Abstract

El método comprende las siguientes etapas: incidir plasma atmosférico (PA) sobre cada porción del área de la superficie a ser tratada, de una lámina metálica (10), aumentando la energía libre superficial de la lámina metálica (10), compatibilizando tal energía libre superficial con la tensión superficial del barniz a ser aplicado en la lámina metálica (10); aplicar sobre la superficie de la lámina metálica (10) sometida al plasma atmosférico (PA) una capa de barniz (CV) de curado UV, seleccionado entre oligómeros, monómeros y foto iniciadores y con un contenido de sólidos de 99% a 100%; y curar la camada de barniz (CV) por medio de radiación UV, formando un revestimiento de barniz adherido a la superficie de la lámina metálica (10).
