Description
本発明の第2の態様によると、第1の態様のステントにおいて、複数の素線のうちの同じ巻き方向の2本の素線に対して、プラチナを含む合金を素材とした素線を等間隔に配置する。
本発明の第3の態様によると、第1または第2の態様のステントにおいて、複数の素線は、コバルトクロム合金を素材とする素線であって、プラチナを含む合金を素材とした素線は、プラチナイリジウム合金を素材とする素線である。
(1)複数の素線がらせん状に編み込まれたステントにおいて、複数の素線のうちの一部の偶数本の素線に対して、プラチナを含む合金を素材としたPt−Ir素線を配置するようにした。これによって、プラチナのX線不透過性により、X線撮影時にステントの留置位置を確認することが可能となる。さらに、ステントの拡張時に、ステントが均一に拡張するようにすることができる。
なお、上述した実施の形態のステントは、以下のように変形することもできる。
(1)上述した実施の形態では、ステントに配置する2本のプラチナを含んだ合金を素材とした素線として、プラチナイリジウム合金を素材とするPt−Ir素線を配置する例について説明した。しかしながら、ステントに配置する素材として適切であり、かつX線不透過性を有するプラチナを含んだ合金を素材であれば、Pt−Ir素線に限定されない。

- 複数の素線がらせん状に編み込まれたステントであって、
前記複数の素線のうちの一部の同じ巻き方向の偶数本の素線に対して、プラチナを含む合金を素材とした素線を等間隔に配置することを特徴とするステント。 - 請求項1に記載のステントにおいて、
前記複数の素線のうちの同じ巻き方向の2本の素線に対して、前記プラチナを含む合金を素材とした素線を等間隔に配置することを特徴とするステント。 - 請求項1または2に記載のステントにおいて、
前記複数の素線は、コバルトクロム合金を素材とする素線であって、
前記プラチナを含む合金を素材とした素線は、プラチナイリジウム合金を素材とする素線であることを特徴とするステント。
