Claims (7)
- SiO2 29〜42wt%、Al2O3 17〜23wt%、FeO 3.6〜7.2wt%、Fe2O3 0.1〜4.8wt%、CaO 18〜28wt%、MgO 8〜13wt%及びNa2O+K2O 1〜5wt%を含む組成物であり、
組成物内の鉄分のRedox値[FeO/(FeO+Fe2O3)]が0.85以上1未満であり、
前記組成物から製造されたミネラルウール繊維が、pH4.5の人工体液に対する溶解速度定数が426ng/cm2・hr以上であり、加熱線収縮率(1,000℃/1時間維持):2.1%以下であることを特徴とする、
ミネラルウール繊維製造用組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のミネラルウール繊維製造用組成物から製造されることを特徴とする、体液に対して生分解性であるミネラルウール繊維。
- 下記1)〜2)のいずれか一つ以上の物性を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のミネラルウール繊維:
1)耐水性テスト(100℃/5時間維持)時の減量率:0.8%以下
2)熱伝導率:0.037W/mK以下 - 前記1)〜2)の物性を全部満たすことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のミネラルウール繊維。
- 請求項2に記載のミネラルウール繊維を含むことを特徴とする、断熱材製品。
- 前記繊維間に有機バインダーを噴射した後、硬化して、繊維間の結合力を強化させたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の断熱材製品。
- 板状、ボード、ブランケット又はパイプカバー状であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の断熱材製品。
