发明背景
传统水洗(wet cleaning)对织物是相当重要的工序过程,其通常依靠与适宜的洗涤剂制剂组合的相当大量的水提供的洗涤作用。这些制剂的组成极为复杂,但典型地包括与氧化或漂白组分(具有其相关活化剂以消除高度染色的污渍)一起的表面活性剂(伴有或不伴有一系列酶,以在除去某些污渍方面提供生物学作用)的组合。此外,所述制剂典型地包括控制水的硬度的增洁剂、防止己除去的污渍再沉降回到织物表面的抗再沉积添加剂、确保预期的芳香水平的香料和进一步掩蔽再沉积–尤其是白色衣物上的作用的荧光增白剂。

mg,优选地10-100 mg,最优选地10-30
mg范围。在圆柱形珠的情况下,优选的颗粒直径介于1.0-6.0
mm,更优选地1.5-4.0 mm,最优选地2.0-3.0
mm范围,小珠的长度优选地介于1.0-4.0 mm,更优选地1.5-3.5 mm的范围和最优选地介于2.0-3.0

典型地,对于球形珠,优选的球体直径介于1.0-6.0 mm,更优选地2.0-4.5

如前述的,本发明方法可适用于多种底物。更具体地,其可应用于不同范围的天然和合成的纺织纤维,但发现其特别适用于尼龙6,6、聚酯和棉织物。
为向清洁系统提供额外的润滑,从而改善系统内的输送性质,向系统加水。因此,在其加至系统后,促进洗涤剂制剂的清洁部分(典型地,表面活性剂、酶和氧化剂或漂白剂)向底物的更有效的转移,自底物去除污物和污渍更容易地发生。任选地,在装载入清洁装置之前,可用自来水或非蒸馏水打湿来湿润污染的底物。在任何洗涤活动中,将水加至该过程中进行洗涤处理,使水对底物之比优选达到2.5:1和0.1:1 w/w之间;更优选地,比例在2.0:1和0.8:1之间,在比例为例如1.5:1、1.2:1和1.1:1时,获得特别有利的结果。
在自洗涤过程除去聚合物颗粒后,加入一般包括抗再沉淀添加剂、香料和荧光增白剂的洗涤剂制剂中的后处理组分作为漂清周期部分。这促进其与底物以比假如它们经一体化洗涤剂制剂定量给料的常规加入更低的浓度直接相互作用。因此,通过这种定量给料方法,实现化学负荷总体下降及成本节约。此外,还观察到改善的清洁性能。
此外,要求的多组分定量给料系统的使用在使用清洁化学品方面提供更广泛的范围,因为,在常规清洁产物配方中,各清洁组分的选择可能受限于生成制剂的不相容性和稳定性,原因是氧化组分与酶的联合使用,或香料组分与含氯漂白剂的潜在的相互作用。在前一种情况下,可能因为在用氧化剂的过程中太早使酶失活对清洁产生不利影响,而在后一种情况下,香料可能被漂白剂的气味掩没。通过采用分开加入这些组分,避免这类困难。
在一个具体实施方案中,可促进预热单独来自主洗涤,例如混合池中的制剂的氧化或漂白组分的可能性,从而使该组分在加至洗涤系统前变得更具化学活性。由于该预混合需要的水量可以少些,在这样的加热中没消耗多少电力,从而可在电力使用进而在成本方面无什么不利下加入高度活性的氧化或漂白化学作用。因而这可或者通过减少的主洗周期时间或者减少的电力消耗同时保持与单次给料量方法相比的同等清洁,提供进一步的益处,其中需要加热全部洗涤负荷以同样地化学活化氧化或漂白化学作用,相比而言,这将是缓慢和昂贵的过程。
在本发明的供选择的实施方案中,可借助可方便地掺入洗涤剂制剂的化学活化剂活化氧化或漂白组分。
本发明第一方面的方法可用于分批和连续类别的小规模或大规模过程,从而,在家庭和工业净化过程中得到应用。
根据先前公开的多组分定量给料方案,本发明还设想使用的聚合物颗粒的清洁,以致装置包括清洁室和至少一个给料间隔,适于含有洗涤剂制剂的至少一种的所述至少一个间隔可用于此目的。例如,适用的装置公开于PCT专利申请号PCT/GB2011/050243、PCT/GB2010/051960和PCT/GB2010/094959中。在多个清洗周期(一般10-12个)后,聚合物清洁颗粒会被弄脏,但可被清洁和再循环以促进其重新使用,这明确地带来显著的经济益处。因此,根据本发明的第三个方面,提供清洁污染的聚合物颗粒的方法,所述方法包括用洗涤剂制剂处理所述聚合物颗粒。任选地,将所述洗涤剂制剂分成其分开的各化学组分,以在净化过程期间的不同时间加入所述化学组分。优选地,用以上装置实现所述方法。

