因此本发明的目的是,提供一种构件数目最小化的、用于车辆中的储箱盖或充电盖的锁设备,从而简化安装、提高抗干扰性以及能够使用较小的驱动装置实现对该锁设备的操作。
该目的以如下方式实现:使锁销在锁设备的壳体中以抵抗压簧的力沿锁销的纵轴的方向并且抵抗扭簧的力围绕该锁销的纵轴的方式被强制引导。
通过锁销的这种构造和布置,实现了一种用于车辆中的储箱盖或充电盖的非常紧凑的锁设备,该锁设备的构件数目最小化。为此,在从打开位置向关闭位置移动以及再返回移动时,在锁设备的壳体中强制引导所述能在移出的打开位置和移入的关闭位置之间移动的锁销。在与该强制引导结构的共同作用下,沿锁销的纵轴方向起作用的压簧和围绕该纵轴起作用的扭簧使锁设备在不同的位置之间直接、有效地移动。
所述强制引导结构位于锁销和壳体之间,并且具有分派给锁销和/或壳体的滑引部的形式。合理的是,在锁销方面在该锁销周面上用作强制引导结构部分的是内含/内嵌/闭合的(in sich geschlossene)、环闭延伸的滑引部。
用作该滑引部的壳体侧配合件,在壳体方面用作强制引导结构的是在位于锁销周面上的滑引部中被引导的栓件。该栓件在内含的、轨道式设计的滑引部中始终被强制引导,使得栓件在锁销移动时始终再次运动通过滑引部。
当锁销在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动时,该栓件在预先规定的、环闭延伸的滑引部上滑动,为此该滑引部具有两个彼此对置的、基本上倾斜延伸的区段。因为这些倾斜延伸的区段形成了锁销——在与沿纵轴方向取向的压簧和绕该纵轴起作用的扭簧的共同作用下——在打开位置和关闭位置之间最终经过的路径,所以这些倾斜延伸的区段比较长。
如果在所述两个倾斜延伸的区段之间设有一用于在锁销的关闭位置中对该锁销的保持位置进行固定的滑引部区段,则避免了储箱盖或充电盖被意外打开。该滑引部区段尤其在对盖部的操作过于牢固或时间过长时是有利的,这是因为相应的滑引部区段使在滑引部中被引导的栓件能处于一种中间位置。这样便避免了锁销在打开储箱盖或充电盖的同时意外地从对应于其关闭位置的移入位置移动。
因为在锁销处于关闭位置时栓件位于滑引部的上端部,所以将所述滑引部区段设置在滑引部的上端部处是有必要的。该区段因此在所述两个倾斜延伸的滑引部区段之间的上部的过渡部处延伸。
本发明的一个尤其优选的实施方式规定,所述滑引部区段基本上是“V”形的。也就是说,用于固定的滑引部区段具有两个倾斜的V形布置的侧面,这两个侧面在它们的下端部处还可以具有一横向延伸的过渡部,栓件在锁销处于关闭位置时位于该过渡部中。
换句话说,为了在滑引部中实现这种额外的固定位置,滑引部区段应当具有彼此错开设置的两个倾斜区段和一个连接这两个倾斜区段的水平区段。
一种补充方案规定,所述储箱盖或充电盖与滑引部区段相匹配地设计。也就是说,例如在储箱盖上设有密封件、优选是橡胶密封件或塑料密封件,该密封件将锁销保持在滑引部区段中的该固定的位置上。
同时,该滑引部还具有使锁销只沿水平方向抵抗扭簧的力移动的区段以及使锁销只沿竖直方向抵抗压簧的力移动的区段。在这些区段的区域中通过锁销的移入或移出在打开过程和关闭过程之间进行转换。在此情况下规定,倾斜延伸的区段在滑引部的上端部处通过一具有水平延伸区段和/或竖直延伸区段的过渡部彼此相连。其形成向锁销的关闭位置的过渡。在此范围内,在该过渡部中依次设置有水平的、然后竖直的、最后又是水平的区段。
补充性地提出,倾斜延伸的区段在滑引部的下端部处通过水平延伸的过渡部相连接。该过渡部使锁销再次过渡到打开位置。
对实现本发明起决定作用的是扭簧及其布置和构造。在这方面一重要优点在于:所述扭簧在锁设备的壳体中的构造和/或支承使扭簧能够沿两个作用方向被施加预载。这使扭簧能够根据其位置在两个作用方向上——即顺时针和逆时针——施加力,并因此还能够对锁销返回其打开位置的移动施加作用。因此,扭簧是这样支承的,使其在转动的情况下在一定程度上向一个方向施加预载,从而然后能够在以后由滑引部引起转动时向相反的方向施加足够的力。
