le chariot élévateur (6) est monté à glissement sur l'unité de base (17) et porte une paire de cames de levage alignées des deux côtés en direction de déplacement, qui coopèrent avec une paire de rouleaux de levage roulant dessus qui sont montés en position fixe sur deux ailes opposées des compas (11) ou de l'axe de compas (16).
