Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen af nano-fibrillære cellulose-geler, kendetegnet ved trinnene: (a) at tilvejebringe cellulosefibre; (b) at tilvejebringe mindst ét fyldstof og/eller pigment; (c) at kombinere cellulosefibrene og det mindst ene fyldstof og/eller pigment; (d) at fibrillere cellulosefibrene i et vandigt miljø i tilstedeværelsen af det mindst ene fyldstof og/eller pigment, indtil en nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel dannes, hvor dannelsen af gelen verificeres ved overvågning af blandingens viskositet som afhængig af forskydningshastigheden, hvor viskositetsmindskelsen af blandingen ved trinvis øgning af forskydningshastigheden er stærkere end den tilsvarende viskositetsstigning ved efterfølgende trinvis reduktion af forskydningshastigheden over mindst en del af forskydningshastighedsområdet, idet forskydningen nærmer sig nul.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at Brookfield-viskositeten af den resulterende nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel er lavere end Brookfield-viskositeten afen tilsvarende nano-fibrillære cellulosesuspension, der er blevet fibrilleret i fraværet af fyldstoffer og/eller pigmenter.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at cellulosefibrene er sådan indeholdt i fibermasse valgt fra gruppen omfattende eukalyptusmasse, grantræsfibermasse, fyrretræsfibermasse, bøgetræsfibermasse, hampfibermasse, bomuldsfibermasse og blandinger deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at cellulosefibrene tilvejebringes i formen af en suspension, fortrinsvis med et faststofindhold på fra 0,2 til 35 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis 0,25 til 10 vægtprocent, endnu mere fortrinsvis 0,5 til 5 vægtprocent, i særdeleshed 1 til 4 vægtprocent, mest fortrinsvis 1,3 til 3 vægtprocent, f.eks. 1,5 vægtprocent.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet vælges fra gruppen omfattende præcipiteret calciumkarbonat, naturligt formalet calciumkarbonat, dolomit; talkum; bentonit; ler; magnesit; satinhvidt; sepiolit, huntit, diatomit; silikater; og blandinger deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet vælges fra gruppen af præcipiteret calciumkarbonat, fortrinsvis med vateritisk, calcitisk eller aragonitisk krystalstruktur; naturligt formalet calciumkarbonat, fortrinsvis valgt fra marmor, kalksten og/eller kridt; og blandinger deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved at det præcipiterede calciumkarbonat er ultrafin diskret prismatisk, scalenohedrisk eller rhombohedrisk præcipiteret calciumkarbonat.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstof- og/eller pigmentpartiklerne har en median partikelstørrelse på fra 0,01 til 15 pm, fortrinsvis 0,1 til 10 pm, mere fortrinsvis 0,3 til 5 pm og mest fortrinsvis 0,5 til 4 pm.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet er associeret med dispergeringsmidler valgt fra gruppen omfattende homopolymerer eller copolymerer af polycarboxylsyrer og/eller deres salte eller derivater, såsom estere baseret på, f.eks. akrylsyre, methakrylsyre, maleinsyre, fumarsyre, itaconsyre, f.eks. akrylamid eller akrylestere, såsom methylmethakrylat, eller blandinger deraf; alkali polyphosphater, phosphon-, citron- og vinsyrer og saltene eller esterne deraf; eller blandinger deraf.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kombinationen af fibre og af mindst ét fyldstof og/eller pigment udføres ved at tilsætte fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet til fibrene eller fibrene til fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet i ét eller flere trin.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet og/eller fibrene tilsættes helt eller i dele før eller under fibrilleringstrinnet (d), fortrinsvis før fibrilleringstrinnet (d).
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at vægtforholdet mellem fibre og fyldstof og/eller pigment på en tørvægtsbasis er fra 1:33 til 10:1, fortrinsvis 1:10 til 7:1, mere fortrinsvis 1:5 til 5:1, typisk 1:3 til 3:1, endnu mere fortrinsvis 1:2 til 2:1 og mest fortrinsvis 1:1.5 til 1,5:1, f.eks. 1:1.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fibrilleringen udføres ved hjælp af en homogenisator eller en ultrafin friktionsmølle.
14. Fremgangsmåde til at forbedre effektiviteten af fremstillingen af nano-fibrillære cellulose-geler, kendetegnet ved at de nano-fibrillære geler fremstilles med en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13.
15. Nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel opnået med fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13 eller 14.
16. Den nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved at effektiviteten af den nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel i forhold til det totale energiforbrug til at opnå en bestemt Brookfield-viskositet er højere end effektiviteten af en tilsvarende nano-fibrillær cellulose-gel, der er blevet fibrilleret i fraværet af fyldstoffer og/eller pigmenter eller en tilsvarende gel, der ikke indeholder fyldstof og/eller pigment.
17. Anvendelsen af den nano-fibrillære cellulose-gel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 eller 16 i udførelsesformer såsom i materialekompositter, plast, maling, gummi, beton, keramik, klæbestoffer, fødevarer, eller i sårhelende udførelsesformer.
