Abstract
Un aparato de determinación de adhesión de revestimiento en línea de una lámina de acero galvanizada, incluye: un tubo de rayos X que irradia una lámina de acero galvanizada que viaja en una línea de transporte, con rayos X, un sistema óptico que permite que los rayos X emitidos del tubo de rayos X irradie la lámina de acero galvanizada como un haz paralelo y que sea difractado; y un detector que mide la intensidad de los rayos X difractados y se instala en una posición a la cual se detecta el pico de difracción de rayos X que corresponde a una separación de red cristalina d de 1.5Å o superior, en la cual una luminancia de haz emitida de los rayos X es de 20 W/mm2 o superior, y la ganancia de dirección de anchura de los rayos X en el sistema óptico es de 0.15 o superior. La separación de red cristalina d puede ser de 1.914 Å. Además, la energía de los rayos X incidentes del tubo de rayos X puede ser inferior a la energía de rayos X de fluorescencia de excitación de Fe-Ka.
