Claims (22)
1. Funktelephonsystem mit einer Basisstation, mehreren entfernten Teilnehmerstationen, einer
Einrichtung, die einen sich wiederholenden Satz an Zeitkanälen bzw. -schlitzen zum Gewährleisten von
Funkkommunikationen zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Basisstation definiert, einer Gruppe von Modems, von
denen jedes irgendeine von mehreren Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen auf aufeinanderfolgenden
der genannten Zeitkanäle digital synthetisieren kann, und einer Einrichtung, um irgendeines der Modems zur
Gewährleistung von Kommunikationen zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Basisstation
aufeinanderfolgenden der genannten Zeitkanäle zuzuweisen.
2. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einrichtung zum Zuweisen der Modems eines der Modems zur
Gewährleistung der Funkkommunikationen gleichzeitig verschiedenen der genannten
Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen zuweist.
3. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Einrichtung zum Zuweisen der Modems den gesamten Satz an
Zeitkanälen einem der Modems zuweist, bevor ein Zeitkanal irgendeinem der übrigen Modems zugewiesen wird.
4. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei die übrigen Modems in einem Niederleistungszustand verweilen,
bis sie durch die Zuweisungseinrichtung einem Zeitkanal zugewiesen werden.

5. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einrichtung zum Zuweisen der Modems eine Einrichtung zum
Synchronisieren der Modems mit der Basisstation umfaßt.
6. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Einrichtung zum Synchronisieren eine Einrichtung zum
sequentiellen Anweisen von gewissen der mehreren Modems umfaßt, um die Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen während
eines der Zeitkanäle zu durchsuchen.
7. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei das eine durch die Zuweisungseinrichtung zugewiesene Modem
für die übrigen Modems Synchronisationsinformation bereitstellt.
8. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei gewisse Modems einen entsprechenden Satz an
Synchronisationsparametern berechnen, die Zuweisungseinrichtung die Verläßlichkeit der
entsprechenden Sätze an Synchronisationsparametern ermittelt, und die Zuweisungseinrichtung dasjenige der
Modems zur Lieferung der Synchronisationsinformation an die übrigen Modems identifiziert.
9. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 1, das weiterhin eine Einrichtung zum Aufwärtsumsetzen von
mehreren der Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen in ein Funkfrequenzband enthält.
10. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 1, das weiterhin eine Einrichtung zum Abwärtsumsetzen von
Funkfrequenzbandsignalen, welche von der Basisstation empfangen sind, in mehrere Kanalidentifikationsmitten-
bzw. -Zwischenfrequenzen umfaßt.
11. Verfahren zur Minimierung von
Synchronisationsverzögerung und Leistungsverbrauch in einer Gruppe von Teilnehmerleitungsschaltungen, die von
mehreren Modems mit Zugang zu irgendeiner von mehreren Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen während eines Satzes an
sich wiederholenden Zeitkanälen bzw. -schlitzen versorgt bzw. bedient werden, umfassend:
a. Synchronisieren eines ersten der Modems mit einem Zeitkanal des Satzes,
b. Verteilen der einen Zeitkanalsynchronisation vom ersten der Modems zu den übrigen der Modems, und
c. Zuweisen der Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen zum Satz an Zeitkanälen, die vom ersten der Modems eingesetzt
werden, bevor ein Zeitkanal irgendeinem der übrigen von den vielen Modems zugeteilt wird.
12. Funktelephonsystem mit einer Zentralbürobasisstation, mehreren entfernten Teilnehmerstationen, einer
Einrichtung, die einen sich wiederholenden Satz an Zeitkanälen zum Gewährleisten von Funkkommunikationen
zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Zentralbürostation darstellt, einem Modem zum digitalen
Synthetisieren irgendeiner von mehreren Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen
und einer Einrichtung zum Zuweisen des Modems zu irgendeiner der Frequenzen auf den aufeinanderfolgenden
der Zeitkanäle.
13. Funktelephonsystem mit einer Zentralbürobasisstation, mehreren entfernten Teilnehmerstationen, einer
Einrichtung, die einen sich wiederholenden Satz an Zeitkanälen zum Gewährleisten von Funkkommunikationen
zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Zentralbürostation darstellt, einer Gruppe an Modems, von denen
jedes mehrere Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen digital synthetisieren kann, und einer Einrichtung zum Zuweisen
von ebenso vielen Kanalidentifikationsfrequenzen wie der
vorbestimmten Anzahl an Zeitkanälen zu jedem der Modems/
um Kommunikationen zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Zentralbürostation zu gewährleisten.