为实现该目的,扭簧支撑在锁设备的壳体以及锁销和/或与锁销固定相连的摆杆上。在一优选的设计方案中,锁销与该摆杆构成一个结构单元,该结构单元本身匹配于扭簧的构造和支承。也就是说,扭簧一方面在壳体侧支撑在相应位置中,另一方面支撑在与锁销相连的摆杆上,并且在锁销在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时向锁销施加所需的力矩。
为实现该支撑,摆杆具有用于扭簧的止挡部。锁销经摆杆在其移动时借助于摆杆上的止挡部带动分别在扭簧(两)端部处设置的、横向延伸的腿部。壳体侧的内置件用于相应地补充相应的止挡部。
在从关闭位置向最终锁定位置的过渡方面规定:一带有驱动装置的锁定爪用于锁定储箱盖或充电盖。该锁定爪能够在储箱盖锁定时锁死摆杆并因此阻止锁销移动。该机构也具有相对简单并因此有效的结构,因为通过该有利的制造得特别小的驱动装置仅须将该锁定爪从非作用位置切换到阻止锁销移动的位置。
附加于此规定:锁定爪在关闭位置中通过弹簧保持。该弹簧将锁定爪压向与锁销作用连接的摆杆。一方面,弹簧可以阻止摆杆运动,其中锁定爪利用卡槽作用于摆杆,另一方面,锁定爪借助于该弹簧能够仅压向摆杆,使锁定爪贴靠于摆杆。尤其是在锁定爪贴靠于摆杆的情况下得到本发明的如下优点:在储箱盖仍打开时能够锁定储箱盖。如果在储箱盖仍打开时激活锁设备,那么驱动装置将锁定爪驱动至一位置,在该位置中并不是使锁定爪阻止锁销运动、而是使锁定爪贴靠锁销表面。锁设备在该状态下起作用,但储箱盖是打开的。只有在关闭储箱盖后,摆杆才运动到锁定爪阻止摆杆运动的位置。优选的是,摆杆的自由端部与锁定爪的缺口共同作用。
本发明的另一有利的实施方式是,锁设备配备有用于探测储箱盖或充电盖的打开状态的探测装置。通过该探测装置可以判定:储箱盖或充电盖是打开的还是关闭的。与光学和/或声学指示器相结合——该指示器必要时具有报警功能并且例如集成到车辆的仪表板中,由此便可以给驾驶员提供关于盖部是打开还是关闭的信号,尤其是他是否在盖部无意打开或未完全关闭的情况下开始行驶。
在此,在成本较低的实施方案范围中考虑:用作所述探测装置的是开关装置,该开关装置获取锁销和/或摆杆的位置。通过例如设计为微动开关的开关装置能够直接或间接地特别是得知:锁销是处于移入位置还是移出位置。锁销的位置转换以已知的方式伴随有操作储箱盖所导致的锁销、进而摆杆的转动,所以仅通过开关装置获取锁销和/或摆杆的位置就能够得出储箱盖是打开还是关闭的结论。为此例如将摆杆与开关装置相匹配地设计。根据一种实施方案,摆杆在面对开关装置的区域中具有凸起,通过该凸起致动开关装置。
这种开关装置的一替代方案是,用作所述探测装置的是霍尔传感器连同一共同作用的永磁体。通过霍尔传感器获取永磁体的运动。据此进行相应的信号生成,该信号生成在与上述发明的共同作用下给出关于储箱盖的打开状态的消息。在此,霍尔传感器连同共同作用的永磁体的优点是:在传感器和磁体之间的无接触的工作方式。
在为锁销和/或摆杆分派霍尔传感器或永磁体时尤其如此。如上所述,锁销或摆杆的位置给出关于储箱盖的打开状态的消息,所以对锁销和/或摆杆进行检测特别有利,尤其是这一点可以以受保护的方式在锁设备的壳体中进行。
如果使探测装置与设置在储箱盖区域中的发光单元相配合,这种控制也可以以其他方式得到有利的利用。因为探测装置能够探测到储箱盖是否恰好是打开的、以及对该周围区域进行照明是否有意义,所以可以通过探测装置还控制发光单元,其开关装置例如通过引线框架集成到指示系统中。这一点正是在能见度条件不利时使加充燃料或电动车电池充电更容易。补充或替代于此,该发光单元可以例如——尤其是与这种电池相关地——给出关于荷电状态的信息。也就是说,能够在储箱盖打开时为驾驶员指示出电池的荷电状态。
