机动车辆的座椅装置以及紧凑型乘用车辆
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于动力乘用车辆的座椅装置,并且尤其涉及将儿童座椅安装至整体尺寸较小的车辆。 
背景技术
现代汽车用户面临的常见问题是在城市和大城镇中缺乏停车车位。为提供更多的停车位,地方当局趋向于减小停车位置的尺寸,以便沿着既定长度的道路提供更多停车位置。 
众所周知,如果乘用车辆可制造地非常短,那么其可以“车头进入”方式停泊在停车位置中,而不会阻碍沿相邻道路经过的车辆。 
同样众所周知,如果可减小机动车辆的宽度,同时每辆车均并排着以“车头进入”的方式停泊,那么三辆车可能共用一个停车位置。 
通过使用宽度减小的车辆(用于车头进入式停泊)获得的优势仅能够在车辆同样非常短的情况下实现。 
因此,总的来说,期望提供一种相对较短且较窄的乘用车辆,以允许三辆这种类型的车辆停泊在单个停车位置中,而不阻塞过往的交通。 
一个解决办法是提供一种机动车辆,其中,两个座椅以交错方式布置,以便用于乘客的后座椅相对于用于驾驶员的前座椅设置在车辆后部,并安置成使得后座椅的内缘与前座椅的内缘重叠。

车辆可具有中央纵向轴线,后座椅可具有中轴线,儿童座椅可具有中轴线,且儿童座椅的中轴线可相对于乘客座椅的中轴线偏移,使得相较于儿童座椅的中轴线和后座椅的中轴线相对于车辆中央纵向轴线以相同距离安置而言,儿童座椅更加远离车辆的中央纵向轴线安装。 
后座椅可包括框架,儿童座椅安装件可连接至后座椅的框架,且安装件可安置成使儿童座椅相对于后座椅的中央轴线于横向靠外偏移的位置处安装在后座椅上。 
安装件可包括连接至后座椅的框架的一对间隔开的下部安装件。 
机动车辆可包括车身结构,用于儿童座椅的安装件可连接至车辆的车身结构,且安装件可安置成使儿童座椅相对于后座椅的中轴线于横向靠外偏移的位置处安装在后座椅上。 
相比于现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于,便于儿童座椅安装到交错座椅装置的两个座椅的后座椅。进一步,儿童座椅的非对称安装使其横向远离前座椅移动,以便能够在不与前座椅干涉的情况下容纳儿童座椅。

具体实施方式
具体参照图1,其示出了用于乘用车辆(以汽车示出)101的交错座椅装置。座椅装置安置在车辆101的客厢“P”中。 
机动车辆101的客厢P由前壁102、两个侧壁104、105及后壁103限定。 
在这种情形下,机动车辆101具有通过传统悬架系统(未示出)连接至车身结构的四个车轮。车辆101具有中央纵向轴线X-X,其从车辆101的前端F延伸至车辆101的后端。 
客厢P具有宽度WP和长度LP。客厢的宽度WP和长度LP会影响车辆101的整体宽度和长度,因此,期望减小客厢P的宽度WP和长度LP。 
应当理解,车辆101可由任何已知的动力源驱动,包括但不限于内燃机、电动机或两者的组合。动力源可安装在任何方便的位置,并能够通过任何适宜的传动装置驱动车辆101。还应当理解,机动车辆可具有三个车 轮或多于四个车轮。 
座椅装置包括相对于彼此以交错关系布置的前座椅110和后座椅120。换言之,前座椅110和后座椅120在纵向上偏移一定的交错距离,该交错距离通常在两座椅110、120各自的H点之间测得。 
前座椅110相对于后座椅120一定距离地向前地固定在车辆101中,该距离等于前座椅和后座椅之间的相应的纵向交错距离。前座椅110是用于车辆101的驾驶员的座椅,而后座椅120是用于车辆101的乘客的座椅。已经表明,0.3m至0.35m的交错距离S很好地平衡了车辆紧凑性(即,客厢长度LP)与乘客舒适度。

通过将前座椅110的中轴线X'1-X'1和后座椅120的X'2-X'2靠近移动,以便两中轴线X'1-X'1和X'2-X'2之间的距离小于相同位置处的座椅110、120的各自的半宽的总和,还可使前座椅110和后座椅120在机动车辆的横向上重叠。通过使前座椅和后座椅在横向上重叠,可减小客厢P的宽度WP。 
图1和图3示出了儿童座椅250对称安装在后座椅120上的情形。在这种情况下,儿童座椅250的中轴线X3-X3与后座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2对齐(中轴线X3-X3在图1中无法看到,因为其与轴线X'2-X'2位置重合)。 
换言之,轴线X'2-X'2和X3-X3都相对于车辆101的中央纵向轴线X-X间隔相同距离,且下部儿童座椅安装件251和上部儿童座椅安装件252都被连接至后座椅120的框架部分(未示出),其中两个安装件251被固定 为使它们等间隔地位于后座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2的两侧。上部儿童座椅安装件252与后座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2对齐。 
儿童座椅安装件251、252的这种布置将儿童座椅250对称安置在后座椅120上。 
图1和图5所示为替代实施例,其中,上部儿童座椅安装件和下部儿童座椅安装件并未固定在儿童座椅120上,而是固定在机动车辆101的车身结构的相应部件107、108(仅在图5中示出)上。

