Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para DISPOSITIVO DE INJEÇÃO.
Campo da Invenção [001] A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de injeção do tipo que recebe uma seringa, estende-a, descarrega o seu conteúdo e então a retrai automaticamente.
Antecedente da Invenção [002] Dispositivos de injeção conhecidos são mostrados na WO 95/35126 e EP-A-0 516 473 e tende a empregar uma mola de acionamento e alguma forma de mecanismo de liberação que libera a seringa da influência da mola de acionamento uma vez que o seu conteúdo é suposto ter sido descarregado, para permitir a ela ser retraída por uma mola de retorno.
[003] É conhecido prover um interbloqueio de segurança em volta da agulha de tais dispositivos de injeção.
[004] Um tal interbloqueio de segurança previne ativação acidental de um disparador do dispositivo de injeção prevenindo a rotação do disparador. O interbloqueio é carregado por mola para fora da abertura através da qual a seringa se estende uma vez ativada. O interbloqueio é desengatado pressionando-o em direção à abertura, por exemplo, pressionando-o contra um corpo de usuário, desta forma permitindo ao disparador ser ativado e a seringa a ser estendida.
[005] O interbloqueio deve ser desviado para fora da abertura de forma que ele possa ser ativado. Dispositivos conhecidos são molas helicoidais pequenas posicionadas entre o alojamento do dispositivo de injeção e o interbloqueio. Estas molas pequenas são onerosas para montar e introduzem um risco de que elas podem ser omitidas em conjunto durante o processo de fabricação.
Sumário da Invenção [006] O dispositivo de injeção da presente invenção é projetado

[007] Em vista do que foi dito acima, é provido, em um primeiro aspecto da presente invenção um dispositivo de injeção compreendendo:
um alojamento adaptado para receber uma seringa que tem um bocal de descarga;
um atuador;
um acionador acionado pelo atuador e por sua vez acionando sobre a seringa para avançá-la desde uma posição retraída na qual o bocal de descarga está contido dentro do alojamento até uma posição estendida na qual o bocal de descarga se estende do alojamento;
um mecanismo de bloqueio em continuação com o atuador e ativável para ser movido desde uma posição bloqueada na qual o atuador é impedido de liberar o acionamento para uma posição desbloqueada na qual o atuador é operável para acionar o acionamento para avançar a seringa;
caracterizado em que o mecanismo de bloqueio ou o alojamento inclui meios de desvio formados integradamente adaptados para retornar o mecanismo de bloqueio para uma posição bloqueada quando ele não está ativado.
[008] Portanto, não existe necessidade de prover molas pequenas para desviar o mecanismo de bloqueio dentro da posição bloqueada. Isto reduz o custo e complexidade do conjunto do dispositivo de injeção.
[009] Em uma modalidade da presente invenção, o mecanismo de bloqueio inclui os meios de desvio formados integradamente.
[0010] Preferencialmente, os meios de desvio compreendem pelo menos um braço resiliente formado integradamente com o mecanismo de bloqueio.

3/6 [0011] O mecanismo de bloqueio pode ser disposto no alojamento de tal forma que o braço resiliente seja desviado contra uma superfície do alojamento na ativação.
[0012] Geralmente o mecanismo de bloqueio é disposto no alojamento de tal forma que ele se estende desde o alojamento quando ele está em sua posição desbloqueada e desliza dentro do alojamento na ativação.
[0013] Em uma modalidade da presente invenção, a superfície interna do alojamento compreende um came contra o qual o braço resiliente é desviado na ativação de tal forma que a força de mola no braço resiliente aumenta de acordo com a distância pela qual o mecanismo de bloqueio é deslizado dentro do alojamento desde sua posição desbloqueada.
[0014] O came provê um mecanismo de vantagem mecânica de forma que os braços podem ser projetados para uma maior taxa de mola com um percurso menor do que aquele necessariamente requerido para desengatar o mecanismo de bloqueio.
[0015] Preferencialmente o mecanismo de bloqueio compreende uma pluralidade de braços resilientes, em que o alojamento inclui uma correspondente superfície de camo sobre a superfície interna do alojamento contra o qual cada braço resiliente é desviado na ativação. Mais preferencialmente, o mecanismo de bloqueio compreende dois braços.

