Description
本発明は生地(substrate)の処理に関する。より詳細には本発明は、洗剤が洗浄系に新規投入法(dosing)により加えられる、ポリマー粒子に基づく洗浄処理の使用が関与する生地の洗浄法に関し、ここで洗濯サイクル中の異なる時点で加えられる洗剤はそれらの構成化学部分に分割される。
従来の湿式洗浄(wet cleaning)は主に織物にとって主要な方法であり、比較的大量の水が適切な洗剤配合物(detergent formulation)と組み合わせて提供される洗濯作用(washing action)に日常的に依存している。これらの配合物はそれらの構成(make−up)が大変複雑であるが、典型的には特定の染み(stains)の除去に生物学的作用を提供するために一連の酵素を含むか、または含まない界面活性剤と、高度に着色された染みを中和するための酸化または漂白成分とをそれらに関係する活性化剤(activators)と一緒に組み合わせて含んでなる。さらに配合物は一般に水の硬度を制御するためのビルダー(builder)、除去した染みが織物の表面に再付着することを防止するための再汚染防止剤、期待されるレベルの香りを確実に付けるための香料、ならびにさらに特に白い衣類について再付着の影響を隠すための蛍光増白剤(optical brighteners)を含む。

電力の低減のいずれかを介してさらに利点を提供することができると同時に、1回の投入法と比べた時に同等の洗浄を維持し、ここで1回の投入法では、酸化または漂白化学品の同等な化学的活性化に1回の全洗濯量を加熱することが必要となり、これは比較すると遅く、しかも経費がかかる方法となる。
本発明の第一の観点による方法では、ビーズ対生地の比が一般に30:1から0.1:1の重量/重量の範囲、好ましくは10:1から1:1の重量/重量の範囲であり、特に好ましい結果が5:1から1:1の重量/重量比の間、そして最も特別には約2:1の重量/重量比で達成される。このように例えば5gの布帛(fabric)の洗浄に、10gのポリマー粒子が使用される。

Multi Doseサイクルでは蛍光増白剤および香料を最後のすすぎで加えた。
て蛍光増白剤のレベルを下げる範囲が存在することも明らかに示される。視覚評価試験も行って、6名の有志がこの効果を評価した。試験染色モニター上の全ての符合を覆って先入観を防ぎ、そして6名全ての有志がXeros Plus Multi Doseサイクルを使用して洗濯した時に、染色モニターの裏材について優れた地色の白度を示した。

- 洗浄成分が、界面活性剤、酵素、酸化剤および漂白剤から選択される少なくとも1成分を含んでなる請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 上記界面活性剤が、非イオン性、および/またはアニオン性、および/またはカチオン性界面活性剤、および/または両性および/または両性イオン性および/または半極性非イオン性界面活性剤から選択される請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記酵素がヘミセルラーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、プロテアーゼ、他のセルラーゼ、他のキシラナーゼ、リパーゼ、ホスホリパーゼ、エステラーゼ、クチナーゼ、ぺクチナーゼ、ケラタナーゼ、レダクターゼ、オキシダーゼ、フェノールオキシダーゼ、リポキシゲナーゼ、リグニナーゼ、プルラナーゼ、タンナーゼ、ペントサナーゼ、マラナーゼ、[ベータ]−グルカナーゼ、アラビノシダーゼ、ヒアルロニダーゼ、コンドロイチナーゼ、ラッカーゼおよびアミラーゼまたはそれらの混合物から選択される請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 上記酸化剤または漂白剤が過酸化化合物から選択される請求項3、4または5に記載の方法。
- 上記過酸化化合物が過酸化水素、無機ペルオキシ塩および有機ペルオキシ酸から選択される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記酸化剤または漂白剤が化学活性化剤により活性化される請求項3ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記酸化剤または漂白剤が、その添加前に主洗濯とは別に該物質を加熱することにより活性化される、請求項3ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 後処理成分が、再汚染防止剤、香料および蛍光増白剤から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を含んでなる、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記再汚染防止剤がポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリレートおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースから選択される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 上記香料がアルコール、ケトン、アルデヒド、エステル、エーテルおよびニトリルアルケン、およびそれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含んでなる請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 上記蛍光増白剤が、スチルベン誘導体、ベンズオキサゾール、ベンズイミダゾール、1,3−ジフェニル−2−ピラゾリン、クマリン、1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イルおよ
びナフタルイミドから選択される請求項10、11または12に記載の方法。 - 上記洗剤配合物がさらに、ビルダー、キレート剤、染料移行抑止剤、分散剤、酵素安定化剤、触媒物質、酸化剤または漂白活性剤、ポリマー分散剤、粘土除去剤、発泡抑制剤、染料、構造弾性化剤、柔軟仕上げ剤、澱粉、担体、向水性物質、加工助剤および顔料から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含んでなる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 酵素および漂白剤/酸化剤を含んでなる化学構成要素が、洗濯サイクル中の異なる時点で加えられる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 香料および漂白剤を含んでなる化学構成要素が洗濯サイクル中の異なる時点で加えられる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記生地が、プラスチック材料、革、紙、厚紙、金属、ガラスまたは木材を含んでなる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記生地が織物類を含んでなる請求項1ないし16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子がポリアルケン、ポリアミド、ポリエステルまたはポリウレタンを含んでなる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記ポリアミド粒子がナイロン6またはナイロン6,6のビーズを含んでなる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 上記ポリエステル粒子がポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはポリブチレンテレフタレートのビーズを含んでなる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子が直線状または架橋化されている前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子のビーズが発泡型または非発泡型である前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子が中実または中空である前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 水と生地の比が2.5:1から0.1:1重量/重量の間になるように、水が系に加えられる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマー粒子と生地の比が30:1から0.1:1重量/重量の範囲である前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記方法の洗浄工程が、5℃から95℃の間の温度で行われる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記方法の洗浄工程が、10分から1時間の間の時間行われる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- バッチ法を含んでなる前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 連続法を含んでなる請求項1ないし28のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子を洗剤配合物で処理することを含んでなる、汚損したポリマー粒子の洗浄法。
- 上記洗剤配合物がその別の化学構成要素に分割され、そして該化学構成要素が洗浄工程の異なる時点で加えられる、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 上記ポリマー粒子の界面活性剤での処理を含んでなる請求項31または32に記載の方法。
- 水酸化ナトリウムおよび水酸化カリウム、亜塩素酸塩、次亜塩素酸塩、過酸化水素、無機ペルオキシ塩および有機ペルオキシ酸から選択される追加の物質を用いた上記ポリマー粒子の処理を含んでなる請求項33に記載の方法。
- 汚損した生地を洗浄するために装置内で行う請求項31ないし34のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、該装置が洗浄チャンバーおよび少なくとも1つの投入区画を含んでなり、該少なくとも1つの区画が洗剤配合物の少なくとも1つの成分を含み、そして該少なくとも1つの成分を該洗浄チャンバーに洗濯サイクル中の予め定めた時点で分配するように適合されている上記方法。
- 請求項1ないし30のいずれか1項に記載の方法によりいつでも得られる洗浄した衣類。
- 請求項31ないし35のいずれか1項に記載の方法によりいつでも得られる洗浄したポリマー粒子。
