Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次に示すような重量%で酸化物を含む組成物からなる合成ガラス繊維を含む 製造物。 SiO2 45〜60% Al2O3 0.5〜4% TiO2 0.1〜4% FeO 5〜12% CaO 10〜25% MgO 8〜18% Na2O 0〜4% K2O 0〜2% Na2O+K2O 0〜6% P2O5 2〜10% その他 0〜10% 2.前記TiO2の量が0.2〜4%でありかつ前記CaOの量が10〜20% であり、前記組成物が他の成分を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1 記載の製造物。 3.前記SiO2の量が50〜60%であり、前記Al2O3の量が0.5〜3% であり、前記FeOの量が6〜10%であり、かつ前記P2O5の量が3〜9%で あることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2記載の製造物。 4.次に示すような重量%で前記組成物が酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求 項1記載の製造物。 SiO2 50〜56% Al2O3 1.5〜2.5% TiO2 0.1〜1.5% FeO 6〜8% CaO 15〜25% MgO 8〜12% Na2O 0〜2% K2O 0〜2% Na2O+K2O 0.1〜3% P2O5 3〜6% その他 0〜5% 5.前記CaOの量が15〜23%でかつ前記MgOの量が9〜11%であるこ とを特徴とする、請求項4記載の製造物。 6.鉄の少なくとも70重量%が第一鉄であることを特徴とする、先行する請求 項のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 7.前記組成物が1400℃において10〜70ポアズの粘度を有することを特 徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 8.1400℃での粘度が15〜30ポアズであることを特徴とする、請求項7 記載の製造物。 9.前記繊維がpH7.5において少なくとも60nm/日の流動溶解率を示す ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 10.前記繊維が少なくとも75mmの動的回復(2)値 を示すことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 11.前記繊維が少なくとも60mmの動的回復(80%)値を示すことを特徴 とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 12.前記繊維が2までの耐久性指数を示すことを特徴とする、先行する請求項 のうちいずれか1項記載の製造物。 13.SiO2、FeO、CaOおよびMgOとともに、Al2O30.5〜4重 量%、P2O52〜10重量%、TiO20.1〜4重量%の酸化物を含む組成物 からなる合成ガラス繊維であって、pH7.5で少なくとも60nm/日の流動 溶解率、少なくとも75mmの動的回復(2)値および少なくとも60mmの動 的回復(80%)値を示す前記合成ガラス繊維を含む製造物。
