(7)调整弯管尾部的位置;松开定位第一紧固件,在调整孔的范围内转动定位X方向调 节件,调整定位调整板在X方向与定位X方向调整块的位置,转动定位Y方向调节件,调整定位调整板在Y方向与定位Y方向调整块的位置,调整完成后在定位X方向调整块与定位调整板之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位X方向调整垫片,在定位Y方向调整块与定位调整板之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位Y方向调整垫片,锁紧定位第一紧固件,定位第一紧固件头部向下通过定位第一压紧垫片挤压定位调整板,完成弯管尾部X、Y方向调整,在限位凸台位于定位调节槽之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位调节垫片,完成弯管尾部Z方向调整;
(8)启动法兰压紧气缸、支撑压紧气缸、定位气缸,法兰、排气管、螺栓全部夹紧到位;先焊接法兰与排气管环,再焊接法兰与螺栓;
(9)焊接完成后,法兰压紧气缸、分离气缸、支撑压紧气缸、定位气缸回缩,将焊件取下。
本申请的积极进步效果在于:
1、本发明结构简单,占用空间小,推广性强;只变更了焊接零件焊接的顺序,不需要额外投入。
2、本发明100%保证了焊接式螺栓的位置度与中心距,符合检具要求,避免返工与报废的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1-8中,包括底板1,法兰固定机构2,弯管支撑机构3,弯管定位机构4,手阀控制装置5、分离机构6等。
如图1所示,本发明是一种法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工装,包括底板1,底板1上安装法兰固定机构2,法兰固定机构2一侧安装弯管支撑机构3,弯管支撑机构3一侧安装弯管定位机构4。
如图2-3所示,法兰固定机构2包括第一立板02-01,第一立板02-01侧面安装第三立板02-05和第四立板02-07,第三立板02-05和第四立板02-07端面安装法兰定位板02-08,法兰定位板02-08中安装法兰内孔定位盘02-09,如图4所示,法兰定位板02-08上下端均开有螺栓定位第一半槽。
法兰定位板02-08四周侧设有法兰压紧机构。法兰压紧机构包括法兰压紧气缸02-25,法兰压紧气缸02-25一端安装在第一立板02-01上,另一端连接第一连接件02-19上部, 第一连接件02-19中部铰接第二把手02-17下端,第一连接件02-19中部铰接第四连接杆02-23一端,第四连接杆02-23另一端铰接第一压杆02-22中部,第一压杆02-22上部铰接法兰压紧气缸02-25活塞杆外端,第一压杆02-22下部为螺栓压爪。第二把手02-17中部开有腰槽,法兰压紧气缸02-25活塞杆中部侧面连接销子,销子位于腰槽中。
为了增强第一立板02-01与底板1的连接强度,在第一立板02-01与底板1之间安装第一加强板02-02。
为了增强第三立板02-05和第四立板02-07的连接强度,在第三立板02-05和第四立板02-07之间安装第二加强板02-06。
为了便于操作第二把手02-17,在第二把手02-17上端安装手柄02-18。
如图5-6所示,弯管支撑机构3包括支撑调整板03-01,底板1上安装支撑X方向调整块03-14和支撑Y方向调整块03-15,支撑X方向调整块03-14与支撑Y方向调整块03-15相垂直,支撑X方向调整块03-14通过支撑X方向调节件连接支撑调整板03-01,支撑X方向调整块03-14中开有调整槽,支撑X方向调节件位于调整槽中,可沿Y方向滑动。支撑Y方向调整块03-15通过支撑Y方向调节件连接支撑调整板03-01,支撑Y方向调整块03-15中开有调整槽,支撑Y方向调节件位于调整槽中,可沿X方向滑动。支撑调整板03-01中竖直贯穿数个调整孔,支撑调整板03-01通过支撑第一紧固件03-16连接底板1,支撑第一紧固件03-18位于调整孔中,调整孔上端与支撑第一紧固件03-16头部之间设有支撑第一压紧垫片03-16,支撑X方向调整块03-14与支撑调整板03-01之间设有支撑X方向调整垫片03-17,支撑Y方向调整块03-15与支撑调整板03-01之间设有支撑Y方向调整垫片。
支撑调整板03-01上安装支撑第一立板03-02,支撑第一立板03-02上部一侧安装支撑连接块03-04,支撑连接块03-04上部安装支撑第一定位块03-05,下部安装支撑第二定位块03-06,支撑连接块03-14与支撑第二定位块03-06之间设有支撑Z轴垫片03-01,支撑连接块03-04下方设有支撑压紧气缸03-08,支撑压紧气缸03-08活塞杆通过支撑过渡杆03-11铰接支撑压杆03-10一端,支撑压杆03-10中部铰接支撑连接杆03-12一端,支撑连接杆03-12另一端铰接支撑连接块03-04,支撑压杆03-10另一端为弯管压爪。
为了便于调整弯管的高度,在支撑第二定位块03-06与支撑连接块03-04之间垫设高度调整垫片03-07。
