Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸化物の重量で、以下の成分 SiO2 32〜48% Al2O3 18〜30% CaO 10〜30% MgO 2〜20% FeO 2〜15% Na2O+K2O 0〜10% TiO2 0〜6% 他の素成分 0〜15% から成る組成物から形成される人造ガラス質繊維から成る製品であって、 前記組成物が、1400℃において10〜70ポイズの粘度を有し、そして 前記繊維が、pH4.5で測定して少なくとも20nm/日の溶解速度を有す る ことを特徴とする製品。 2. 前記組成物の分析値が、以下の通り SiO2 32〜48% Al2O3 18〜30% SiO2+Al2O3 60〜75% CaO 10〜30% MgO 2〜20% FeO 2〜12% Na2O+K2O 0〜7% TiO2 0〜4% 他の素成分 0〜10% である請求項1記載の製品。 3. SiO2+Al2O3の量が、55〜75%である請求項1記載の製品。 4. SiO2の量が34〜45%、Al2O3の量が19〜28%、CaOの 量が14〜25%、MgOの量が6〜15%、FeOの量が3〜8%、及びNa2 O+K2Oの量が5%未満である前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 5. SiO2+Al2O3の量が、61〜68%である前記いずれかの請求項 に記載の製品。 6. Al2O3の量が、20〜26%である前記いずれかの請求項に記載の組 成物。 7. MgOの量が少なくとも8%であり、FeOの量が少なくとも6%であ る前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 8. TiO2の量が0〜3%であり、前記組成物が、P2O5及び/またはB2 O3を0〜10%の合計量で、及び0〜4%の他の素成分を含んでいる前記いず れかの請求項に記載の製品。 9. 前記pH4.5における溶解速度が、25〜100nm/日、好ましく は40〜80nm/日である前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 10. 前記組成物が、1400℃において15〜40ポイズの粘度を有する 前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 11. 前記粘度が、18〜30ポイズである請求項8記載の製品。 12. 前記繊維が、15nm/日以下のpH7.5における溶解速度を有す る前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 13. 前記繊維が、少なくとも800℃、好ましくは少なくとも1000℃ の焼結温度を有する前記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。 14. 前記組成物が、1240〜1340℃の液相線温度を有する前記いず れかの請求項に記載の製品。 15. 断熱用製品、耐火及び防火用製品、騒音低減、規制または防止用製品 、園芸用育成媒体、及び繊維で強化されたまたは充填した製品から選択される前 記いずれかの請求項に記載の製品。