本发明的突出之处尤其在于:提供一种用于车辆中的储箱盖或充电盖的锁设备,该锁设备所需构件不仅在数目方面、而且在尺寸方面都实现了最小化。对此起决定作用的是能在移出的打开位置与移入的关闭位置之间移动的锁销,该锁销通过滑引部相对于锁设备的壳体被强制引导。用于该强制引导的是:在锁销方面的内含的、环闭延伸的滑引部和在壳体方面的在滑引部中被引导的栓件。在同扭簧与压簧的共同作用下,通过该强制引导结构控制栓件在滑引部中的运动,并确保返回到起始位置。滑引部的倾斜设置的区段克服扭簧和压簧的力,水平区段只克服扭簧的力,竖直区段只克服压簧的力。其中,扭簧的意义在于:在两个作用方向上顺时针和逆时针施加预载,其(施加预载)分别在滑引部的上端部和下端部处在位于那里(所述上端部和下端部)的过渡部的区域中进行。充电盖尤其是指在电动车中用于给电池充电的充电接口的遮蔽物,它在电动车中替代储箱盖使用。根据本发明的锁设备还可以用于在电动车的充电过程中对充电插头与充电插座之间的连接进行锁定。

具体实施方式
图1示出锁设备的内部的视图,该锁设备具有处在打开位置的锁销1。为使视图更直观,仅示出了壳体2的标有相应附图标记的一部分。锁销1在其周面7上具有滑引部5,该滑引部5在与栓件18的共同作用下被用作在锁销1和壳体2之间的强制引导结构8。在功能上起补充作用地设有扭簧3,该扭簧3在摆杆22的区域中包围锁销1。附图标记24代表用于锁定爪25的、马达形式的驱动装置,通过该锁定爪使锁销1——更确切地说是将摆杆22——固定在闭锁位置上以使之不被另外地操作。两个腿部27、28用于支撑扭簧3从而与止挡部23相关/共同作用地在摆杆22上建立预载。在此未示出可能的紧急解锁装置。
在根据图2的示意图中,锁销1被置于其关闭位置,也就是说被沿其纵轴6向下压。这一点通过在此不可见的储箱盖或充电盖来实现,锁销1在其上端部19处与储箱盖或充电盖接触。为此起作用的是具有两个翼部31、32的机构30,通过该机构使锁销1与储箱盖或充电盖相接合。如果关闭储箱盖或充电盖,那么锁销1便沿纵轴方向6移动并同时绕该纵轴6转动到图2所示的位置。在此还可以看出,扭簧3,更确切的说是腿部27、28的位置发生改变;这时通过腿部27在逆时针方向上建立预载。
图3至图6以四种不同的位置示出了根据本发明的锁定机构。在图3中首先示出了在储箱盖或充电盖关闭时的锁结构和处在移入的关闭位置的锁销1。图中可以看出,能由在此隐藏的驱动装置控制的锁定爪25,该锁定爪在其前端部33处锁死摆杆22并进而锁死锁销1;锁设备是关闭的。在此锁定爪25支撑在弹簧26上,或借助弹簧26的力保持受载。栓件18位于滑引部5的上部区域中。
在根据图4的示意图中,在此锁设备不是关闭的,但锁销1还位于下方的关闭位置。但锁定爪25不与摆杆22接合,因此不再有对摆杆的阻力;锁设备在锁销1处于关闭位置时不是闭锁的。栓部18位于滑引部5的上部区域中。
图5示出了闭锁的锁定机构,但锁销1位于其上部的打开位置,亦即盖部在锁设备闭锁的情况下被打开。虽然锁定爪25位于基本与图3一致的位置处,但是鉴于锁销1是打开的,所以事实上锁定爪是不起作用的。栓件18位于滑引部5的下部区域处。
最后,图6示出了在锁设备打开、锁销1位于上部的打开位置时的锁结构。只有在其中操作锁销1的盖部关闭(过程)之后,锁定爪25才能与摆杆22实现接合。在关闭的过程中,摆杆22进行转动运动,锁定爪25滑动经过摆杆22,直至锁定爪25到达摆杆22的自由端部并卡入。锁定爪25这时在卡入位置中锁定摆杆22,从而锁定关闭的储箱盖。栓件18位于滑引部5的下部区域中。
