Definitions
- the invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- This rake is new when the remaining stack is combined with the used main stack as a whole between the two stack parts remove. This entails high driving forces and demands that of the Interface closest arch of the stack very strong. Also are To provide retention means that prevent the stack parts from moving and stress the stack edges. In addition, the operation of the Sheet feeder itself severely disabled or even made impossible. The arc run is difficult to master when changing, so that again and again Waste sheets arise.
- DE 3931710 C2 describes a non-stop sheet feeder for Sheet rotation machines known. It has a residual pile support device, those below one leading from the sheet feeder to the sheet rotation machine Belt table is arranged.
- the residual stack support device has one closed frame on which non-stop rods are arranged, which as Piston rods of individual cylinders are driven by means of a pressure medium can and retractable in the grooves of a pallet carrying a sheet stack are.
- the non-stop bars are on both sides when retracted of the frame and are to be successively removed from the area of the sheet feeder be removed. None is said about the order.
- the arrangement below the sheet feed table is unsuitable for practice.
- a sheet feeder is known from DE 4203500 A1. It points parallel to Sheet feeder and associated with a residual pile support device on the end face as an independent unit. In it are about a common drive individually drivable skewers provided in the grooves of a stack of sheets carrying pallet are retractable.
- the drive has individual chain drives that can be coupled to the respective skewers. For leadership and accessibility the chain drives require special design measures.
- the Chain drives completely block the space in front of the sheet feeder, so that this is not accessible.
- DAS 1095297 is a sheet feeder with several Stacking hoists known. It has a fork-shaped residual stack support device on, which is provided with insertable residual stack bars in the grooves of a pallet. The device enables a remnant of a stack of sheets to be taken over from the pallet for the continuous feeding of the sheets during a new sheet stack is inserted into the sheet feeder.
- the residual stacking device is with a separate hoist parallel to the main stacking hoist within the Sheet feeder connected so that the remaining stack can be raised continuously.
- the Working area of the residual pile support device is very much due to the lever arrangement severely restricted, so that there is little time for the stack change be available. The rest of the stack support device prevents access to the Sheet feeder as it must be placed outside the sheet feeder as long as it is not needed.
- the aim of the invention is to improve the device for stack change so that the disadvantages described are avoided.
- the object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned improve that batch change in a simple and continuous manner is possible, the operating options during the change process improved and the process of stack change rationalized as much as possible shall be.
- independently movable support and spacer bars are provided in the device, which are drawn from the stacking area not at the same time, but with a time delay, to relieve the sheet material.
- the arrangement of the remaining stack bars in a remaining stack support device of the type described enables access to the operating area even during the changing process. An operating room is kept free in the area of the rod guide during the stack change.
- the fact that the remaining stacking rods are of different lengths depending on the type results in an improved workflow.
- the time for inserting and pulling the remaining stacking rods can be reduced in that the remaining stacking rods are moved into a waiting position before the change and are only fully inserted when the changing process begins.
- a sheet feeder 2 is connected to a sheet processing Machine, for example shown with a sheet printing machine 1.
- a sheet stack S is used for processing.
- the Sheet stack S can by means of a main stacker, which is not shown here is shown to be raised in time with the sheet processing.
- the sheets of the sheet stack S are separated at the top and the Sheet printing machine 1 fed in a sheet stream.
- a sheet separation device 4 is provided, which with a whole Number of diverse controls for format-dependent settings and for Settings of the supply with suction or blown air is provided.
- the Controls are used to coordinate the various functions of the Sheet separation device 4 on the need-based transport of the sheets from the sheet feeder 2 to the sheet printing machine 1 the separation process itself influences and also the transfer of the sheets from the sheet feeder 2 to further sheet transport devices.
- a residual stack support device 3 is also arranged the end face of the sheet feeder 2 facing away from the sheet printing machine 1 assigned.
- the remaining stack support device 3 is provided with a frame 6, in the remaining stacking rods 7 are mounted to be longitudinally displaceable. By means of the frame 6 is the remaining stack support device 3 is suspended from a remaining stack lifting mechanism 5.