14. In einem Funktelephonsystem mit einer Zentralbürobasisstation, mehreren entfernten
Teilnehmerstationen, einer Einrichtung, die einen sich wiederholenden Satz an Zeitkanälen zur Gewährleistung von
Funktelephonanrufen zwischen den Teilnehmerstationen und der Zentralbürostation darstellt, einer Gruppe von
Modems, von denen jedes mehrere der Telephonanrufe auf aufeinanderfolgenden der Zeitkanäle abwickeln kann,
umfaßt der Prozeß des Zuweisens der Zeitkanäle zu den Anrufen die Schritte:
a. Ermitteln, welche aktiven Modems freie Zeitkanäle besitzen,
b. Zuweisen von Vorzugsbewertungen bzw. -nennwerten den freien Zeitkanälen bei der Gruppe von
Modems,
c. Ermitteln, welcher der Zeitkanäle die höchste der Vorzugsbewertungen besitzt, und
d. Zuweisen des Zeitkanals entsprechend der höchsten ermittelten Vorzugsbewertung dem nächsten der
Anrufe.
15. Prozeß des Zuweisens von Zeitkanälen für Anrufe nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Schritt des Zuweisens der
Vorzugsbewertungen die Schritte umfaßt:
a. Ermitteln, welche Zeitkanäle von mehr als einem Modem in Gebrauch sind,
b. Ermitteln, welche Modems benachbarte Zeitkanäle zum Abwickeln eines Anrufs verfügbar haben, und
c. Ermitteln, ob ein Modem einen Zeitkanal zum Abwickeln der Synchronisations-Task bzw. -Aufgabe zur
Verfügung hat.
16. Prozeß des Zuweisens von Zeitkanälen für Anrufe nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Schritt des Zuweisens der
Vorzugsbewertungen die höchste Priorität einem Kanal zuweist, der (a) an einem aktiven Modem verfügbar ist,
(b) nicht ein für die Synchronisations-Task verfügbarer Kanal ist, (c) benachbarte Kanäle für QPSK-Anrufe
verfügbar läßt und (d) die Anzahl an Modems, die einen Kanal oberhalb eines vorbestimmten Schwellwerts benutzen,
nicht erhöht.

17. Prozeß des Zuweisens von Zeitkanälen für Anrufe nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Schritt des Zuweisens der
Vorzugsbewertungen die zweithöchste Priorität einem Kanal zuweist, der (a) an einem aktiven Modem verfügbar ist,
(b) die benachbarten Kanäle für QPSK-Anrufe verfügbar läßt und (c) die Anzahl an Modems, die einen Kanal
oberhalb eines vorbestimmten Schwellwerts benutzen, nicht erhöht.
18. Prozeß des Zuweisens von Zeitkanälen für Anrufe nach Anspruch 17, wobei der Schritt des Zuweisens von
Vorzugsbewertungen die dritthöchste Priorität einem Kanal zuweist, der (a) an einem aktiven Modem verfügbar ist und
(b) benachbarte Kanäle für QPSK-Anrufe verfügbar läßt.
19. Prozeß des Zuweisens von Zeitkanälen für Anrufe nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Schritt des Zuweisens von
Vorzugsbewertungen die vierthöchste Priorität einem Kanal zuweist, der an einem aktiven Modem verfügbar ist.
20. Ultrahochfrequenz-Funktelephonsystem zur Gewährleistung von Kommunikationen zwischen einer
Basisstation und mehreren entfernten Teilnehmerstationen auf Frequenz- und Zeitteilungs-Mehrzugriffsbasis mit:
einer Gruppe an Modems, von denen jedes irgendeine mehrerer Kanalidentifikationszwischen- bzw. -
mittenfrequenzen auf aufeinanderfolgenden Zeitkanälen
digital synthetisieren kann, und
einer Einrichtung zum Aufwärts- und Abwärts-Blockumsetzen
einer Gruppe der Zwischenfrequenzen zu und von den hohen Funkfrequenzen.
21. Funktelephonsystem zum Gewährleisten von Kommunikationen zwischen einer Basisstation und mehreren
entfernten Teilnehmerstationen auf Hochfrequenzfunkkanälen mit
einer Gruppe von Modems, die den Teilnehmerstationen zuweisbar sind und von denen jedes mehrere
Kanalidentifikationszwischen- bzw. -mittenfrequenzen digital synthetisieren, modulieren und demodulieren kann,
einer Einrichtung zum Aufwärts-Blockumsetzen aller genannten Zwischenfrequenzen, die durch die Gruppe von
Modems produziert sind, zu den Hochfrequenzfunkkanälen, und einer Einrichtung zum Abwärts-Blockumsetzen der hohen
Funkfrequenzkanäle zu mehreren modulierten KanalidentifikationsZwischenfrequenzen.
22. Funktelephonsystem nach Anspruch 21, wobei die Modems jeweils eine unterschiedliche der
Kanalidentifikationszwischenfrequenzen auf mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Zeitkanälen digital synthetisieren
können.