图7示出锁销1连同机构30、在其上端部29处的两个翼部31、32以及在锁销1的周面7上的内含的滑引部5。附图标记36至41代表滑引部5上或在滑引部5中的6个位置,它们与在与此未示出的壳体侧的栓件的共同作用下构成了销侧的强制引导结构8。附图标记36示出了在滑引部5的下端部13处的最低位置。如果栓件位于该位置,那么锁销1就处于打开位置,也就是移出。如果在此时在操作锁销1时使其运动经过倾斜的区段10,那么该栓件首先到达位置37,这一点是通过抵抗扭簧或压簧的力进行操作来实现的。这时栓件抵抗扭簧或压簧的力经由在过渡部14的区域中的水平区段16到达位置38;这时锁销1位于其关闭位置,也就是移入。栓件从该处起抵抗压簧的力经由过渡部14的竖直区段17到达在滑引部5的上端部12处的位置39;如果向关闭的储箱盖施加力,也就是说,从储箱盖的关闭位置朝向车辆方向操作储箱盖,则栓件到达该位置。与之相邻的还有水平的区段19,在该区段的端部有位置40。栓件从该位置起经由与第一倾斜区段10相对的第二倾斜区段11到达一下部位置,该下部位置由附图标记41表示,其还对应于处于打开位置的锁销。在此,在滑引部5的下端部处,还示出了在点36和41之间的水平的过渡部15。
图8补充性示出了该机构。第一位置36对应打开的锁销1,和/或打开的盖部。与之相邻的是直至位置37的倾斜区段10。栓件从该位置经由过渡部14到达关闭位置38。利用处在关闭位置上的锁销的附图标记1’代表的该过渡部14,主要包括位于点37和38之间的水平区段16、与之相邻的在点38和39之间的竖直区段17和最后的在点39和40之间的另一水平区段19。相邻的是在点40和41之间的倾斜区段11,栓件在由弹簧支持的返回过程中运动经过该区段11。在点41和36之间又设有水平的过渡部15。箭头42、43示出了锁销1绕纵轴的转动,箭头44示出了压簧的力,箭头45和46示出了扭簧3所施加的力。在箭头45、46之间居中的虚线代表扭簧3的力的零线。在该虚线的区域中,扭簧3不向摆杆22施加力。明显可以看出,借助于扭簧3可以在不同方向上实现力,也就是说,扭簧3一方面产生在顺时针方向上的力,一方面产生在逆时针方向上的力,换句话说,扭簧3能够根据锁销1所处的位置产生正向力和反向力。
图9示出具有摆杆22的锁销1,其中该示意图示出了由锁销1和摆杆22构成的结构单元。该摆杆22利用其止挡部23尤其是将经锁销1施加的转矩传递到在此未示出的扭簧3。例如通过所示的形锁合连接可以从摆杆22向锁销1或从锁销1向摆杆22进行力传递,该形锁合连接的形式是在锁销1的与止挡部沿直径相对的端部53上的槽50-锁舌51连接。
在图10和11的示意图中附加描述了扭簧3的功能。图10首先示出了当在此未示出的锁销处于打开位置时的锁结构。扭簧3在顺时针方向上被预紧,在该扭簧的两个腿部28和27之间可以看到摆杆22上的止挡部23。设置在锁销1的下部区域中的压簧4用4表示。
这一点在根据图11的示意图中有所改变:通过操作锁销1使摆杆22连同止挡部23转动,其中止挡部23抵抗扭簧3的力带动腿部27,与此同时能够利用扭簧3的壳体侧的止挡部47产生相应的在逆时针方向上的预紧。由于扭簧3的这种布置和构造,在与压簧4和可以称作滞回结构的滑引部5的共同作用下始终能使锁销或锁销1返回到打开位置。
图12的主题是锁设备的壳体2的内视图。在此不再示出锁销,但是可以看出摆杆22。该摆杆配设有起到探测装置54作用的开关装置55——微动开关。此处所给出的位置表明,储箱盖或充电盖是关闭的,因此在此未示出的锁销连同摆杆22都位于移入的、被下压的位置。摆杆22在根据图12的示意图中位于开关56不被致动的位置。
而在图13的示意图中盖部是打开的,未示出的锁销位于移出的位置。摆杆22具有凸起59,也就是说,摆杆22在凸起59的区域中略突出,从而在根据图12和13视图(位置)之间进行转动时,与设计为开关装置55的探测装置54的在此被压入的开关56发生接触。
