Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS DE SUPERFìCIE FORTEMENTE ADERENTES POR ENXERTO ATIVADO POR PLASMA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de revestimentos fortemente aderentes sobre um substrato inorgânico ou orgânico, em cujo processo em uma primeira etapa a) o substrato inorgânico ou orgânico é submetido à ação de uma descarga de plasma de temperatura baixa, uma descarga corona, radiação de energia UV alta ou radiação de elétron, a radiação ou descarga é então interrompida, em uma etapa adicional, b) pelo menos um doador de elétron ou H, cada um contendo pelo menos um grupo etilenicamente insaturado, é aplicado ao substrato inorgânico ou orgânico in vacuo ou em pressão normal e reagido com os radicais livres formados lá, e c1) o substrato assim pré-revestido com coiniciador é revestido com uma composição compreendendo, pelo menos, um monómero etilenicamente insaturado ou oligómero e um fotoiniciador e o revestimento é curado por meio de radiação eletromagnética e/ou ionizante; ou c2) o substrato assim pré-revestido com coiniciador é revestido com uma composição compreendendo, pelo menos, um monómero etilenicamente insaturado ou oligómero e um ou mais iniciadores termicamente ativáveis e o revestimento é termicamente curado. A invenção também refere-se ao uso de doadores de elétron ou H, por exemplo aminas, tioéteres ou tióis, possuindo pelo menos um grupo etilenicamente insaturado na produção de tais camadas e aos revestimentos fortemente aderentes propriamente.