Descrição Detalhada dos Desenhos [0017] As figuras 1 e 2 mostram um dispositivo de injeção 110 de acordo com uma primeira modalidade da presente invenção. O dispositivo de injeção 110 tem um alojamento 112 de dispositivo de injeção e um eixo longitudinal 101.
[0018] Uma seringa (não mostrada) é contida no alojamento 112. O dispositivo de injeção 110 compreende um disparador 114 (atuador) e um mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116. O disparador 114 tem uma primeira extremidade 114a e uma segunda extremidade 114b. O disparador 114 é girável em torno do pivô 115 desde uma posição de descanso (como mostrado na figura 2) para uma posição ativa. A segunda extremidade 114b do disparador 114 conecta com o acoplamento de acionador 121 o qual é acionado por uma mola de acionamento 120. O acoplamento de acionador 121 está em comunicação com a seringa 122.
[0019] A rotação do disparador 114 em torno do pivô 115 em uma direção R (isto é, para baixo para dentro do alojamento 112 em sua primeira extremidade 114a) causa à segunda extremidade 114b do disparador 114 ser desengatada do acoplamento de acionador 121, desta forma deixando a mola de acionamento 120 acionar a seringa 122 (por meio do acoplamento de acionador 121) ao longo do eixo longitudinal 101 e para fora de uma abertura 118 no alojamento 112. 5/6 ção com a luva deslizante 126 a qual se projeta, quando em uma primeira posição, desde a abertura 118 no alojamento 112. O mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 é desativado pelo movimento da luva deslizante 126 ao longo do eixo longitudinal 101 dentro do alojamento 112 em uma segunda posição.
[0021] Uma primeira extremidade 126a da luva deslizante 126 pode ser colocada contra um corpo no qual esta sendo distribuído fármaco, desta forma desativando o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 e permitindo ao disparador 114 a girar na direção R desde sua posição de descanso até sua posição ativa.
[0022] O disparador 114 é provido em sua primeira extremidade 114a com uma primeira parte 150 tendo um rebaixo 152. A primeira parte 150 se estende desde a primeira extremidade 114a do disparador 114 em uma direção substancialmente paralela ao eixo longitudinal 101.
[0023] O mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 inclui uma saliência 154 que se projeta em uma direção ao longo de um eixo perpendicular 181 o qual é perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal 101. O rebaixo 152 é dimensionado para receber a saliência.
[0024] Quando o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 está em sua primeira posição, uma extremidade da saliência encosta em uma superfície inferior da primeira parte 150, desta forma prevenindo a rotação do disparador 114.
[0025] Quando o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 está em sua segunda posição (não mostrada) seguindo o movimento da luva deslizante 126 dentro do alojamento 112, o rebaixo 152 está posicionado acima da extremidade da saliência 154 permitindo a ele passar sobre a saliência 154 quando uma força para baixo é aplicada ao disparador 114. Assim, o disparador 114 não é mais impedido de girar e desengata a si mesmo do acoplamento de acionador 121, desta forma

[0026] Como pode ser visto nas figuras 3 e 4, o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 é provido com um par de braços resilientes 201 integralmente formados. Os braços resilientes 201 se movem de modo resiliente para longe e na direção do mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116. O alojamento 112 compreende um par de superfícies de came 210 as quais são posicionadas em linha com os braços resilientes 201 em direção à extremidade do ponto no alojamento 112 no qual o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 é desengatado.
[0027] Os braços resilientes 201 comunicam-se com as superfícies de came 210 de tal forma que, enquanto a luva deslizante 126 é pressionada dentro do alojamento 112, os braços 201 desviam o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 e a luva deslizante 126 para fora da abertura 126. Desta maneira, quando nenhuma força está aplicada à primeira extremidade 126a da luva, o mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 permanece engatado prevenindo a atuação do disparador.
[0028] Deve ser apreciado que qualquer configuração dos meios de desvio resilientes formados integradamente pode ser usada no lugar dos braços 201.
[0029] A presente invenção provê a vantagem significativa de que o desvio do mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116 é integral com o próprio mecanismo, desta maneira evitando a necessidade de molas pequenas as quais são complexas e onerosas para montar. Alternativamente, a pessoa versada observará que os braços resilientes 201 poderiam ser montados sobre o alojamento 112 e comunicar-se com uma superfície do mecanismo de bloqueio liberável 116.
[0030] Deverá ser entendido, é claro, que a presente invenção foi descrita acima puramente por meio de exemplo, e modificações de detalhes podem ser feitas dentro do escopo da invenção.

- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Dispositivo de injeção (110) compreendendo:um alojamento (112) adaptado para receber uma seringa que tem um bocal de descarga;um atuador (114);um acionador (120) acionado pelo atuador (114) e por sua vez acionando sobre a seringa para avançá-la desde uma posição retraída na qual o bocal de descarga está contido dentro do alojamento (112) até uma posição estendida na qual o bocal de descarga se estende do alojamento (112) através de uma abertura (118); e um mecanismo de bloqueio (116) em comunicação com o atuador (114) e ativável para ser movido desde uma posição bloqueada na qual o atuador (114) é impedido de liberar o acionador (120) para uma posição desbloqueada na qual o atuador (114) é operável para acionar o acionador (120) para avançar a seringa;caracterizado pelo fato de que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) ou o alojamento (112) inclui meios de desvio (201) formados integralmente adaptados para retornar o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) para uma posição bloqueada quando ele não está ativado, em que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) está em comunicação com uma luva deslizante (126) que se projeta, quando em uma primeira posição, desde a abertura (118) no alojamento (112), em que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) é movido para sua posição desbloqueada pelo movimento da luva deslizante (126) dentro do alojamento (112) para uma segunda posição.
- 2. Dispositivo de injeção, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) inclui os meios de desvio (201) formados integralmente.
- 3. Dispositivo de injeção, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que os meios de desvio (201) compreendemPetição 870170052667, de 26/07/2017, pág. 13/182/2 pelo menos um braço resiliente formado integralmente com o mecanismo de bloqueio (116).
- 4. Dispositivo de injeção, de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado pelo fato de que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) é disposto no alojamento (112) de tal forma que o braço resiliente (201) é desviado contra uma superfície do alojamento (112) na ativação.

Dispositivo de injeção, de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) é disposto no alojamento (112) de tal forma que ele se estende desde o alojamento (112) quando ele está em sua posição desbloqueada e desliza dentro do alojamento (112) na ativação.

Dispositivo de injeção, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que a superfície interna do alojamento (112) compreende um came (210) contra o qual o braço resiliente (201) é desviado na ativação de tal forma que a força de mola no braço resiliente (201) aumenta de acordo com a distância pela qual o mecanismo de bloqueio (116) é deslizado dentro do alojamento (112) desde sua posição desbloqueada.