发明描述
在根据本发明的第一方面的方法中,珠粒对底物的比例通常介于30:1-0.1:1 w/w范围,优选地介于10:1-1:1 w/w范围,5:1和1:1 w/w之间和最特别地在约2:1 w/w的比例下得到特别有利的结果。因此,例如,对于5 g织物的清洁,应采用10 g聚合物颗粒。
如先前提及的,本发明方法在纺织纤维的清洁方面得到特殊的应用。在这样的清洁系统中采用的条件与纺织纤维的常规湿洗净化中应用的那些极为一致,因此,通常取决于织物的性质和弄脏的程度。因此,典型程序和条件与根据本领域技术人员熟知的那些一致,通常,例如,在5和95℃之间的温度下,根据本发明方法处理织物10分钟至1小时之间的持续时间,然后在水中漂洗并干燥。
得到的结果与对纺织纤维进行常规湿洗净化程序观察到的那些极为一致。可见本发明方法处理的织物得到的清洁程度和污渍去除是非常好的,对往往难以去除的疏水性污渍和含水污渍和污物而言,得到特别显著的结果。该方法还在染色工序后应用于纺织纤维的洗去程序和在加工诸如纺纱和编织后出现的用于纺织品加工以去除污垢、汗渍、机油和其它污染物的洗涤工序中得到应用。在净化过程的最后完全未观察到聚合物颗粒粘附纤维的问题,随后可用,例如,如PCT专利申请号PCT/GB2011/050243、PCT/GB2010/051960和PCT/GB2010/094959中公开的清洁装置,从洗涤负荷中除去这些颗粒。
此外,如先前提及的,已证实聚合物颗粒的再利用是可能的, 颗粒可令人满意地再使用于清洁程序。
如先前讨论的,洗涤剂组合物的主要组分包括清洁组分和后处理组分。典型地,清洁组分包括表面活性剂、酶和氧化剂或漂白剂,而后处理组分包括,例如,抗再沉淀添加剂、香料和荧光增白剂。
然而,洗涤剂制剂可任选地包括一种或多种其它添加剂,诸如,例如,增洁剂、螯合剂、染料转移抑制剂、分散剂、酶稳定剂、催化物质、漂白剂或氧化剂活化剂、聚合物分散剂、粘土去除剂、抑泡剂、染料、结构弹性增进剂、织物软化剂、淀粉、载体、水溶增溶剂、加工助剂和/或颜料。
适用的表面活性剂的实例可选自非离子和/或阴离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂和/或两性电解质和/或两性离子和/或半极性非离子表面活性剂。表面活性剂典型地以约0.1%、约1%,或甚至约5%重量的清洁组合物至约99.9%、至约80%、至约35%,或甚至至约30%重量的清洁组合物的水平存在。
组合物可包含提供清洁性能和/或织物护理益处的一种或多种洗涤剂酶。适用的酶的实例包括,但不限于,半纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、其它纤维素酶、其它木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶(cutinases)、果胶酶、角蛋白酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木质酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶(pentosanases)、malanases、[β]-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖苷酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶和淀粉酶,或它们的混合物。代表性的组合可包括酶的混合物,诸如与淀粉酶组合的蛋白酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和/或纤维素酶。
任选地,酶稳定剂也可包括在清洁组分中。在这点上,可通过各种技术,例如通过将水溶性钙源和/或镁离子结合在组合物中,稳定用于洗涤剂的酶。
组合物可包括一种或多种漂白剂或氧化化合物和相关的活化剂。这类漂白剂或氧化化合物的实例包括,但不限于,过氧化合物,包括过氧化氢,无机过氧盐,诸如过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硅酸盐和单过硫酸盐(例如过硼酸钠四水合物和过碳酸钠)和有机过氧酸诸如过乙酸、单过氧苯二甲酸(monoperoxyphthalic acid)、双过十二烷二酸、N,N'-对苯二酰-双(6-氨基过己酸)、N,N'-邻苯二甲酰氨基过己酸(aminoperoxycaproic