支撑X方向调节件与支撑Y方向调节件均为螺栓。
为了增强支撑调整板03-01和支撑第一立板03-02的连接强度,在支撑调整板03-01和支撑第一立板03-02之间安装支撑第一加强板03-03。
第一定位块03-05为弧形,可以更好的定位弯管。
为了便于手动预定位,在支撑压杆03-10外侧安装预压紧手柄。
如图7所示,弯管定位机构4包括定位调整板04-02,底板1上安装定位X方向调整块04-14和定位Y方向调整块04-15,定位X方向调整块04-14与定位Y方向调整块04-15相垂直,定位X方向调整块04-14通过定位X方向调节件连接定位调整板04-02,定位X方向调整块04-14中开有调整槽,定位X方向调节件位于调整槽中,可沿Y方向滑动。定位Y方向调整块04-15通过定位Y方向调节件连接定位调整板04-02,定位Y方向调整块04-15中开有调整槽,定位Y方向调节件位于调整槽中,可沿X方向滑动。定位调整板04-02中竖直贯穿数个调整孔,定位调整板04-02通过定位第一紧固件04-01连接底板1,定位第一紧固件04-01位于调整孔中, 调整孔上端与定位第一紧固件04-01头部之间设有定位第一压紧垫片04-16,定位X方向调整块04-14与定位调整板04-02之间设有定位X方向调整垫片04-17,定位Y方向调整块04-15与定位调整板04-02之间设有定位Y方向调整垫片。
定位调整板04-02上安装定位第一立板04-03,定位第一立板04-03上部为安装斜面,安装斜面上设有限位凸台,定位第一立板04-03上安装导向板04-04,导向板04-04中开有定位调节槽,限位凸台位于定位调节槽,限位凸台与定位调节槽之间设有定位调节垫片04-18,导向板04-04上部通过定位气缸安装板04-05安装定位气缸04-12,定位气缸04-12活塞杆端部安装定位塞04-09,定位气缸安装板04-05铰接定位把手04-10一端,定位把手04-10中部开有定位腰槽,法兰压紧气缸02-25活塞杆中部侧面连接定位销子,定位销子位于定位腰槽中。
定位X方向调节件、定位Y方向调节件为螺栓。
法兰固定机构2,弯管支撑机构3,弯管定位机构4均连接手阀控制装置5。
为了确保焊接后,工件能顺利取下,在安装法兰固定机构2一侧安装分离机构6。
如图2-3所示,分离机构6包括第一安装板02-03,第一安装板02-03为水平设置,第一安装板02-03上竖直安装第二立板02-04,第二立板02-04上部水平安装分离气缸02-26,分离气缸02-26活塞杆端部通过分离连接块02-12和分离导杆02-11连接分离滑块02-10,分离滑块02-10侧面设有螺栓定位第二半槽。
为了保证焊接时,法兰的位置正确,在分离滑块02-10上安装防错定位销02-27,法兰上设置适配的标识。
一种法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将法兰放入法兰固定机构(02)中;将法兰套在法兰内孔定位盘02-09上,法兰外周贴住防错定位销02-27;
2.螺栓放入法兰的通孔中;螺栓端部伸入螺栓定位第一半槽与螺栓定位第二半槽之间;
3.将法兰、螺栓进行预定位;调整螺栓在法兰中的位置,推动手柄02-18,带动法兰压紧气缸02-25活塞杆伸出,法兰压紧气缸02-25活塞杆带动第一压杆02-22转动,第一压杆02-22端部螺栓压爪压住螺栓,螺栓压住法兰;
4.将弯管一端套入法兰中,弯管中部放入弯管支撑机构3中;将弯管中部放置于支撑第一定位块03-05与支撑第二定位块03-06之间,拉动预压紧手柄,带动支撑压杆03-10转动,支撑压杆03-10端部弯管压爪压住弯管,与支撑第一定位块03-05与支撑第二定位块03-06构成三个紧固点,将弯管中部固定;
5.弯管另一端使用弯管定位机构4使弯管定位压紧;推动定位把手04-10,带动定位气缸04-12活塞杆伸出,定位塞04-09套入弯管尾端;
6.调整弯管中部的位置;松开支撑第一紧固件03-16,在调整孔的范围内转动支撑X方向调节件,调整支撑调整板03-01在X方向与支撑X方向调整块03-14的位置,转动支撑Y方向调节件,调整支撑调整板03-01在Y方向与支撑Y方向调整块03-15的位置,调整完成后在支撑X方向调整块03-14与支撑调整板03-01之间按需要放入合适尺寸的支撑X方向调整垫片03-17,在支撑Y方向调整块03-15与支撑调整板03-01之间按需要放入合适尺寸的支撑Y方向调整垫片,锁紧支撑第一紧固件03-16,支撑第一紧固件03-16头部向下通过支撑第一压 紧垫片03-16挤压支撑调整板03-01,完成弯管中部X、Y方向调整,在支撑第二定位块03-06与支撑连接块03-04之间按需要放入合适尺寸的高度调整垫片03-07,完成弯管中部Z方向调整;