如果儿童座椅250如图1、图3和图5所示对称安置,则正如图1中断面线区域259所示,儿童座椅250与前座椅110的靠背112的干涉难以避免,除非两个座椅110、120之间的纵向交错大大增加或两个座椅110、120之间的横向间距增加。在任一种情况下,如果要维持车辆101以车头进入方式并排停泊所需的较小宽度和长度尺寸,那么这种增加都是不期望的。 
应当理解,由断面线区域259所示的干涉表示儿童座椅250在这种情况下无法被容纳在后座椅120上。 
因此,根据本实用新型,为在能够制造极为紧凑的车辆101的同时克服上述问题,儿童座椅250非对称地安装在后座椅120上,以便相较于对称安装在后座椅120上的情况,可在横向上进一步远离前座椅110安置儿童座椅250(参见图2)。 
参见图2和图4,如前所述,Isofix(RTM)儿童座椅安装件251、252连接至后座椅120的框架部分,但是在这种情形下,安装件251、252相对 于后座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2偏移,以便将儿童座椅250非对称地安装在后座椅120上,从而在横向上进一步远离前座椅110。 
换言之,儿童座椅250的中央纵向轴线X3-X3相对于乘客座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2偏移距离“D”,以便将儿童座椅远离车辆101的纵向轴线X-X横向移动至更外侧位置。 
由于儿童座椅250相对于其对称安装在后座椅120上的情况而言在横向上更靠外安装,因此避免了儿童座椅250与前座椅110之间的干涉。 
参照图2和图6,如前所述,Isofix(RTM)儿童座椅安装件351、352连接至车辆101的结构件108、107,但在这种情形下,安装件351、352相对于后座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2偏移,以便将儿童座椅250非对称地安装在后座椅120上。 
如此安置儿童座椅安装件351、352,以促进儿童座椅250的中央纵向轴线X3-X3相对于乘客座椅120的中轴线X'2-X'2向外偏移距离“D”。因此,当儿童座椅250连接至这些安装件351、352时,儿童座椅250会在进一步横向远离车辆101的纵向轴线X-X和前座椅110的位置处安装在后座椅120上。

应当理解,本实用新型并不限于使用Isofix安装件,且还可以类似方式使用其它类型的儿童座椅安装件。 
还应当理解,用于儿童座椅的上部安装件不必定位在儿童座椅的后上方。例如,一些儿童座椅安装布置通过安装在靠背下端的安装件限制在儿童座椅的上部。 
尽管本实用新型在前座椅和后座椅于横向上和纵向上都重叠的情况下尤为有利,但其对于其它情况同样有益。 
例如,如果儿童座椅延伸越过后座椅垫的前缘,那么即便在纵向上没有重叠,如果两个座椅在横向上重叠,仍存在干涉的可能。 
类似地,如果儿童座椅延伸越过后座椅垫的内侧缘,那么即便横向上 没有重叠,如果两个座椅在纵向上重叠,仍存在干涉的可能。

Claims (11)

1.一种机动车辆的座椅装置,其特征在于,具有用于所述机动车辆的驾驶员的单人使用前座椅、用于所述机动车辆的乘客的单人使用后座椅,所述后座椅相对于所述前座椅以交错关系布置,其中,所述座椅装置包括非对称安装在所述后座椅上的儿童座椅,以便相比于对称安装在所述后座椅上而言在横向上进一步远离所述前座椅安置所述儿童座椅。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,提供用于将所述儿童座椅安装在所述后座椅上的安装件,且所述安装件安置成使得所述儿童座椅非对称地安装在所述后座椅上。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,所述后座椅具有中轴线,且用于所述儿童座椅的安装件相对于所述后座椅的中轴线偏移以使得所述儿童座椅非对称地安装在所述后座椅上。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,所述后座椅包括框架,且所述儿童座椅的安装件连接至所述后座椅的框架。 
5.根据权利要求4所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,所述安装件包括连接至所述后座椅的框架的一对间隔开的下部安装件。 
6.一种紧凑型乘用车辆,具有动力源和如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的座椅装置,其中,所述座椅装置位于所述乘用车辆的客厢中。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的紧凑型乘用车辆,其特征在于,所述乘用车辆具有中央纵向轴线,所述后座椅具有中轴线,所述儿童座椅的中轴线相对于乘客座椅的中轴线偏移,使得相较于所述儿童座椅的中轴线和所述后座椅的中轴线相对于所述乘用车辆的中央纵向轴线以相同距离安置的情况,所述儿童座椅更加远离所述乘用车辆的中央纵向轴线固定。 
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的紧凑型乘用车辆,其特征在于,所述后座椅包括框架,儿童座椅安装件连接至所述后座椅的框架,且所述安装件安置成使得所述儿童座椅相对于所述后座椅的中轴线于横向靠外偏移的位置处安装在所述后座椅上。 
9.根据权利要求8所述的紧凑型乘用车辆,其特征在于,所述安装件 包括连接至所述后座椅的框架的一对间隔开的下部安装件。 
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的紧凑型乘用车辆,其特征在于,乘用车辆包括车身结构,用于所述儿童座椅的安装件连接至所述乘用车辆的车身结构,且所述安装件安置成使得所述儿童座椅相对于所述后座椅的中轴线于横向靠外偏移的位置处安装至所述后座椅上。 
11.根据权利要求10所述的紧凑型乘用车辆,其特征在于,所述安装件包括连接至所述乘用车辆的车身结构的一对间隔开的下部安装件。
