Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 無線電話システムにおいて、基地局と、複数の遠隔加入者ステーションと 、前記加入者ステーションと前記基地局との間の無線通信を提供するための繰り 返すタイムスロットセットを規定する手段と、各々が前記タイムスロットの連続 するタイムスロットで複数のチャネル識別周波数のどれでもディジタル的に合成 することができるモデム群と、及び前記タイムスロットのうちの連続するもので 前記加入者ステーションと前記基地局との間の通信を提供するために前記モデム のどれでも割り当てる手段とを備えていることを特徴とする無線電話システム。 2. 前記モデムを割り当てるための前記手段が、前記チャネル識別周波数のう ちの異なるもので同時に前記無線通信を提供するように前記モデムのうちの1つ に割り当てることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線電話システム。 3. 前記モデムを割り当てるための前記手段が、前記モデムのうちのいかなる 残りのものにもタイムスロットを割り当てる前に前記タイムスロットセットの全 てを前記モデムのうちの一つに割り当てることを特徴とする請求項2記載の無線 電話システム。 4. 前記モデムのうちの前記残りの1つが、前記割り当てる手段によってタイ ムスロットに割り当てられるまで電源が切断された状態にあることを特徴とする 請求項3記載の無線電話システム。 5. 前記モデムを割り当てる前記手段が、前記モデムを前記基地局と同期化す る手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線電話システム。 6. 前記同期化する手段が、前記タイムスロットの1つの間、前記チャネル識 別周波数によって探索するための前記複数のモデムのあるものを逐次命令する手 段を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5記載の無線電話システム。 7. 前記割り当てる手段によって割り当てられた前記モデムのうちの1つは前 記モデムの前記残りのものに同期情報を提供することを特徴とする請求項3記載 の無線電話システム。 8. 前記モデムのあるものが、それぞれの同期化パラメータセットを計算し、 前記割り当てる手段が、前記それぞれの同期化パラメータセットの信頼性を確認 し、かつ前記割り当てる手段が、前記モデムのうちの残りのものに前記同期情報 を供給するための前記モデムのうちの1つを識別することを特徴とする請求項7 記載の無線電話システム。 9. 複数の前記チャネル識別周波数を無線周波数バンドにアップ変換する手段 をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線電話システム。 10.前記基地局から受信された無線周波数バンド信号を複数のチャネル識別中 間周波数にダウン変換する手段をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の無線電話システム。 11.反復するタイムスロットセットの間に複数のチャネル識別周波数のどれで もへのアクセスを有する複数のモデムによって使える加入者線回路のクラスタで 同期化遅延及び電力消費を最少にする方法において、 (a)前記モデムのうちの最初のものを前記セットの1つのタイムスロット に同期化し、 (b)前記1つのタイムスロット同期化を前記モデムのうちの前記最初のも のから前記モデムのうちの残りのものに分配し、 (c)前記複数のモデムのいかなる残りのものにもタイムスロットを割り当 てる前に前記モデムの前記最初のもので使用される前記タイムスロットセットに 前記チャネル識別周波数を割り当てることを特徴とする同期化遅延及び電力消費 を最少にする方法。 12.無線電話システムにおいて、中央基地局と、複数の遠隔加入者ステーショ ンと、前記加入者ステーションと前記中央基地局との間の無線通信を提供するた めの繰り返すタイムスロットセットを規定する手段と、複数のチャネル識別周波 数のどれでもディジタル的に合成するモデムと、及び前記モデムを前記タイムス ロットのうちの連続するもので前記周波数のどれでも割り当てる手段とを備えて いることを特徴とする無線電話システム。 13.