图14示出了一种替代方案,其具有通过霍尔传感器57和永磁体58形成的探测装置54。在根据图14的示意图中,锁销1位于移出位置;在此未示出的储箱盖是打开的。霍尔传感器57与集成到摆杆22的凸起59中的永磁体58不接触。
这一点在根据图15的示意图中有所改变。在此不能看到的储箱盖或充电盖是关闭的,也就是说,锁销1在绕其纵轴6转动后位于移入位置。这使得摆杆一起转动,霍尔传感器57尽可能遮盖住永磁体58。亦即,霍尔传感器57通过对磁体58的定位获取到锁销1在其移出位置和其移入位置之间的移动,在此,如果需要结构较小的探测装置,那么霍尔传感器57和永磁体58之间的这种作为探测装置54的无接触的共同作用是非常合适的。附图标记62还示出了机械式的紧急解锁装置。
此外还示出了引线框架60、61,这些引线框架例如用于控制在此未示出的发光装置,该发光装置在盖部打开的区域中位于锁销1的位置的上方。由此可以将该发光装置的使用限制到储箱盖14打开并且锁销1处于如图14所示的移出位置的状态。
在图8方案的一变型的示意图16中示出了在锁销1移动时的机制,在此具有用于固定的附加滑引部区段48。附图标记36、39、64、65、66、63、40和41总共示出了滑引部5的8个位置,这些位置与在此未示出的壳体侧栓件共同作用构成了(锁)销侧的强制引导结构。位于滑引部5的下端部处的位置用36表示。如果在从移出的打开位置向移入的关闭位置操作锁销1时栓件运动通过倾斜的区段10,那么该栓件——具体地通过抵抗扭簧和压簧的力的致动——而到达位置39。然后在仅抵抗压簧的力的情况下,栓件沿箭头方向67到达附图标记64所示的点。滑引部区段48在该处开始,该滑引部区段用于对锁销在其关闭状态下的保持位置进行固定。该滑引部区段的路线由箭头68、69和70表示。滑引部区段48大约具有“V”形形状,其中该滑引部区段48的两个侧部70和68通过水平的区段69彼此相连。在该图中明显可以看出,只要不是以相应的方式有意地操纵锁销1,栓件在实际上就不能离开盆状的滑引部区段48。没有示出的是:栓件基本上是在储箱盖或充电盖上的例如橡胶密封件的辅助下从位置64到达位置65的。在此,这样便通过扭簧使锁销1沿箭头方向66从位置65运动到位置66。
图17单独示出了具有固定区段的锁定件。在此,也用附图标记36、39、64、65、66、63、40和41示出了总共8个位置。如果在此未示出的栓件在锁销移入时运动经过倾斜的区段,那么该栓件首先到达位置39,然后经由水平的区段67到达位置64。与之相邻的是用于固定的滑引部区段48,该滑引部区段包括两个彼此“V”形设置的侧面68和70,这两个侧面通过另一水平区段69相连,该水平区段69表示被固定的关闭位置。与滑引部区段48的侧面70相邻的是经水平区段19相连的位置63和40,然后栓件经由倾斜(区段)11又到达滑引部5的下端部13处的位置41。

1.一种用于车辆中的储箱盖或充电盖的锁设备,具有能够通过打开和关闭储箱盖或充电盖而在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动的锁销(1),其特征在于,所述锁销(1)在锁设备的壳体(2)中被以抵抗压簧(4)的力沿锁销的纵轴(6)的方向并且抵抗扭簧(3)的力围绕该锁销的纵轴(6)的方式强制引导,其中,所述扭簧能够在顺时针和逆时针两个作用方向上施加力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁设备,其特征在于,在锁销(1)方面在该锁销周面(7)上用作强制引导结构(8)的是内含的滑引部(5)和/或在壳体(2)方面用作强制引导结构(8)的是在锁销的滑引部(5)中被引导的栓件(18)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁设备,其特征在于,所述滑引部(5)具有两个彼此相对的、基本上倾斜延伸的区段(10、11)。
