Abstract
Se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica que comprende una pluralidad de peptidos neoantigenicos y un portador farmaceuticamente aceptable, cada peptido neoantigenico que comprende un neoepitopo especifico a tumor capaz de unirse a una proteina HLA en un sujeto, cada neoepitopo especifico a tumor comprende una mutacion especifica a tumor presente en un tumor, en el que (a) la composicion comprende peptidos neoantigenicos que comprenden mutaciones especificas a tumor presente en por lo menos 1% de los sujetos en una poblacion de sujetos que sufren de cancer; (b) la composicion comprende peptidos neoantigenicos que comprenden neoepitopos especificos a tumores que se unen a proteinas HLA presentes en por lo menos 5% de los sujetos en la poblacion; y (c) la composicion comprende por lo menos un peptido neoantigenico capaz de provocar una respuesta inmunitaria contra un tumor presente en por lo menos 5% de los sujetos en la poblacion de sujetos que sufren de cancer
