Claims (5)
1. Produkt, umfassend künstliche glasartige Fasern, die aus einer Zusammensetzung mit einer Analyse, als Oxide, gebildet sind, welche
einschließt
SiO2 32 bis 48%
AI2O3 12 bis 30%
CaO 10 bis 28%
MgO 2 bis 20%
FeO 2 bis 15%
Na2O + K2O 6 bis 12%
TiO2 0 bis 4%
Andere Elemente 0 bis 8%
wobei die Zusammensetzung eine Viskosität bei 14000C von 10 bis 70 Poise
(1000 bis 7000 mPas) aufweist,
und die Fasern eine Auflösungsgeschwindigkeit wie hierin definiert bei pH 4,5
von mindestens 20 nm pro Tag aufweisen,
und die Fasern eine Sintertemperatur von mindestens 8000C besitzen.
und die Fasern eine Sintertemperatur von mindestens 8000C besitzen.
2. Produkt nach Anspruch 1, in welchem die Menge an MgO mindestens 5% bis
zu 20% beträgt.
3. Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, in welchem die Menge an Eisen,
gemessen als FeO, 5% bis unter 10% beträgt.
4. Produkt nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in welchem die Menge an
SiO2 32 bis 45% beträgt.
5. Produkt nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, in welchem die Menge an
Na2O + K2O 5 bis 10% beträgt.
