Claims (47)
1. Композиция для борьбы с патогенным грибом, содержащая смеси по меньшей мере одного из соединений формулы 1:

где:
X представляет собой водород или C(O)R5;
Y представляет собой водород, C(O)R5, или Q;
Q представляет собой:
где:
Z представляет собой N или CH;
R1 представляет собой водород или алкил, замещенный на 0, 1 или несколько R8;
R2 представляет собой метил;
R3 выбирают из арила или гетероарила, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8;
R4 выбирают из водорода, галогена, гидроксила, алкила или алкокси;
R5 выбирают из алкокси или бензилокси, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8;
R6 выбирают из водорода, алкокси или галогена, причем каждый необязательно замещен на 0, 1 или несколькими R8;
R7 выбирают из водорода, -C(O)R9 или -CH2OC(O)R9;
R8 выбирают из водорода, алкила, арила, ацила, галогена, алкенила, алкинила, алкокси, циано или гетероциклила, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R10;
R9 выбирают из алкила, алкокси или арила, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8;
R10 выбирают из водорода, алкила, арила, ацила, галогена, алкенила, алкокси или гетероциклила;
R11 выбирают из водорода или алкила, замещенного 0, 1 или несколькими R8;
R12 выбирают из арила или гетероарила, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8; и
фитологически приемлемого материала носителя.
2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой X представляет собой водород, и Y представляет собой Q.
3. Композиция по п. 2, в которой Z представляет собой N.
4. Композиция по п. 3, в которой R6 представляет собой алкокси.
5. Композиция по п. 4, в которой R7 представляет собой водород.
6. Композиция по п. 5, в которой R1 и R11 независимо выбирают из водорода или алкила, R3 и R12 независимо представляют собой арил, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8, и R4 представляет собой H.
7. Композиция по п. 4, в которой R7 выбран из -C(O)R9 или -CH2OC(O)R9.
8. Композиция по п. 7, в которой R9 представляет собой алкил, необязательно замещенный 0, 1 или несколькими R8.
9. Композиция по п. 8, в которой R1 и R11 независимо выбирают из водорода или алкила, R3 и R12 независимо представляют собой арил, причем каждый необязательно замещен 0, 1 или несколькими R8, и R4 представляет собой H.
10. Композиция по п. 9, в которой R9 выбирают из -CH3, -CH2OCH2CH3, -CH2CH2OCH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2CH2CH2CH3, -циклопропила.
11. Композиция по п. 1, в которой патогенный гриб является возбудителем одной из пятнистости листьев пшеницы (Zymoseptoria tritici), бурой ржавчины пшеницы (Puccinia triticina), желтой ржавчины (Puccinia striiformis), парши яблок (Venturia inaequalis), пузырчатой головни кукурузы (Ustilago maydis), мучнистой росы виноградной лозы (Uncinula necator), пятнистости ячменя (Rhynchosporium secalis), пирикуляриоза риса (Pyricularia oryzae), ржавчины сои (Phakopsora pachyrhizi), пятнистости колосковой чешуи пшеницы (Leptosphaeria nodorum), мучнистой росы пшеницы (Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici), мучнистой росы ячменя (Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei), мучнистой росы тыквенных (Erysiphe cichoracearum), антракноза тыквенных (Colletotrichum lagenarium), пятнистости листьев свеклы (Cercospora beticola), сухой пятнистости томата (Alternaria solani) и сетчатой пятнистости ячменя (Pyrenophora teres).
12. Композиция по п. 6, в которой патогенный гриб является возбудителем одной из пятнистости листьев пшеницы (Zymoseptoria tritici), бурой ржавчины пшеницы (Puccinia triticina), парши яблок (Venturia inaequalis), пятнистости ячменя (Rhynchosporium secalis), пирикуляриоза риса (Pyricularia oryzae), ржавчины сои (Phakopsora pachyrhizi), пятнистости колосковой чешуи пшеницы (Leptosphaeria nodorum), антракноза тыквенных (Colletotrichum lagenarium), пятнистости листьев свеклы (Cercospora beticola) и сухой пятнистости томата (Alternaria solani).
13.