7.调整弯管尾部的位置;松开定位第一紧固件04-01,在调整孔的范围内转动定位X方向调节件,调整定位调整板04-02在X方向与定位X方向调整块04-14的位置,转动定位Y方向调节件,调整定位调整板04-02在Y方向与定位Y方向调整块04-15的位置,调整完成后在定位X方向调整块04-14与定位调整板04-02之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位X方向调整垫片04-17,在定位Y方向调整块04-15与定位调整板04-02之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位Y方向调整垫片,锁紧定位第一紧固件04-01,定位第一紧固件04-01头部向下通过定位第一压紧垫片04-16挤压定位调整板04-02,完成弯管尾部X、Y方向调整,在限位凸台位于定位调节槽之间按需要放入合适尺寸的定位调节垫片04-18,完成弯管尾部Z方向调整;
8.启动法兰压紧气缸02-25、支撑压紧气缸03-08、定位气缸04-12,法兰、排气管、螺栓全部夹紧到位,先焊接法兰与排气管环,再焊接法兰与螺栓;以保证螺栓中心距要求。
9.焊接完成后,法兰压紧气缸02-25、分离气缸02-26、支撑压紧气缸03-08、定位气缸04-12回缩,将焊件取下。

  1. 一种法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工装,其特征在于:所述工装包括底板(1),所述底板(1)上安装法兰固定机构(2),所述法兰固定机构(2)一侧安装弯管支撑机构(3),所述弯管支撑机构(3)一侧安装弯管定位机构(4)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工装,其特征在于:所述法兰固定机构(2)包括第一立板(02-01),所述第一立板(02-01)侧面安装第三立板(02-05)和第四立板(02-07),所述第三立板(02-05)和所述第四立板(02-07)端面安装法兰定位板(02-08),所述法兰定位板(02-08)中安装法兰内孔定位盘(02-09),所述法兰定位板(02-08)上下端均开有螺栓定位第一半槽;所述法兰定位板(02-08)四周侧设有法兰压紧机构,所述法兰压紧机构包括法兰压紧气缸(02-25),所述法兰压紧气缸(02-25)一端安装在所述第一立板(02-01)上,另一端连接第一连接件(02-19)上部,所述第一连接件(02-19)中部铰接第二把手(02-17)下端,所述第一连接件(02-19)中部铰接第四连接杆(02-23)一端,所述第四连接杆(02-23)另一端铰接所述第一压杆(02-22)中部,所述第一压杆(02-22)上部铰接法兰压紧气缸(02-25)活塞杆外端,所述第一压杆(02-22)下部为螺栓压爪,所述第二把手(02-17)中部开有腰槽,所述法兰压紧气缸(02-25)活塞杆中部侧面连接销子,所述销子位于所述腰槽中。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工装,其特征在于:所述分离滑块(02-10)上安装防错定位销(02-27)。
  7. 一种法兰、排气管、螺栓焊接工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
    (1)将法兰放入法兰固定机构(02)中;将法兰套在法兰内孔定位盘(02-09)上,法兰外周贴住防错定位销(02-27);
    (2)螺栓放入法兰的通孔中;螺栓端部伸入螺栓定位第一半槽与螺栓定位第二半槽之间;
    (3)将法兰、螺栓进行预定位;调整螺栓在法兰中的位置,推动手柄(02-18),带动法兰压紧气缸(02-25)活塞杆伸出,法兰压紧气缸(02-25)活塞杆带动第一压杆(02-22)转动,第一压杆(02-22)端部螺栓压爪压住螺栓,螺栓压住法兰;
    (4)将弯管一端套入法兰中,弯管中部放入弯管支撑机构(3)中;将弯管中部放置于支撑第一定位块(03-05)与支撑第二定位块(03-06)之间,拉动预压紧手柄,带动支撑压杆(03-10)转动,支撑压杆(03-10)端部弯管压爪压住弯管,与支撑第一定位块(03-05)与支撑第二定位块(03-06)构成三个紧固点,将弯管中部固定;
    (5)弯管另一端使用弯管定位机构(4)使弯管定位压紧;推动定位把手(04-10),带动定位气缸(04-12)活塞杆伸出,定位塞(04-09)套入弯管尾端;
    (6)调整弯管中部的位置;松开支撑第一紧固件((03-16)),在调整孔的范围内转动支撑X方向调节件,调整支撑调整板(03-01)在X方向与支撑X方向调整块(03-14)的位置,转动支撑Y方向调节件,调整支撑调整板(03-01)在Y方向与支撑Y方向调整块(03-15)的位置,调整完成后在支撑X方向调整块(03-14)与支撑调整板(03-01)之间按需要放入合适尺寸的支撑X方向调整垫片(03-17),在支撑Y方向调整块(03-15)与支撑调整板(03-01)之间按需要放入合适尺寸的支撑Y方向调整垫片,锁紧支撑第一紧固件(03-16),支撑第一紧固件(03- 16)头部向下通过支撑第一压紧垫片(03-16)挤压支撑调整板(03-01),完成弯管中部X、Y方向调整,在支撑第二定位块03-06与支撑连接块(03-04)之间按需要放入合适尺寸的高度调整垫片(03-07),完成弯管中部Z方向调整;