漂白剂或氧化活化剂为本领域熟知的,具体实例包括含有可全氢化的N-酰基或O-酰基残基的化合物。这些化合物的具体实例包括不溶解于水的化合物诸如琥珀酸酐、苯甲酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐、四乙酰基-甘脲(TAGU)和羧酸酯诸如N,N,N’,N’-四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)以及水溶性衍生物,包括乙酰水杨酸、葡萄糖五醋酸酯(GPA)和酚和取代酚的各种酯,例如乙酸基苯磺酸钠(SABS)、苯甲酸基苯磺酸钠(SBOBS)和壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SNOBS)。

组合物也可任选地含有一种或多种铜、铁和/或锰螯合剂和/或一种或多种染料转移抑制剂。
适用的聚合物染料转移抑制剂包括,但不限于,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、聚胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、聚乙烯基噁唑烷酮和聚乙烯基咪唑或它们的混合物。
任选地,洗涤剂制剂也可含有分散剂。适用的水溶性有机材料有均聚或共聚酸或它们的盐,其中的聚羧酸可包含相互分别地来自不多于两个碳原子的至少两个羧基。
所述抗再沉淀添加剂具有其物理化学作用,并包括,例如,聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸酯和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)材料。
任选地,组合物还可含有香料。适用的香料通常为多组分有机化学制剂,其可含有醇、酮、醛、酯、醚和腈烯(nitrile alkenes),及其混合物。提供基本充分的以供给残余的芳香性的可通过商业途径得到的化合物包括加乐麝香(Galaxolide) (1,3,4,6,7,8-六氢-4,6,6,7,8,8-六甲基环戊二烯并(hexamethylcyclopenta) (g)-2-苯并吡喃)、新铃兰醛(Lyral) (3-和4-(4-羟基-4-甲基-戊基)环己烯-1-甲醛和龙涎呋喃(Ambroxan) ((3aR,5aS,9aS,9bR)-3a,6,6,9a-四甲基-2,4,5,5a,7,8,9,9b-八氢-1H-苯并[e][1]苯并呋喃)。可通过商业途径获到的完全配制的香料的一个实例是Symrise® AG供应的Amour Japonais。
适用的荧光增白剂分成几种有机化学类别,其中最普通的是芪衍生物,其它适用的类别包括苯并噁唑、苯并咪唑、1,3-二苯基-2-吡唑啉、香豆素、1,3,5-三嗪-2-基和萘二甲酰亚胺(naphthalimides)。这类化合物的实例包括,但不限于,4,4'-双[[6-苯胺基-4(甲基氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]氨基]芪-2,2'-二磺酸,4,4’-双[[6-苯胺基-4-[(2-羟乙基)甲基氨基]-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]氨基]芪-2,2’-二磺酸,二钠盐,4,4’-双[[2-苯胺基-4-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-1,3,5-三嗪-6-基]氨基]芪-2,2’-二磺酸,二钠盐,4,4’-双[(4,6-二苯胺基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基]芪-2,2’-二磺酸,二钠盐,7-二乙基氨基-4-甲基香豆素,4,4’-双[(2-苯胺基-4-吗啉代-1,3,5-三嗪-6-基)氨基]-2,2’-芪二磺酸,二钠盐和2,5-双(苯并噁唑-2-基)噻吩。
