Abstract
MéTODO DE FORMAR UM REVESTIMENTO PROTETOR, PRODUTO, E, ARTIGO DE MANUFATURA. Um artigo de manufatura e um processo para preparar o artigo pela anodização de peças de trabalho de alumínio e de liga de alumínio para proporcionar revestimentos resistentes à corrosão, ao calor e à abrasão compreendendo óxidos de titânio e/ou de zircónio, e o subseqúente revestimento da peça de trabalho anodizada com um segundo revestimento tais como revestimentos contendo poli(tetrafluoro-etileno) ("PTFE") ou silicone. A invenção é especialmente útil para formar revestimentos de vida mais longa sobre substratos de alumínio por pré-revestimento do substrato com uma camada anodizada de titânio e/ou óxido de zircónio que proporciona excelente resistência à corrosão, ao calor e à abrasão ao filme flexível ainda duro.