- the Remaining stacking hoist 5 is only in its position here, but not in details indicated. It usually contains two pairs of lifting chains, one from the Sheet feeder 2 are drivable.
- the residual stacking hoist 5 serves one To keep the remaining stack H in the sheet feeder 2 and in time with the sheet processing to raise. Therefore, the residual pile hoist 5 is also with the main pile hoist controllable synchronously.
- the rest of the stacker 5 consists of the Sheet feeder 2 connected vertical guide rails 8 on which the Frame 6 is guided and can be raised or lowered by means of the lifting chains.
- the sheet feeder 2 is shown in a view from above.
- a so-called belt table 20 over which the one generated by the separation Sheet current to the sheet processing machine e.g. the printing press 1 is transported.
- the position of the sheet separation device 4 is also shown in FIG Assignment to the rear edge of the sheet stack S can be seen.
- the orientation of the Remaining stacking bars 7 are shown in their arrangement in relation to the sheet feeder 2, only the two outer remaining stacking rods 7 are shown and the others are indicated with lines of action.
- the position shown is for example, the standby position before initiating a Change process or the waiting position outside the operating area of the sheet feeder 2.
- the remaining stacking bars 7 are within the Remaining pile support device 3 performed so that it is in the position shown Take up the horizontal position outside the area of the sheet feeder 2.
- the rest of the stack support device 3 with its frame 6 is by means of Guide rails 8 guided on the sheet feeder 2 and vertically movable.
- the Remaining pile hoist 5 is again only in its position with respect to Remaining stack support device 3 indicated and is located in the sheet feeder 2 and on the top of the guide rails 8, for example on the frame of the Sheet feeder 2, grips from there on frame 6 of residual stack support device 3 and moves them up and down on the guide rails 8.
- FIG. 3 shows a complete representation of the residual stack support device 3.
- the frame 6 is U-shaped and guided vertically on the guide rails 8.
- the rest of the stacking rods 7 in the form of supporting rods 7A and spacing rods 7B are guided in the frame 6 in a front support rail 9.
- a drive 11 for occasionally pulling or pushing in the support rods 7A and spacer rods 7B is arranged on a rear mounting rail 10.
- the position shown is the waiting position.
- drives 12 are provided on both sides for the longitudinal displacement of the rear support rail 10 on guide rails 13 on side parts of the frame 6.
- the drives 12 determine the position of the rear mounting rail 10 within the frame 6.
- the front mounting rail 9 is firmly connected to the frame 6.
- the support rods 7A or spacer rods 7B are of different heights.
- the support rods 7A are, for example, approximately twice as high as the spacer rods 7B.
- the term height means the expansion of the support rods 7A or spacer rods 7B perpendicular
- the support rods 7A and spacer rods 7B can be of the same length. In a preferred embodiment, the support rods 7A are longer than that Spacer bars 7B.
- the support rods 7A are used to take over a remaining stack H first the load bearing and must be dimensioned accordingly, whereby the load is to be diverted into another suspension element (see Fig. 4).
- the residual stack support device 3 is shown in operation in FIG.
- the support rods 7A, and the spacer bars 7B are by means of their individual drives, or for example by means of the drives 12 together with the rear mounting rail 10 advanced against the front mounting rail 9 and one in the grooves Sheet stack S carrying pallet P has been introduced.
- the front mounting rail 9 and the rear mounting rail 10 with the drive 11 are now parallel in front of the Pallet P, which carries a residual stack H remaining from the sheet stack S.
- the Pallet P and the remaining stack H are not through the front carrier rail 9 touches.
- the longer and higher support rods 7A lie on one Remaining stacking lifting rail 14 at the front end viewed in the direction of sheet travel in Sheet feeder 2 on.
- This residual stack lifting rail 14 is with the Remaining stacker 5 coupled and to support the support rods 7A during their lifting movement is provided in the course of production.
- the Remaining stack lifting rail 14 and the remaining stack lifting mechanism 5 are both with the Main stacker of the sheet feeder 2 connected or at least so mechanically or control technically coupled with each other that they at Batch processing especially when merging the remaining stack H can be lifted synchronously with a new sheet stack S.
- FIG. 4 shows a first very important aspect of the invention.