现在参考图1,说明根据本发明第一个方面的洗涤周期。因此,在聚合物珠和洗涤水加入其中和洗涤剂制剂的清洁组分给料量(含有表面活性剂、酶和氧化剂或漂白剂中的至少一种)装载到装置中后,开始将衣物装入清洁装置的清洁室。然后在珠粒从装置去除后,在水和后处理组分,诸如抗再沉淀添加剂、香料和荧光增白剂的存在下的漂洗操作之前,进行清洗周期。然后在将清洁衣物自装置取出前,提取残余化学品和液体。如在图1中表示的,聚合物珠的清洁可任选地在两次衣物清洁操作之间进行。
一般每10-12次洗涤进行的根据本发明的珠粒清洁工序使珠的表面在洗涤过程中保持高度的活性。优选地,通过将各特定给料量的表面活性剂(非离子和/或阴离子和/或阳离子)和任选地选自例如,先前列举的氢氧化钠/钾、次亚氯酸盐(hypochlorates)、次氯酸盐(hypochlorites)或其它氧化剂或漂白剂和活化剂的其它更有化学活性的化学品加至一定量的水,使水对珠的比例优选在0.5-3升水/kg珠的范围,进行珠粒的清洁。
现在将通过参考以下实施例和相关说明进一步说明本发明,不过不以任何方式限制其范围。
实施例
采用一组试验和对照条件(参见表1)进行清洁试验。因此,试验涉及采用如在PCT专利申请号PCT/GB2011/050243中描述的优选的清洁装置,根据本发明方法进行(“Xeros加”多次给料量(“Xeros Plus” Multi Dose)),同时在相同装置中但用单次洗涤剂给料量方案进行对照,其中的洗涤剂制剂在主洗涤开始时加入(“Xeros加”单次给料量)。各种情况下的洗涤负荷是总计12 kg的相同组成的混合衣物。洗涤剂组分为
●表面活性剂– Christeyns供应的Mulan 200S;
●过氧化氢(氧化组分) – Procter & Gamble供应的ACE B;
●四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED) (氧化组分活化剂) – Warwick
Chemicals供应;
●荧光增白剂– Clariant供应的雷可福荧光增白剂(Leucophor) BMB;和
●香料- Symrise®
AG供应的Amour Japonais。
将污渍施加至洗涤负荷,以使洗涤剂承担负荷 – 6台WFK PCMS-55_05-05x05标准工业/商业洗衣店污渍监测仪,加12张WFK SBL2004模拟的皮脂油脂污渍片。后者用来生成约8
g/kg洗涤负荷的皮脂水平从而给采用的洗涤剂加负荷;
表1清洁试验
在28℃相同洗涤温度下进行Xeros加多次给料和Xeros加单次给料循环。当采用Xeros加多次给料循环时,可利用在混匀缸中于60℃下分开加热来自主洗涤的氧化组分及其活化剂的装置,利用该途径以使组分在加入前变得更具化学活性。然而,如先前观察到的,此后该循环期间的洗涤温度仅达28℃,尽管加入少量的60℃水,其它洗涤组分的环境温度使整体温度保持在较低水平。如表1中表示的,应该注意的是,在Xeros加单次给料循环的洗涤周期期间的相同阶段加入相同量的60℃水,但并无任何氧化组分或活化剂 – 这已经在主洗涤开始时加入。因此,在Xeros加单次给料循环中,这种另外的加热水的目的是确保整个洗涤过程的温度曲线与在Xeros加多次给料的情况中运用的相同,不超过28℃的相同的最终洗涤温度。因此,这两种循环之间的唯一区别是洗涤剂加入的方式(即,整个循环的组分多次给料与全部组分在主洗涤开始时的单次给料比较)。两种循环的整个循环时间 – 包括洗涤、珠分离和漂洗 – 相同地为90分钟。如表1中表示的,三种漂洗方案用于两种程序,Xeros加多次给料循环在最终漂洗中加入光学增白剂和香料。
采用色度测量评价清洁水平。运用与个人电脑界面接口的Datacolor Spectraflash SF600分光计测量WFK污渍监测器的反射率值,采用10°标准观测仪,在光源D65下,用内藏UV部件和外置窥镜部件;采用3 cm观察孔。在污渍监测器上得到各污渍的CIE L*彩色座标,然后对各污渍类型的这些值进行平均。应注意到,更高的L*值表示更好的清洁。结果列于表2中:

