Abstract
1. Способ формирования саморасширяющегося стента, содержащий следующие стадии:образование первого изгиба в каждой из множества нитей, каждая из которых включает в себя часть нити на обоих сторонах первого изгиба нити, при этом каждая часть нити имеет конец;сплетание частей нити, при этом каждый конец частей нити расположен вблизи первого конца нити после сплетания частей нити;термообработка множества нитей в течение первого периода времени после сплетания частей нити;образование второго изгиба каждой из множества нитей.2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий термообработку множества нитей в течение второго периода времени после формирования вторых изгибов нитей.3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий обратное заплетание некоторых частей нити после формирования вторых изгибов нитей, которое содержит их прохождение, по меньшей мере, двумя пересечениями нити от первого конца стента.4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий обрезку частей нити.5. Способ по п.1, в котором множество нитей содержит шесть нитей.6. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий прикрепление первого конца первой части нити ко второму концу второй части нити.7. Способ по п.6, в котором прикрепление первого конца первой части нити ко второму концу второй части нити содержит прикрепление соединяющей структуры к указанным первому и второму концам.8. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая нить и соединяющая структура содержат одинаковый материал.9. Способ по п.7, в котором соединяющая структура имеет проходное отверстие, в котором размещены указанные первый второй концы.10. Claims (25)
1. Способ формирования саморасширяющегося стента, содержащий следующие стадии:
образование первого изгиба в каждой из множества нитей, каждая из которых включает в себя часть нити на обоих сторонах первого изгиба нити, при этом каждая часть нити имеет конец;
сплетание частей нити, при этом каждый конец частей нити расположен вблизи первого конца нити после сплетания частей нити;
термообработка множества нитей в течение первого периода времени после сплетания частей нити;
образование второго изгиба каждой из множества нитей.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий термообработку множества нитей в течение второго периода времени после формирования вторых изгибов нитей.
3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий обратное заплетание некоторых частей нити после формирования вторых изгибов нитей, которое содержит их прохождение, по меньшей мере, двумя пересечениями нити от первого конца стента.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий обрезку частей нити.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором множество нитей содержит шесть нитей.
6. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий прикрепление первого конца первой части нити ко второму концу второй части нити.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором прикрепление первого конца первой части нити ко второму концу второй части нити содержит прикрепление соединяющей структуры к указанным первому и второму концам.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая нить и соединяющая структура содержат одинаковый материал.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором соединяющая структура имеет проходное отверстие, в котором размещены указанные первый второй концы.
10. Способ по п.7, в котором соединяющая структура содержит плоскую ленту.
11. Способ по п.7, в котором соединяющая структура содержит дугообразную ленту.
12. Способ по п.7, в котором прикрепление соединяющей структуры к указанным первому и второму концам содержит приваривание указанных концов к соединяющей структуре.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором приваривание указанных первого и второго концов к соединяющей структуре содержит лазерную сварку.
14. Способ по п.12, в котором приваривание указанных первого и второго концов к соединяющей структуре содержит формирование, по меньшей мере, двух участков сварки, расположенных на расстоянии друг от друга.
15. Способ по одному из пп.6-14, в котором участок первой части нити расположен вблизи участка второй части нити при соединении указанных первого и второго концов.
16. Способ по одному из пп.6-14, в котором указанные первый и второй концы расположены по одной линии при соединении указанных первого и второго концов
17. Способ по п.16, в котором указанные первый и второй концы расположены на расстоянии друг от друга.
18. Способ по одному из пп.6-14, в котором указанные первый и второй концы являются концами различных нитей.
19. Способ по одному из пп.6-14, в котором указанные первый и второй концы являются концами одной нити.
20. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий прикрепление каждого из указанных концов к другому из указанных концов для формирования пары скрепленных концов.
21. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий прикрепление каждой из множества соединяющей структуры к одной паре концов.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором количество соединяющих структур равно количеству нитей.
23. Способ по одному из пп.20-22, в котором пары скрепленных концов расположены по одной линии в осевом направлении стента.
24. Способ по одному из пп.20-22, в котором пары скрепленных концов смещены относительно друг друга по периферии стента.
25. Способ по одному из пп.20-22, в котором каждый из пары скрепленных концов отделен от первого конца нити, по меньшей мере, двумя пересечениями нити.