- the space within the frame 6 is completely free.
- the frame 6 of the residual stack support device 3 is U-shaped.
- guide elements for the remaining stacking rods 7 are displaceable within the frame 6.
- the support rail 10 can thus be advanced together with the remaining stacking bars 7.
- the mounting rail 10 is arranged in an advanced position within the frame 6.
- the remaining stacking bars 7 are then advanced on the mounting rail 10 by individual drives. In both cases, the area shown hatched in FIG. 4 is kept free and is therefore accessible.
- This area is also protected, since security measures (not to be described in more detail here) are provided which prevent movement of the residual stack support device 3 or the rear support rail 10 within the frame 6 if an operator is in the area mentioned, for example for adjusting the feeder 2.
- security measures are provided which prevent movement of the residual stack support device 3 or the rear support rail 10 within the frame 6 if an operator is in the area mentioned, for example for adjusting the feeder 2.
- these are not the subject of the invention. It is important for the handling that the support rods 7A and spacer rods 7B are inserted into the grooves of the pallet P at an early stage, ie long before the change process actually required. The space in the area of the stack changer is always free during production.
- the Residual pile support device 3 is by means of the residual pile hoist 5 entire height of the sheet feeder 2 can be raised and lowered.
- the Remaining stack support device 3 can therefore also with the sheet stack S be lifted together if the batch change is not yet to take place.
- the remaining stack lifting rail 14 is in one position in the usual way corresponding to a minimum permissible height of the remaining stack H before the start of the Stack change arranged from where it can be lifted.
- At least the support rods 7A are over the remaining short way to the overlap with the remaining stack lifting rail 14 retracted.
- second drive means are provided, which apply to all Interact with remaining stacking rods 7.
- the remaining stack H is only final by lowering the Place pallet P on the remaining stacking bars 7. If the remaining stacking rods 7 have moved again, i.e. the batch union is done, the Remaining stacking rods 7 preferably immediately back into the waiting position in the grooves the pallet P retracted with a new sheet stack S.
- a first drive can be designed as a common drive or as an individual drive for each of the remaining stacking bars 7 and acts only up to the waiting position.
- a second drive acts jointly on all the remaining stack bars 7 and pushes them from the waiting position into the inserted end position.
- the remaining stacking bars 7 can be driven to be individually drivable on the rear mounting rail 10, the rear mounting rail 10 then being arranged in a position near the front mounting rail 9.
- the rest of the stacking bars 7 can be pushed forward over the length of the frame 6 from the rear mounting rail 10 into the waiting position, but they can be separated from the rear mounting rail 10.
- the rear mounting rail 10 can also be moved in both cases. It can be advanced, for example by means of the drive 11, by the remaining distance between the waiting position and the inserted end position.
- sensors can be provided, by means of which the remaining stacking bars 7 can be positioned in a position for threading into the grooves of the pallet P, regardless of the height position of the new sheet stack S.
- a light barrier arrangement is suitable which illuminates a groove in the pallet P.
- This arrangement can be provided with a sensor on the residual stack support device 3 and can be connected to the control of the residual stack lifting mechanism 5, so that the residual stack support device 3 can be automatically adapted to the correct height position thus found. Then the remaining stacking rods 7 can also be inserted into the grooves of the pallet P.
- sensors can be provided which report that the remaining stacking rods 7 have exceeded the upper edge of the remaining stack lifting rail 14.
- the control means of the drive means of the remaining stacking rods 7 are connected in such a way that they can be pushed in when the sensors signal over the remaining path to the inserted end position above the remaining stacking lifting rail 14. This is preferably done in that all the remaining stacking rods 7 can be moved together with the rear support rail 12 from the waiting position into the end position.
- the rest of the stack lifting rail 14 is simply carried along by the rest of the stacking device 3 from a support from a lower waiting position by means of the rest of the stacking hoist 5.
- the remaining stacking rods 7 can be pushed into their inserted end position as soon as the coupling of the remaining stack lifting rail 14 to the remaining stack support device 3 is ascertained.

Description

- Fig. 5
- eine erste Position der Reststapelstäbe und