如可从表2中看出的,Xeros加多次给料循环给出比Xeros加单次给料循环压倒性地更好的清洁。在试验的13种污渍类型中,10种采用Xeros加多次给料表现出更好的清洁,在一种情况下,用两种循环观察到同等的清洁,而用Xeros加单次给料只有两种表现出较好的清洁。
然后在污渍监测器基底材料上分析背景白度,也就污渍10D和20D (参见表1)的皮脂去除,核对这些穿过可见光谱(400-700
nm)的波长归属(wavelength dependency)。低洗涤温度下的除脂是用聚合物珠清洁的主要优点,尤其是,当与多组分定量给料方法联合去垢时。采用上述的相同分光光度计排列,将反射率测量为可见波长的函数,以确定色强度值(K/S),这些表示在图2-4中。观察到在任何给定波长下,更低的K/S 值表现出更好的背景白度和清洁。
从图2中显而易见,污渍监测器基底材料的背景白度用Xeros加多次给料循环来改善。这是在最终漂洗中后加入光学增白剂的作用(参见表1)。这里的关键性是,420-480 nm范围的K/S值得到改善,从而赋予材料更蓝的色调(bluer
hue) (由于这位于可见光谱的蓝色端),用户一般将其视为相当大的性能提高。还明显地表明,如相对于单次给料,通过采用多组分定量给料方式去垢有减少光学增白剂水平的余地。还进行视觉评价试验,用6位志愿者评价该效果。全部编号被覆盖在测试污渍监测器上以防止偏见,当用Xeros加多次给料循环洗涤时,全部6位志愿者指出污渍监测器的基底材料的较好背景白度。
用Xeros加多次给料循环对棉织物(污渍10D)和聚酯/棉织物底物(污渍20D)上的皮脂/颜料的清洁性能(参见图3和4)再次表现得更好。如根据本发明的体验到的,对该污渍具有特别的兴趣,因为对洗衣房应用而言,它的低温去除是关键的推进器,由于在低洗涤温度下实现它的成功去除是极重要但极困难的。因此,这类性能改进再次明确表明多组分定量给料对去垢的益处。
最后,对与以上相同的6位志愿者进行感官试验,评价用于两种循环的污渍监测器的清新度/香味。在测试污渍监测器上再次覆盖全部编号以防止偏见,4位志愿者认为Xeros加多次给料循环已经在这些监测器上产生更清新的气味;另一个志愿者未能区别这两种循环之间的任何区别,而余下的志愿者认为Xeros加单次给料循环产生更清新的气息。因此,在这里的证据强烈地支持多组分定量给料方法可用于去垢。

Claims (37)

15. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中包含酶和漂白剂/氧化剂的化学组分在洗涤周期期间的不同时间加入。
16. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中包含香料和漂白剂的化学组分在洗涤周期期间的不同时间加入。
17. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中所述的底物包括塑料材料、皮革、纸、纸板、金属、玻璃或木材。
18. 如权利要求1-16中任一项要求的方法,其中所述的底物包括纺织纤维。
19. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中所述的聚合物颗粒包括聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚酯或聚氨酯。
20. 如权利要求19中要求的方法,其中所述的聚酰胺颗粒包括尼龙6或尼龙6,6的珠。
21. 如权利要求19中要求的方法,其中所述的聚酯颗粒包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的珠。
22. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中所述的聚合物颗粒是直链或交联的。
23. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中所述的聚合物颗粒是发泡的或非发泡的。
24. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中所述的聚合物颗粒是实心或空心的。
25. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中水被加至系统,以使水对底物的比例达到2.5:1和0.1:1 w/w之间。
26. 如任一项前述权利要求中要求的方法,其中聚合物颗粒对底物的比例介于30:1至0.1:1 w/w范围内。

36. 一种通过权利要求1-30中任一项的方法得到的清洁的衣物。
37. 一种通过权利要求31-35中任一项的方法随时得到的清洁的聚合物颗粒。
