Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO REVESTIMENTOS DE SUPERFìCIES DE ADESãO FIRME"<D>. A invenção se refere a um processo para a preparação de revestimentos de adesão firme sobre um substrato inorgânico ou orgânico, caracterizado pelo fato de que, em uma primeira etapa, a) deixa-se agir, sobre o substrato inorgânico ou orgânico, uma descarga de plasma de baixa temperatura, uma descarga Corona, radiação de UV rica em energia ou radiação eletrónica, a seguir, desliga-se a radiação ou a descarga, em uma segunda etapa b) aplica-se um ou mais foto-iniciadores, contendo pelo menos um grupo etilenicamente insaturado, sob vácuo ou em pressão normal, sobre o substrato inorgânico ou orgânico e deixa-se reagir com os sítios de radicais livres que se originem ali, e c1) o substrato, previamente revestido dessa maneira com foto - iniciador, é revestido com uma composição contendo pelo menos um monómero ou oligómero etilenicamente insaturado, e o revestimento é endurecido por meio de radiação UV/VIS ou c2) sobre o substrato, previamente revestido dessa meneira com foto - iniciador, deposita-se um metal, óxido de metal ou óxido de semi-metal, a partir da fase de gás, em presença de luz UV. Outros objetos da invenção são a aplicação de fotoiniciadores com pelo menos um grupo etilenicamente insaturado, para a preparação de tais camadas, assim como os próprios revestimentos de adesão firme.