無線電話システムにおいて、中央基地局と、複数の遠隔加入者ステーショ ンと、前記加入者ステーションと前記中央基地局との間の無線通信を提供するた めの繰り返すタイムスロットセットを規定する手段と、各々が複数のチャネル識 別周波数をディジタル的に合成することができるモデム群と、及び前記加入者ス テーションと前記中央局との間の通信を提供するために前記所定数のタイムスロ ットと同じ数の前記チャネル識別周波数を前記モデムの各々に割り当てる手段と を備えていることを特徴とする無線電話システム。 14.中央基地局と、複数の遠隔加入者ステーションと、前記加入者ステーショ ンと前記中央局との間の無線電話呼を提供するための繰り返すタイムスロットセ ットと、各々が前記タイムスロットのうちの連続するもので複数の前記電話呼を 処理できるモデム群とを有する無線電話システムにおいて、前記タイムスロット を前記呼に割り当てる方法が、 a.どのアクティブモデムがアイドルタイムスロットを有するかを確認す るステップと、 b.前記モデム群での前記アイドルタイムスロットに選好レーティングを 割り当てるステップと、 c.前記タイムスロットのどれが前記選好レーティングの最高のものを有 しているかを確認するステップと、 d.前記確認された最高の選好レーティングに対応するタイムスロットを 前記呼の次のものに割り当てるステップとからなることを特徴とするタイムスロ ットを呼に割り当てる方法。 15.前記選好レーティングを割り当てる前記ステップが、 a.どのタイムスロットが1つ以上のモデムによって使用されているかを 確認するステップと、 b.どのモデムが呼を処理するのに使用可能な隣接タイムスロットを有し ているかを確認するステップと、 c.モデムが同期化タスクを処理するのに使用可能なタイムスロットを有 しているかを確認するステップとを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14記載 のタイムスロットを呼に割り当てる方法。 16.前記選好レーティングを割り当てる前記ステップが、(a)アクティブモ デムで使用可能であり、(b)同期化タスクのために使用可能であるスロットで なく、(c)QPSK呼のために使用可能な隣接スロットを残す、及び(d)所定の しきい値を越えるスロットを使用するモデムの数を増加しない、スロットに最高 の優先順位を割り当てることを特徴とする請求項14記載のタイムスロットを呼 に割り当てる方法。 17.前記選好レーティングを割り当てる前記ステップが、(a)アクティブモ デムで使用可能であり、(b)QPSK呼のために使用可能な隣接スロットを残す、 及び(c)所定のしきい値を越えるスロットを使用するモデムの数を増加しない 、スロットに二番目の最高の優先順位を割り当てることを特徴とする請求項16 記載のタイムスロットを呼に割り当てる方法。 18.前記選好レーティングを割り当てる前記ステップが、(a)アクティブモ デムで使用可能であり、及び(b)QPSK呼のために使用可能な隣接スロットを残 す、スロットに三番目の最高の優先順位を割り当てることを特徴とする請求項1 7記載のタイムスロットを呼に割り当てる方法。 19.前記選好レーティングを割り当てる前記ステップが、アクティブモデムで 使用可能であるスロットに四番目の最高の優先順位を割り当てることを特徴とす る請求項18記載のタイムスロットを呼に割り当てる方法。 20.周波数及び時分割多重アクセスに基づいて基地局と複数の遠隔加入者ステ ーションとの間の通信を提供する超高周波無線電話システムにおいて、 各々が、連続するタイムスロットで複数のチャネル識別中間周波数のどれ でもディジタル的に合成することができるモデム群と、及び 前記中間周波数群を前記高無線周波数に、かつ前記中間周波数から前記中 間周波数群に上方に及び下方にブロック変換する手段とを備えていることを特徴 とする超高周波無線電話システム。 21.高周波無線チャネルで基地局と複数の遠隔加入者ステーションとの間の通 信を提供する無線電話システムにおいて、 前記加入者ステーションに割り当てできるモデム群であって、前記モデム の各々が、複数のチャネル識別中間周波数を合成し、変調し、かつ復調できるこ とと、前記モデム群によって発生された前記中間周波数の全てを前記高周波無線 チャネルに上方にブロック変換する手段と、及び前記高無線周波数チャネルを複 数の変調チャネル識別中間周波数に下方にブロック変換する手段とを備えている ことを特徴とする無線電話システム。 22.前記モデムの各々が、複数の連続するタイムスロットで前記チャネル識別 中間周波数の異なるものをディジタル的に合成できることを特徴とする請求項2 1記載の無線電話システム。
